LLaitesiluhaoFour Seasons truly lives up to its reputation; everything from the welcome to the room service was excellent. The housekeeping, in particular, was incredibly professional and meticulous. They even neatly coiled and arranged all our electronic device cables – that's how detail-oriented they were!

JJinsibolichangsunwujiArrived at Changi Airport early in the morning. Getting to the hotel by MRT was incredibly convenient, taking only about half an hour. It's easily spotted, just about 100 meters from MRT Exit B. From the moment I arrived at the entrance, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, helping with my luggage and arranging storage. After checking in at the front desk, I headed to Suntec City directly opposite for breakfast. The hotel's location is superb; it's very easy to get anywhere by MRT, and iconic attractions like the Singapore Flyer and the Merlion are within walking distance. The room was spotless and refreshing. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

AaldfsuraDespite a minor snag during check-in, prompt communication and compensation eventually smoothed things over and made up for the initial inconvenience. Subsequently, everything from the room facilities, butler service, hotel amenities, and the staff's service attitude was top-notch. It solidified our belief that choosing this hotel among the many in Sentosa was the right decision. The Equarius Hotel offers two breakfast choices: a semi-buffet at its own Tangerine restaurant, or a full buffet at the adjacent Ou Rui Hotel. However, the latter tends to get very crowded, with queues forming after 8:30 AM, so I personally preferred the quieter option. While the Ocean Suite was absolutely stunning, the villa rooms are definitely the preferred choice for families. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

MMiraCentrally located near the CBD, this hotel is very convenient for business travelers. It’s also close to several food options, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the luxurious linens to the delicious in-room coffee. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was - it felt like a true escape. I can't wait to come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, class, and exceptional service.

YYQQStay was comfortable. Room is clean, amenities provided. Location is not too bad, outside the hotel entrance is paragon. Oppo is taka and is walking distance to MRT. To reach the room, we are required to change lift at lvl 4, walk straight once u got off lift at lvl 4(to reach the other lift lobby). Noises can be heard quite clearly when in the room, guess this is the cons I had during my stay. Overall still a nice hotel.

MMui HuangWe stayed at Dorsett Changi City Singapore in August for a family staycation, but unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on a level undergoing renovation. The corridors had a strong, unpleasant smell of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which was concerning—especially as we were travelling with young children. We immediately requested a room change and were moved to a lower level where no renovation was taking place. While we appreciated the prompt room change, we felt the hotel should have been more considerate in the first place. Guests should not be placed near active renovation areas where air quality and safety could be compromised.

MM231918****This hotel in Singapore offers excellent value for money. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even provided complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, which was a lovely touch! The breakfast spread was extensive, and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

SSze TiongI had a truly pleasant stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and efficient, thanks to the warm and friendly assistance of Miss Asmah at the front desk. She made me feel welcome right away. My experience at Latitude was equally enjoyable—the food and ambience were complemented by a stunning view of the yachts docked just alongside, creating a uniquely relaxing atmosphere. A special compliment also goes to the housekeeping team, in particular, Ms Kalai, for her honesty and attentiveness. I had accidentally left my laptop charger in the room after checking out, and she ensured it was safely kept until I returned to collect it. That level of care and professionalism is truly commendable. Overall, the service and hospitality at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay by the marina.

TTHI THANHWe had a great experience staying at The Bus Collective! Right from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a pleasant receptionist who patiently guided us through our queries and made us feel right at home. The room was a real surprise — nicely designed, very neat, and spotlessly clean with some unique wow factors that really set it apart from typical stays. Although the moving space inside the room was slightly limited, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and experience. A lovely bonus was the unlimited coffee and drinks — a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated during our stay. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to various gates that lead to different attractions. Having a hawker centre just next door was another big plus — so many local food options right at our doorstep! Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay for my family. Would definitely recommend The Bus Collective for anyone looking for a unique and cozy getaway!

SSuitcaseSoulWe had such a wonderful stay at Studio M Hotel! The atmosphere and overall environment were superb – truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. The location is just perfect. Being right next to the Singapore River made our stay even more special. The morning walks were serene and peaceful, while the evenings were vibrant with the lively nightlife – such a beautiful contrast to experience. It’s also very convenient – just a 5–10 minute walk to the MRT and around 10–15 minutes to Chinatown. Two 7-Eleven stores nearby made it super handy, and there are plenty of restaurants along the river within walking distance. Overall, this is a “don’t miss” hotel when in Singapore – stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located. Highly recommend!
