"Stayed here for 4 days with my family. They have triple room. They clean the room everyday. Great and friendly hotel staffs. There is water dispenser down the lobby so you wont need to buy everyday. The location of the hotel is quite far to train station but 2-3mon walk to bus station. The location is quote far from the city center but since accessible to bus station you can easily go to different places even at night time. If you are on a budget this is good option but if I will go back again, I’ll try to book near area that is lively."

"1st time trying capsule hotel in singapore, it's cleaner than expected, and nice lobby ammenities. Hot water also available all time, with good water pressure too. No showerheas tho, only rainfall shower. My only problem is that it's hard for me to feel rested. Perhaps I am unlucky, my room single suit pod, that was assigned to me is different than ordered picture whereas it's ”open” on the end side, not the length side like in pics. Furthermore it's at the end of the hall so it felt a bit like suffocating coffin per se. Then on the matter of soundproofing.. very minimum. Earplug is provided, but it wont help with the bumps and vibrations of machines. My room is at the end of hall, and beside the utilities room perhaps? At 6am+ cleaning workers will start, and I can no longer rest in that state.. every sound vibration travels to that ”coffin” bed so yeah.. unless u can treat it as white noise, can easily wake one up. Overall it's worth the price and cleanliness, but next time I will definitely request a different room or ask actual photo of my assigned room first."

"Excellent hotel, clean and hygienic. It's just one MRT stop from Changi Airport, and a 500-meter walk from the station exit. You don't even need to cross the road. The hotel provides slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Bottled water can be purchased in the lobby on the first floor. I would choose this place again next time."

"I recently stayed at Dorsett Hotel and would like to share my feedback. While the overall stay was acceptable, there are several areas that require improvement. The room maintenance needs more attention. The bedside lamp was not functioning, and the weighing scale could not be used as the display light was not working. These basic facilities should be properly checked before guest arrival. At the swimming pool, there were no towels provided, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, when I first entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor, similar to a previous vomit smell. Although the hotel staff attempted to spray and freshen the room, the smell was still noticeable and affected the comfort of the stay. I hope the hotel can improve its maintenance checks and overall room readiness to ensure a better guest experience in the future."

"Read some bad reviews but we really enjoy stay at here. Amazing helpfull staffs, we were arrived so early in the morning, left our luggage, Tun Yee so helpfull when we called him to help us. Also the reception lady gave us warm hospitality. The room big enough for 3 of us. Complete with the kitchen stuffs from microwave, laundry, can cook also. Dish soap also available. Bathroom clean and has water heater. Everything perfect and has what u need esp for long stay. Note : maybe just need hand soap"

"Hotel location was good. Nearby eateries, 7/11 convinient store only 5 mins walk. Train station also nearby. However, hotel was kind of old. Got a room at the basement, network was so bad. Lucky thing there’s wifi. Wifi signal is strong. Since the stay was only for a night. It’s ok."
