"Place is well located in bugis whereby near to bugis market, shopping centre and hawker centre nearby
Room is stated as newly renovated however there is no wifi as stated due to rewly renovated. Since no wifi, the room with projector that i booked is useless as cannot even load any movie. The alighment is also incorrect and even if can watch movie, thescreen is off.
Window retro blind is totally spoilt however hotel stated is newly renovated.
Bad quality toothbrush as half way brushing, the bristles drop and making ur tooth stuch with them.
Will not recommend stay unless they fix their wifi. Plus their andriod box is china so u canot connect unless u have china app that have china mobild number."

"Good price. Good location, near Lavender MRT. Near beach rd golden mile foodcourt: shiok hokkien mee, roasted meat chicken rice, sugar cane juice, wonton mee. Near bugis junction. 2 queen beds 150cm x2 = 300cm. Fast check-out. Baggage storage available. But a bit noisy in the morning, people talking and walking in corridor outside room."

"Excellent hotel! It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest MRT station, and there are plenty of bus stops nearby. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, including a luggage rack and tissues. One of the front desk staff was incredibly friendly; even though she didn't speak much Chinese, we managed to communicate perfectly with gestures. I stayed here for a concert, and it's a 15-minute walk to the stadium, and even closer to the arena. It felt quite safe walking back at night. Most importantly, it's affordable! Paying just over 400 SGD for a night in Singapore is really amazing value."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is quite good, just about an 8-minute walk from the MRT. There's also a supermarket and a food court nearby, which is very convenient for meals and shopping. However, the room was indeed a bit small, and there was hardly any space for my suitcase; I had to put it under the clothes rack. The lack of complimentary bottled water in the room was also a downside."

"Enjoyed my stay here, the location is excellent, and price is so much cheaper than hotels in Singapore. It's a small room but has everything you need to work and sleep. The kitchen was well equipped also. Everything was clean and modern and staff were friendly.

"1st time trying capsule hotel in singapore, it's cleaner than expected, and nice lobby ammenities. Hot water also available all time, with good water pressure too. No showerheas tho, only rainfall shower. My only problem is that it's hard for me to feel rested. Perhaps I am unlucky, my room single suit pod, that was assigned to me is different than ordered picture whereas it's ”open” on the end side, not the length side like in pics. Furthermore it's at the end of the hall so it felt a bit like suffocating coffin per se. Then on the matter of soundproofing.. very minimum. Earplug is provided, but it wont help with the bumps and vibrations of machines. My room is at the end of hall, and beside the utilities room perhaps? At 6am+ cleaning workers will start, and I can no longer rest in that state.. every sound vibration travels to that ”coffin” bed so yeah.. unless u can treat it as white noise, can easily wake one up.
Overall it's worth the price and cleanliness, but next time I will definitely request a different room or ask actual photo of my assigned room first."

"Excellent hotel, clean and hygienic. It's just one MRT stop from Changi Airport, and a 500-meter walk from the station exit. You don't even need to cross the road. The hotel provides slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Bottled water can be purchased in the lobby on the first floor. I would choose this place again next time."

"I recently stayed at Dorsett Hotel and would like to share my feedback. While the overall stay was acceptable, there are several areas that require improvement.
The room maintenance needs more attention. The bedside lamp was not functioning, and the weighing scale could not be used as the display light was not working. These basic facilities should be properly checked before guest arrival.
At the swimming pool, there were no towels provided, which was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, when I first entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor, similar to a previous vomit smell. Although the hotel staff attempted to spray and freshen the room, the smell was still noticeable and affected the comfort of the stay.
I hope the hotel can improve its maintenance checks and overall room readiness to ensure a better guest experience in the future."

"I believe the staff support could be better. Most of the time no one is there in the counter, which is annoying. There is a money deposit system which is annoying. The room is very small compared to price, if they provided better service, i could have given them higher rating.
I stayed there for 2 nights, the AC, was not maintained, lot of sound. Room is very small, the water shower faucet shower faucet leaking everywhere. On the second day, i asked for room cleaning to clean the room, they said only towel, water can be changed, bed cover changes require more money.
The location is very good, as location is near to MRT. Food restaurants are near, but most of the restaurant are south Indian. Overall i did not like the hotel much. Location is great, food ok."

AantikorrWe really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Raffles Place. Location-wise it was a great choise since all the main spots of attraction were nearby and we could literally walk there. Marina Bay Sands, Lau Pa Sat, Chinatown, you name it!
Hotel facilities were also top-notch. Especially the pool on the 9th floor! Staff was helpful and friendly.
Definitely recommend this hotel!

