"This is a long-standing five-star hotel in Singapore. I stayed here for eight nights this time. It's my top choice for business and family trips to Singapore, offering great value for money. **Excellent Location** The location is superb. Right opposite the hotel exit is an MRT station. Although it's not a major line, it's convenient to get anywhere with a quick transfer. Within five or six minutes' walk, there's a large shopping center, The Great World, which has plenty of dining, shopping, and local specialty food options. The surrounding area is also a hub for tourist attractions, easily reachable by taxi or a few MRT stops. **Hotel Design** Given its five-star heritage and recent renovation, the rooms and hotel interior are very new and spacious. I was particularly impressed by the in-room coffee machine and water dispenser. Enjoying a rich cup of coffee while getting ready in the morning [smiley emoji] is a lovely touch. **Hotel Facilities** The swimming pool, gym, conference rooms, and restaurants are all well-equipped. **Service** I didn't get much chance to experience the service as I came back late and was out all day. My only minor complaint is the poor soundproofing. Perhaps it was because I was next to a door that seemed to lead nowhere, and the opening/closing sounds were loud. I could also hear cleaning staff making noise in the mornings. However, the front desk handled it very well, and they were much more careful afterward."

"Bath tub but had no hot water. Good central location just skip throw away from subway. Ultra convenient. Ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. They have a vent system that has a bit of background noise, it is not loud but noisy enough to notice when you are sleeping. Room is also not so well lighted. Having different light sources with different warm and white tones. The towel color also changes from blue stripes to tattered white to normal white in the 3 nights we stayed- what a variety. Generally it is a good value for money. For business people. With twin rooms at an affordable rate, if you plan to visit what Singapore has to offer and you just need a place to sleep that is in the city center."

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at 8:30 AM, and our reserved room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff saw that we were tired and traveling with a small child. After getting our consent, she kindly upgraded our room, allowing us to get our room key early and rest. We're very grateful to this female staff member, though it's a pity we didn't catch her name. Overall, the hotel's dining and room service were excellent. We'll definitely choose The Ritz-Carlton again on our next visit to Singapore.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff had an abysmal attitude; I didn't feel like I was being served at all. There was absolutely no useful information provided – nothing about the hotel's shuttle service, the fact that the kids' club costs extra, or details about adding breakfast. The service was utterly terrible. Having stayed at so many five-star hotels, I've noticed that only the Chinese front desk staff provide the worst service, while those who speak English are far superior. The Splash water play area was good, but the Buds indoor playground charges a fee. The bakery on the first floor offers inexpensive bread that's huge and affordable. However, the Louge restaurant's prices are outrageously expensive, probably double what you'd pay outside. A bak kut teh, which normally costs around 20 SGD elsewhere, is 40 SGD here – you'd be better off adding breakfast to your stay. The location is also quite remote. Given this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel itself is beautiful, though.

DDuoduoxiaotuoniaoEvery time I visit Singapore, I always stay at the Conrad Centennial Marina Bay. The staff are as welcoming as ever, and the rooms are consistently spotless (as a severe germaphobe, I'm very satisfied). This year, I booked a twin room and was given one with a view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. I was so happy! Next to the hotel, Suntec City has Don Quijote, Mannings, and Watsons, plus lots of great little eateries.

AAnonymous UserFor those with similar preferences to mine: The hotel's photos look much better than the actual stay. There are too many partitions, making it feel small. The 'Nanyang' (Southeast Asian) vibe wasn't as strong as I'd imagined. It claims to be one of Asia's top 100 design hotels, but I didn't find it particularly special. If you're staying for that reason, you might be disappointed. The service on the first floor was good, especially a middle-aged man who helped with luggage and spoke Chinese. The breakfast selection was limited and very average. Trying it once for a morning was enough. There's a Michelin restaurant on the fourth floor. I had planned to go one evening, but I walked around the entire fourth floor during their operating hours and found no one there. I also took photos of dust on the headboard and, on another day, saw a cleaning rag left in the bathroom. There's no expansive view from the rooftop as I'd expected. Only two directions are open, and one side is entirely for the restaurant while the other is for the pool. For someone who doesn't want either but just wants to take a photo, it's really disappointing.

