Terrible room, above the air conditioning units, it was impossible to sleep all night. Again, revenge from the hotel for a very cheap room booked on Trip.com. Breakfast typical for 4 stars, a bottle of water and two cookies, a gift from the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family, we spent the weekend there and everything was impeccable, from the service to the amenities. Thank you 5*

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

The hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Ponta Delgada, very clean, attentive staff, good breakfast, nice rooms with a small rooftop pool and gym. Situated next to a small park with benches and shade on hot days.

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

It is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once again we were not disappointed.

All rooms are located on the Pico mountain and the hotel's pool. They are very pleasant both at sunset and in the morning. The breakfast is varied and quality, the possibility for couples to make it on the terrace with the same face as above. You can reach the port quietly walking with some climbs.

Location is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.

Хороший отель. Все чисто и аккуратно. Номера немного тесноваты. В спа зоне очень мало лежаков для гостей. А так все прекрасно. У нас был ранний чек аут и мы не попадали на завтрак, нам любезно собрали боксы с едой с собой в дорогу.