It would be perfect if front desk and breakfast can be improved. Still highly recommended for a quick nature escape in the busy city!
What we liked:
The Room: We got a room with an unblocked view of the reservoir. The hotel also prepared some simple decorations and a decent-sized cake for our celebration, which was a nice touch.
Rooftop Pool: Offers a great panoramic view of the rainforest and reservoir. It was quite crowded, but it didn't spoil the experience.
Location: Super convenient. It’s close to the Zoo and Mandai boardwalk. There are also plenty of nearby eateries within easy walking distance.
Areas for improvement:
Front Desk: We booked via a 3rd party platform, but the front desk gave us different information. It caused quite a bit of confusion and extra effort to coordinate and sort things out through the platform. In the end we found out this really shouldn't happen at all.
Breakfast: The restaurant is spacious, but the food spread was below expectations. It wasn't very organized and lacked variety.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in at the hotel was incredibly slow. The front desk staff were quite old and didn't speak Chinese. We arrived at noon and couldn't check in, so we just completed the paperwork and left our luggage. When we came back in the evening, we had to queue again to get our room assigned. The room itself was very satisfactory and clean. However, the mini-fridge was drawer-style and completely at room temperature. There was no bottled water; we had to refill from a water dispenser which looked quite dirty. Luckily, the supermarket in the basement of Funan Mall across from the hotel sold cheap water – 1.5 liters for S$0.85, which saved us. Coca-Cola was S$3 for two 500ml bottles, much cheaper than 7-Eleven where the same size was S$3.8. Funan Mall also has plenty of dining options like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh.

This is the second time staying at an Ascott group and serviced apartment-type hotel.
The Lyf guards/staff were super helpful during check in.
Rooms were from level 5 onwards, situated on both sides of the lift and via a secured door of which we had to tap our room card to access the corridor of rooms. Meaning corridor of rooms (left and right side of the lift) also had its own secured entrance.
We could even use the DiscoverASR app on our phone to access our hotel room. Love this idea so much. I feel all hotels should implement this system.
There was a black board outside each room for us to draw something should we wish. Each room also came with its own unique door design, which resembled local gates and doors in Singapore. Which is pretty cool!
Hotel room was fairly clean, but I did find a huge fingernail on the sheets at one point, which I threw in the bin.
Bathroom was good. While I do appreciate the compact creativity of the bathroom, it does not allow a guest to place the bathroom mat in the bathroom itself, without risk of getting it wet or soaked. Instead, placing it outside (in the bedroom) felt more feasible, though not aesthetically pleasing.
Love the Ideology shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand wash! They always reminds me of Aesop products.
Shower water pressure was good, and one could choose between shower head or rain shower.
AC was good too, though I do wish that we are able to adjust the temp. I tried to set it lower than 20, but was unable to.
Bed was an interesting structure of a mattress on a wooden (plank) “shelf”, which meant that it was lower than a normal bed height. This allowed for better usage of the room space, though older guests might find trouble getting up. I do love that there was a small space from the mattress, which allowed us to place our phone/charging devices, even a drink beside us.
There was a small room safe was underneath the bed too. However, as the middle leg of the wooden structure also supported the weight of the structure, this meant that one might stub their toes/feet into it.
Guests mentioned that they didn’t like having to crawl across the bed to draw the blinds up and down, which is exactly I had to do too.
As there was some landscaping works going on, I also saw a giant grasshopper outside. Very nature vibes!
There was breakfast provided daily on Level 5. Nothing fancy but still pretty decent. There was a mix of local/asian and some western cuisine on the menu. Staff at the breakfast area were super amicable and efficient.
Appreciated that there was a small kettle, and two mugs in the room. Which meant there was no need to head to communal kitchen for hot water should one decide to have a cuppa or instant soup.
There was however no mini fridge in the room. And no telly either, not even a small one. Not a huge issue as a staycation, but might have been a deterrent if I had been visiting.
At 18sq metres, this basic one of a kind room was also much smaller than the Lyf on Elizabeth St in Melbourne - which had a telly and fridge, at 22sq metres.
There was however considerable good usage of the room at Lyf @ Funan. Hanging racks instead of a wardrobe. Shelves of sorts, and hidden corners to put your stuff in.
Some worked better than others. As I normally make my bed before checking out, I wondered if it was more difficult for housekeeping to make the beds of these sort of rooms considering the height and the fact that it’s wedged to the end at the window.
Nevertheless, albeit the shortcomings in the functionality of a some design aspects, I would definitely still stay here again, if the price was right.
They have strong competition from nearby hotels.
Place is good. Safe, and easy to get to, even if it’s past midnight or 6am in the morning. The entrance to Funan is actually open, and there’s a straight lift to the hotel. maccas downstairs that opens till 2am.

SShannn_The room was clean and tidy, with a minimalist design and excellent space planning. They also offer free laundry and drying services. The front desk service was great, and there's a small bar on the first floor perfect for a drink or two in the evening; it was quite lively and had a good atmosphere! There's also an outdoor terrace on the second floor for relaxing. Given the location, the overall value for money is absolutely fantastic!

I really liked the restaurant’s atmosphere, especially the glass ceiling that allows natural sunlight to shine through. Most importantly, the location is excellent as I could easily walk to Takashimaya and Paragon without needing to spend on Grab.

JJJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was.
The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities.
Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.

YYueguangxiadewanzilunFor a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!
