Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2 is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Transit Lounge South, near Transfer F, on the 3rd Floor, next to Dreamscape Attractions. The Transit Lounge offers hourly lounge access, providing a comfortable space to sit and relax, along with food and beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi. Lounge access is available for 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour durations, as well as Nap Rooms for 6 hours or longer. Guests are advised to check the specified duration for each booking option.

"Ambassador Transit Lounge, Changi Airport Terminal 3 – Trip Review During my recent visit to the Ambassador Transit Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3, I found it to be a generally comfortable and functional space, though there were a few notable drawback Ambiance and Comfort: The lounge is clean and modern, with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere conducive to relaxation. However, the lounge’s relatively small size became a limitation during my visit. With a higher number of guests at that time, finding a preferred seating spot was somewhat challenging, and the space felt cramped. Additionally, a few guests were not mindful of social etiquette, which detracted slightly from the otherwise pleasant environment. Amenities and Services: Facilities such as Wi-Fi, charging stations, reading materials, and shower amenities were all available and well-maintained. These essential services are functional and convenient for transit travelers. Signage for key facilities could be clearer to enhance ease of use, particularly for first-time visitors. Food and Beverage: The lounge offered a modest selection of snacks and beverages. While sufficient for a short stay, the variety and quality are limited compared to larger or premium lounges at Changi. Service Quality: Staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. Check-in and general assistance were handled efficiently, contributing positively to the overall experience. Value for Transit Travelers: The lounge serves its purpose well for travelers seeking a quiet place to rest during a short layover. However, for those expecting more space, privacy, or extensive dining options, alternative lounges may provide a more complete experience. Overall Assessment: The Ambassador Transit Lounge at Terminal 3 is a clean, comfortable, and functional transit option. Its smaller size and occasional lack of guest etiquette can be a drawback during busy periods, but the lounge remains a convenient choice for short-term relaxation. Rating: ★★★ / 5"

"The room service is excellent! The aircon is a little leaking. Preferably anti-slip mat and a pair of slippers would be helpful for seniors. There is a nice fish pond with a small waterfall - very therapeutic! Ideally, to install a handle for seniors to get up from the swimming pool. The buffet is average with limited spread and diluted coffee, and the space is crowded and squeezy. Ideally, to have a queue in place as guest might bump onto each other."

I emailed the hotel to mention it was my boyfriend's belated birthday celebration. They provided a cake, candles, and cookies for us. The hotel still feels very new. The breakfast was good, the room comfortable, and the location is excellent, very close to Marina Bay. I went for a run around the city in the morning, which was fantastic! However, one thing I feel could be better compared to other places is that the minibar isn't free; we only got plain water. It would be nice to have some mineral water, small snacks, soft drinks, or juice.

It is definitely the best hotel I have stayed! I be planning to come back this year again! Thanks for such amazing service from Bellboy, reception and horizon lounge - the bellboy even helped to bring our items back to the car without me asking! When checking out, also during checkout, a few receptionists offered to help to bring the luggages out during checkout. Thanks a million Shangrila!!!!

A hotel with a direct view of the Merlion from the window. I booked this hotel because it was listed as being close to Merlion Park, but it's actually three or four subway stops away. However, you really can see the Merlion from the hotel room, with absolutely no obstructions! Surroundings: If you exit from the back of the hotel and cross the street, there's a mall, I think it's called Suntec City. You can catch the subway directly from there, and the mall also has Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Toast Box, among other eateries. Front Desk Service: The front desk service was excellent. There wasn't any Chinese-speaking staff the day I checked in, but my broken English was perfectly fine. Hygienic: The hygiene was top-notch; the cleaning staff were very diligent every day, and there's a turndown service. Plus, there's unlimited free water refills, which is so important in Singapore! Around the hotel, you can find the Duck Tours and sightseeing buses, all within walking distance. There's also a small bar out back, perfect for a relaxing beer in the evening. If you turn left from the back exit, there's a 7-Eleven, though the selection isn't very extensive. The hotel restaurant offers its own dinner service, and I saw they have BBQ – looking forward to trying it next time!

Booked the room for the Marina Bay view, and got a room on the 34th floor. The Sands view was from the side, which was still pretty good. The twin room was perfectly fine for two adults and two kids. The hygiene was also decent. The only slight inconvenience was having to stand in the bathtub to shower. I recommend paying the deposit in cash, as it's quicker and more convenient to get back.

