SammieleeIt is definitely the best hotel I have stayed! I be planning to come back this year again! Thanks for such amazing service from Bellboy, reception and horizon lounge - the bellboy even helped to bring our items back to the car without me asking! When checking out, also during checkout, a few receptionists offered to help to bring the luggages out during checkout.
Thanks a million Shangrila!!!!

Guest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. It's truly rare to find this quality and price in Singapore. It's well-suited for business travelers, but if you're looking for good value and don't specifically need a family-friendly hotel, this one is excellent. The hotel is new, and the service is great. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, which is common in Singapore, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway – when in Rome, do as the Romans do!

Guest UserWe were there as a pre Disney cruise stay. It’s a unique hotel, felt like staying in rainforest. Enjoyed the nature and quiet atmosphere. Location is quite far out but there’s a food court within walking distance. Service at front desk is a bit slow probably due to lack of staff during peak hours. Maybe can do joint promotions with Disney with special rates & transportation arrangements.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Grand Park City Hall for a birthday staycation with my friend. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and informative, especially since it was my first time staying here.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from City Hall MRT, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
The gym is on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed for a good workout. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a lovely place to relax and made the birthday celebration even more special.
Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Grand Park City Hall for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant staycation in Singapore.

KEITH PeckI am happy with the stay as it is very central to most museums which is my favourite place to be. My biggest let down being disappointed that there is no more access to the pool which i was most looking forward to. Seeing so many reviews and comments that there is access and only finding out later is has been taken was really the setback. Having said that, the breakfast that is included is really decent for the price you pay and its a place i would still go for short staycations.

JoeTmStayed for 3 nights in June as the aircon at my place broke down and needed a cool environment to work and sleep. The hotel is located conveniently off Keong Siak Street with a lot of good food nearby and walking distance to mrt and Chinatown.
The rooms are on the smaller side. I was allocated a room on the 2nd floor at first which has an elongated design with narrow walkway but was moved to another room at the third floor as I was not able to get any data signal in the first room to be able to work. The second room has the usual square design. It is still small with the double bed taking up more than half the space. The bed is stuck to both sides of the wall thus you literally have to ”roll” out of the bed which I do not fancy. The bed is comfortable though with soft pillows.
Another peeve is the bathroom. Due to the design, whenever you shower, the water from the bath will flow to the toilet area making it wet. I really dislike a wet toilet. To resolve this, I had to move the floor towel to cover the curb between shower and toilet. Otherwise no issue.
The wash basin for the second room is outside the toilet area. The usual coffee tea and bottled water are provided. The hotel also provide soft drinks in the fridge for free. There is also safe deposit box in the room.
Not much storage, no chairs no table for working.

Rayson SeahThe hotel was posh right from the entrance, we were greeted by a warm reception at the entrance with help from the staffs to bring the luggages up to the reception area. Less than 2 mins, we were being served by the receptionist and taken down our needs for the 3 nights if any, so we requested for a late checkup on day 4 morning subjected to room availability.
Thereafter, the room card was issued and breakfast instruction were briefed, a very nice ambience was felt as we walked in the isle leading to the hotel rooms lift. Immediately the urge of a nice cold beer or a sluppry cocktail would be ideal..
As we reached the room, a sense of cleanliness and home coming was felt in the air.
What a place for us the next 3 nights...
As we were on a biz trip, we were always on the move, the breakfast was sumptuous and choice of breakfast was great for us, a wide spread of choices were catered. We aint choosers too..
Refreshing juices and fresh bread choices were always on the top of our pick.
Last but not least, we would like to thank Pullman Singapore Orchard for the wonderful reception and great services rendered.
See you again in September as we will definitely return to stay.

JJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was.
The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities.
Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Ugh, I forgot to take photos, so I'll use some random ones instead. First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.

For a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!
