Amazing
GGuest UserThis was the best hotel experience. The service was excellent, very attentive and thoughtful. The welcome drink was delicious. I met Meixin during check-in, and she was very patient and proactive in helping me with an upgrade and then giving me a tour and explanation after I moved in. The room facilities were also comprehensive. The only minor drawback was the water; it took a long time to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient when showering. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios/Resorts World Sentosa, making travel quite convenient. There were plenty of dining options. The Italian restaurant for breakfast had seasonings that were generally too salty, and the tiramisu had a lot of water seeping from the bottom, which affected the taste, but the pizza was good. Cassia offered very authentic Cantonese flavors. The Pineapple Room above the lobby had great drinks, and the snacks were generously portioned. Meixin even gave me a peacock doll during check-out. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. All the staff I encountered were warm and friendly, remembered guests' names, and actively offered assistance. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserFacilities: The toilet isn't a smart one, and the bathroom is a glass enclosure, which doesn't offer great soundproofing or light blocking. Service: Having Chinese-speaking staff was very convenient. The front desk lady upgraded us to a W Suite based on room availability. Breakfast: The variety was decent, but the taste was just average.

TTimtam & Teenie demamaThe breakfast in the morning was decent, but you have to walk to another area. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a bit of a walk to the Universal Studios entrance, but there are shops and restaurants nearby. It was also very convenient to take a taxi back from the airport. You can also ask the hotel to call a taxi to the city center. The hotel provides slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and there's an ice maker and water dispenser.

VVincentKHMy recent stay at the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore was a stark contrast of experiences. As a five-star luxury resort, the performance of the front desk on check-in day completely fell short of brand standards. During check-in, the staff were indifferent. They didn't bother to introduce any of the resort's facilities, operating hours, or breakfast locations, simply handing me a printed brochure. Even worse was the baggage handling. When I received my room key and presented my baggage claim ticket, the front desk staff completely ignored it and pushed the card aside. Ultimately, I had to go back to the baggage area myself and lug my heavy bags to the room. This 'self-service' experience at a five-star hotel was simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the room was missing indoor slippers. When I called to inquire, I was astonishingly told there would be 'an additional charge.' It wasn't until I personally went downstairs to clarify that it was confirmed they should be provided free of charge. At the same time, the in-room shower gel/soap was not replenished in a timely manner. The front desk's business training and service awareness clearly need significant improvement. However, to be fair, other departments in this hotel were excellent. In particular, the staff at the Kids' Club and the operations department greeted guests with genuine, friendly smiles, which was very heartwarming. What truly deserves commendation is the hotel's front desk manager's crisis management. After receiving the formal complaint, he promptly conducted an internal investigation and communicated with me sincerely. He admitted to all the service lapses with an earnest attitude and proactively offered a 25% refund on the room rate as compensation. Overall, the hotel's hardware and other departmental staff are excellent, but the service quality of the front desk desperately needs retraining. Thanks to the manager's professional follow-up, which demonstrates the brand's commitment to guest feedback, I hope to see real improvements in the future.

JJJun..Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

EElena HongOverall 4.1/5. We had a delightful experience at Sofitel, which presented both advantages and disadvantages. However, as a couple, we found our stay to be more enjoyable than some of the other feedback might suggest. The establishment features 2 restaurants, two of which offer Italian and Asian cuisine. Beyond these, there were no additional dining options. There is also a bar in the middle of the hotel, which we found to be an excellent setting for pleasant conversations as a couple, and the bar service was truly exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is quite favorable, being in close proximity to the Tanjong Beach Club and the Raffles Sentosa Spa. Currently, the hotel provides complimentary access to the Raffles Sentosa Spa, which we utilized as if it were our own private facility; we particularly cherished this aspect of our trip. A drawback we encountered was the ongoing construction from early morning until 6:30 PM. Despite paying a premium for a garden view, our room was situated in an area where construction was actively taking place. Additionally, painting was being conducted on various floors, which was noticeable throughout the day. Not direly unpleasant but still a bit of caveat. Regarding the staff, we found them to be very pleasant. However, it appeared that the establishment was understaffed, as evidenced by a two-hour wait for check-in, a situation not unique to us, as many others were also waiting. This likely led to some other complaints regarding the check-in process. We believe this is primarily a staffing issue, as the service itself was excellent. The hotel gives a commendable swimming pool, where we spent a wonderful time. The room itself was quite comfortable and featured a well-appointed bathroom. One surprising aspect was the absence of OTT, or other connectivity services such as HBO and Netflix. This was unexpected, as most hotels nowadays offer such amenities. Upon inquiring about Chromecast or other connection options, we were informed that none were available. Consequently, we were limited to the existing, rather outdated, channels. This was a significant oversight for the hotel. If they wish to enhance their services, they should consider current customer trends. Worth to notice. Overall, if asked about this hotel, we would certainly consider returning for a one or two-night staycation as a couple.

YYueyashangdenanguaBooked this hotel last minute for a family trip with the little one to Sentosa, so my expectations were pretty low, but it turned out to be a decent experience. **Environment:** It's located on a small hill, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a jungle-like feel. There are peacocks roaming around everywhere. **Food:** The breakfast was very rich and tasty. They had a good selection of hot dishes, including Western and Southeast Asian options, and the fruit was super fresh. They even had Yakult! This was the only hotel breakfast my child really enjoyed and ate well during our entire week in Singapore. **Service:** The front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, and the service from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff was quite good compared to other hotels we stayed at in Singapore earlier. The mini-bar snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary. **Facilities:** A bit dated. The soundproofing in the room was poor; hallway noises were very noticeable. **Cleanliness:** Pretty average. You could see water stains on the shower floor. If you're not too particular, it's acceptable.