We were there as a pre Disney cruise stay. It’s a unique hotel, felt like staying in rainforest. Enjoyed the nature and quiet atmosphere. Location is quite far out but there’s a food court within walking distance. Service at front desk is a bit slow probably due to lack of staff during peak hours. Maybe can do joint promotions with Disney with special rates & transportation arrangements.

My husband and I stayed at Pan Pacific to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. The service was underwhelming from the start. The reception staff were not particularly approachable or welcoming, and we did not experience the level of hospitality we expected from a hotel of this standard. Our arrival experience was also less than ideal. We parked in the hotel’s car park expecting direct lift access to the lobby, but there wasn’t one from the area we used. We had to carry our luggage up the escalator and walk through part of a restaurant before reaching the hotel lobby. This was inconvenient, especially with luggage, and not the first impression we had expected from a 5-star hotel. One of our biggest concerns was the room amenities. When we called to request hot water, we were told to boil it ourselves using the in-room electric kettle. Normally, this would not have been an issue, except the kettle’s filter was rusty. We requested a replacement, but the second kettle was in a similar condition. This was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness. Another minor disappointment was the lack of basic bathroom amenities. The room did not include a comb or shaver, and there was no information indicating whether these items were available upon request. While I understand that many hotels have adopted more sustainable practices by reducing single-use amenities, clearer communication or the option to request these essentials would have been appreciated, especially at a 5-star hotel. The room was advertised as 46㎡, but it felt much smaller and more compact than we had expected. On a positive note, the housekeeping team did a good job of keeping the room clean, and the 24-hour in-room dining was a definite highlight and very convenient. The Marina Bay view was pleasant, although it wasn’t particularly breathtaking. Overall, there was nothing particularly memorable that made the stay feel like a luxury experience. Given Pan Pacific’s reputation, I expected much more. Having stayed at other 5-star hotels, I genuinely thought Pan Pacific would offer a better experience. We did not feel that the overall stay justified the price we paid. The atmosphere felt rather ordinary, and the experience lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and attention to detail we were hoping for in a luxury hotel. As this was meant to be a special anniversary getaway, it was disappointing that the experience fell short of our expectations. Everyone’s expectations are different, and others may have a better experience than we did. Unfortunately, based on our stay, we are unlikely to return and would consider other hotels for future occasions.

I stayed for three nights, and it was a mixed bag, for your reference. Pros: 1. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic, and their English was great. The concierge service was also fantastic, whether it was at breakfast, in the hallways, or during check-in. 2. The room was very clean and comfortable. Drinking water was delivered daily, and there was a mini-bar with complimentary sodas and other items. If you wanted more, though, you had to pay extra. 3. The hotel's location is truly excellent. Taxis are readily available, and the City Hall MRT station (red and green lines), which I used frequently, is just across the street, about 200m away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach churches, the National Gallery, and museums. 4. The breakfast selection was decent, with both Asian and Western options. Before the meal, they always asked if I wanted coffee or tea. 5. The bedding was comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The water temperature was stable, making for a pleasant shower. Cons: 1. The hotel is built around a shopping mall. So, either your room faces inward towards the mall's windows, offering no view and being noisy until 10 pm, or it faces the street, offering a good view but with clear road noise from cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Since the entire building is only four stories tall, outside sounds are quite audible. 2. The hotel is older, and the drainage for the sink, bathtub, and shower was very, very, very slow.

Excellent location, super convenient for getting around! The hotel is right in the heart of Orchard Road, with shopping malls and the MRT station just steps away. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. Even though it's in a bustling area, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, so I slept very peacefully at night. Attentive service, perfect experience The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They even proactively recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. Housekeeping was prompt and cleaned the room thoroughly every day. Comfortable room, well-equipped facilities Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-laid out, clean, and tidy, with very comfortable bedding. The toiletries were of good quality, there was plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The room also came with a universal adapter and multiple charging ports – a thoughtful touch. Great value for money, highly recommended Considering its location on Orchard Road, Vico's prices are very reasonable, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Every time I bring my kids to Singapore, I love staying here. The hotel environment is fantastic, really embodying that Southeast Asian resort vibe, and it offers good value for money on Sentosa. There's a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes to Universal Studios and VivoCity, Singapore's largest mall, which makes getting around super convenient. This time, there was a minor misunderstanding due to a hotel oversight, but Trip.com promptly and efficiently resolved it, ensuring our holiday wasn't marred by any unhappiness. We were very satisfied! 👍