BBingBaiOur vacation experience completely exceeded expectations. The hotel truly goes above and beyond for its Treehouse guests, offering the best service. Staying in a Treehouse comes with complimentary Forage afternoon tea, 24-hour butler service, on-demand golf cart transfers to the zoo, free laundry for 5 items, a choice of à la carte breakfast at Forage or the regular buffet, wine with dessert, and a complimentary minibar. We arrived at 12 PM, and Treehouse guests have a dedicated Priority Check-in with staff who speak Mandarin. As we hadn't had lunch yet, they immediately arranged for us to have afternoon tea at Forage. After tea, a buggy took us directly to the food court at the zoo. From there, it's a short walk to the Night Safari, Singapore Zoo, and River Wonders. To get to the Bird Paradise and Rainforest Lumina, you need to go downstairs and catch a shuttle bus. It's incredibly convenient because there's a dedicated buggy path from the hotel to the zoo. We even called a buggy directly when we went to the food court for bak kut teh in the evening. The buggies are plentiful and always arrive promptly, which is very convenient. The Treehouses are divided into West and East wings, each with its own private pool, making for a total of two. These pools are exclusive to Treehouse guests, offering excellent privacy. We spent two days there and saw absolutely no one else. The public pool is on the 5th floor, not huge, but offers a fantastic view of the entire reservoir. On the same floor as the public pool, there's also a sky garden, perfect for an evening chat. The interior design of the Treehouses is also excellent, and the bathroom even has its own air conditioning. A window next to the bathtub can be opened to enjoy nature, yet still maintains great privacy. Upon check-in, I asked for an upgrade to a room facing the reservoir, but was told none were available. Our room was on the highest floor, furthest inside, facing the jungle, with a partial view of the reservoir. In the end, I found that the rooms facing the jungle offer the best privacy, as the balcony cannot be seen from the walkway outside. For breakfast, we chose Forage. The menu had quite a few options, and we could order anything we wanted. The food was pretty good. I look forward to trying the regular buffet next time. Check-out was also seamless; they took us directly to the taxi stand. Since we had no additional charges, we didn't even need to go to the front desk, which was incredibly convenient! I had seen some not-so-positive reviews before, and there weren't many specific reviews about the Treehouse experience, so experiencing it myself was truly different. The interior environment is impeccable, and the service is quite attentive. Turndown service included a turtle canvas bag. Both meals at Forage were also excellent. This experience offers great value for money in Singapore. I do have two suggestions: First, the free laundry for 5 items is pointless for guests staying one night, as they send the clothes out. You need to have them picked up before 10 AM to potentially get them back by 4 PM the same day. Second, the bathroom provides a very thoughtfully designed hotel canvas bag, but it states that it's for use during your stay, and taking it costs $35. At this price point, I think they shouldn't be so stingy about such things; it's just a canvas bag. If it's not a gift for guests, they shouldn't put it in the room at all. Overall, it was a vacation experience that far exceeded my expectations, and if I have the chance, I will definitely stay in a Treehouse again.

GGuest UserI stayed for three nights, and it was a mixed bag, for your reference. Pros: 1. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic, and their English was great. The concierge service was also fantastic, whether it was at breakfast, in the hallways, or during check-in. 2. The room was very clean and comfortable. Drinking water was delivered daily, and there was a mini-bar with complimentary sodas and other items. If you wanted more, though, you had to pay extra. 3. The hotel's location is truly excellent. Taxis are readily available, and the City Hall MRT station (red and green lines), which I used frequently, is just across the street, about 200m away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach churches, the National Gallery, and museums. 4. The breakfast selection was decent, with both Asian and Western options. Before the meal, they always asked if I wanted coffee or tea. 5. The bedding was comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The water temperature was stable, making for a pleasant shower. Cons: 1. The hotel is built around a shopping mall. So, either your room faces inward towards the mall's windows, offering no view and being noisy until 10 pm, or it faces the street, offering a good view but with clear road noise from cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Since the entire building is only four stories tall, outside sounds are quite audible. 2. The hotel is older, and the drainage for the sink, bathtub, and shower was very, very, very slow.

NNiannianyouliThe room was spacious with a great view. The staff were very attentive and service-minded. **Cleanliness**: Very clean, and the bathroom was large with a great wet/dry separation. **Facilities**: Everything was very new, and the pool water was changed daily. **Service**: They proactively helped with luggage, opened car doors, and even used their hands to shield me – they really pay attention to the details.

JJJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

EElena HongOverall 4.1/5. We had a delightful experience at Sofitel, which presented both advantages and disadvantages. However, as a couple, we found our stay to be more enjoyable than some of the other feedback might suggest. The establishment features 2 restaurants, two of which offer Italian and Asian cuisine. Beyond these, there were no additional dining options. There is also a bar in the middle of the hotel, which we found to be an excellent setting for pleasant conversations as a couple, and the bar service was truly exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is quite favorable, being in close proximity to the Tanjong Beach Club and the Raffles Sentosa Spa. Currently, the hotel provides complimentary access to the Raffles Sentosa Spa, which we utilized as if it were our own private facility; we particularly cherished this aspect of our trip. A drawback we encountered was the ongoing construction from early morning until 6:30 PM. Despite paying a premium for a garden view, our room was situated in an area where construction was actively taking place. Additionally, painting was being conducted on various floors, which was noticeable throughout the day. Not direly unpleasant but still a bit of caveat. Regarding the staff, we found them to be very pleasant. However, it appeared that the establishment was understaffed, as evidenced by a two-hour wait for check-in, a situation not unique to us, as many others were also waiting. This likely led to some other complaints regarding the check-in process. We believe this is primarily a staffing issue, as the service itself was excellent. The hotel gives a commendable swimming pool, where we spent a wonderful time. The room itself was quite comfortable and featured a well-appointed bathroom. One surprising aspect was the absence of OTT, or other connectivity services such as HBO and Netflix. This was unexpected, as most hotels nowadays offer such amenities. Upon inquiring about Chromecast or other connection options, we were informed that none were available. Consequently, we were limited to the existing, rather outdated, channels. This was a significant oversight for the hotel. If they wish to enhance their services, they should consider current customer trends. Worth to notice. Overall, if asked about this hotel, we would certainly consider returning for a one or two-night staycation as a couple.

LLayla xOur stay at Amara Sanctuary Sentosa was truly memorable from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by Shaz at the front desk, whose cheerful personality made it feel like we were catching up with an old friend. The buggy service was equally impressive, though I didn’t manage to catch her name, the staff member was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all the amenities around the property in detail. We dined at the Sanctuary Tea Room for both dinner and breakfast, and every experience was accompanied by warm smiles and attentive service. Our couple suite with direct pool access was spacious and although a bit dated. We genuinely loved everything about the room. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding service from all the staff. Their warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression.
