The hotel was generally comfortable and clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Bugis MRT station is directly accessible from the mall to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very easy. You can also take the MRT directly from the airport. This time, I stayed on the 13th floor, and Ann Han, a Chinese lady who has lived in Singapore for twenty years, was our housekeeper. She was incredibly warm and had excellent service attitude, always proactively asking when would be a good time to clean and if there was anything needed for the room. Hotel guests also get a 30% discount at Luce restaurant downstairs. Compared to many hotels in Marina Bay, I would definitely choose this one again.

A Pleasant Stay at Shangri-La Singapore – 7/10 We had a pleasant stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The hotel has a beautiful environment, spacious grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was good. The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel offered a peaceful setting away from the busy city. However, there are still a few areas that could be improved to make the guest experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. It was a good experience, and I would rate it 7 out of 10.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2026. From Changi Airport, we took the MRT. After clearing customs, you need to follow the signs for 'Train to city' or 'MRT'. On the way, buy an Ez-link card at one of the tourist kiosks. We were offered an unlimited pass for $40, but we declined and bought top-up cards for $10 each, valid for our transit period in Singapore. From Singapore Airport to the city center, you first need to travel two stops to Tanah Merah station, alight at platform B, and then board a train marked 'to city' from the same platform. This is on the Green Line. Get off at Raffles Place station. Then, go up the stairs or take the elevator, and once upstairs, look for Exit D or E. Exit D is closer and more convenient for the hotel, but it goes through a shopping mall which might be closed in the evenings or on weekends. From either exit, turn right and walk along the main road without turning off. The main entrance of the building where the hotel is located leads to the CapitaSpring business center. You don't need to enter there; instead, walk a few meters past the main entrance on the right side, towards the taxi stand, where you'll find the hotel entrance. From there, you need to go up to the 9th floor, where the reception is. The hotel has three elevators: one for the reception from the 1st to the 9th floor, which is accessible to everyone. The second elevator goes from the 9th to the 17th floor and can only be used with a room key card. This elevator leads to the guest rooms. The third elevator is on the 17th floor in the garden and leads to the 51st floor observation deck, which is only open on weekdays until 6 PM. Water dispensers are located opposite the elevators on each floor. To use the elevator to the rooms, you need to tap your key card and select your floor on the panel; the panel will then indicate which of the three elevators (by a letter designation) will arrive. The staff were polite. There was no deposit required upon check-in, but they asked for a credit card number for registration. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a good view. The renovation is fresh. The curtains are practically blackout, providing excellent darkening. However, there's a green sensor light on the ceiling in the room's hallway that seems quite bright at night, like a nightlight. This didn't bother us, but if you want to sleep in complete darkness, you won't be able to without a sleep mask. The soundproofing in the rooms is good; we couldn't hear our neighbors. The room has everything necessary, including a refrigerator, an ironing board, and an iron. There's also a safe, a capsule coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and even soft hangers in the wardrobe. The pillows felt uncomfortable to me, but that's probably the only drawback. The room was cleaned daily; trash was emptied, and towels were changed. The Wi-Fi was good. Overall, we liked the hotel, including its central location.

My stay at Conrad Centennial Singapore was very comfortable overall. 🚇The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Promenade MRT station, making it super convenient to get to Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Merlion, and other landmarks. 🛏️The room was very spacious, with a view of the Fountain of Wealth from the window. I really loved the Byredo Mojave Ghost toiletries and the cute Conrad rubber duck. The mini-bar was restocked daily with TWG teas and Nespresso coffee capsules. The room details were comfortable and stylish. 🍴The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything tasted great. I highly recommend the Watermelon Lassi; it's very refreshing in the morning. ❤️The housekeeping service during my stay completely won me over! The staff noticed even the smallest details, neatly organizing guests' belongings and making the room incredibly comfortable. This kind of thoughtful care truly leaves a lasting impression. 🥳I was extremely satisfied with this stay. Conrad Centennial Singapore will definitely be on my 'must-stay list' for my next visit to Singapore.

Even the entry-level room is spacious enough. Both the sheer curtains and the glass door facing the lake can be opened. Leaving the glass door open with the screen closed at night allows the slightly humid lake breeze to drift in, so there's no need to turn on the AC—it's extremely comfortable. The 24-hour room service is a huge plus; the food quality is on par with a sit-down meal. The staff who delivered the food at night knocked gently, spoke in soft tones, took off their shoes before entering the room, and provided very thoughtful service at a fair price.

Perhaps because lyf Funan Singapore promotes a co-living and connected concept, staying here gives you a little extra sense of warmth. You'll exchange friendly nods and greetings with people in the elevator and hold the door for each other, and there are lots of young people checking in. Every guest room door features a different graffiti design along with a small chalkboard, which is a really fun touch. The check-out experience was also great—being half an hour or an hour late was totally fine, and free luggage storage is available. Plus, if you still have some time before your flight, you can comfortably hang out in the 4th-floor co-living space. The hotel has washing machines and dryers right on-site at very reasonable prices—16 SGD includes both washing and drying for a super-large load. It's exceptionally convenient for business travelers. Another thing I personally loved is that there’s no heavy artificial fragrance in the hotel. The rooms are clean and bright with a very sensible layout; although the room size isn't huge, the space is used very efficiently. The location is also extremely convenient, with many of Singapore's major attractions nearby and within walking distance.

After the summer holidays, taking advantage of a brief dip in prices before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, I went to Singapore for a two- or three-day business trip. Ctrip was having its 919 big sale at the time, and I snagged a pretty good deal on a pre-sale package for this hotel. I quickly booked two nights, September 15-16, only to find out they only release two reservation slots per day. Luckily, there were exactly four of us, so it worked out perfectly – any more and we couldn't have booked, any less and it wouldn't have been worth it. For pre-sale packages like this, if you have a larger group, you really need to pay attention to availability. As for the hotel itself, everything was decent, nothing spectacular. The main draw is its excellent location, not far from tourist attractions, and with convenient access to shops, supermarkets, and dining options nearby. The promotional price made it incredibly good value for money.

We celebrate our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and near the areas of Sentosa. It’s like a home away from home. We appreciated the warm welcome, especially as my husband had just celebrated his birthday before our stay Keep it up and definitely will choose this hotel again💛🏝️

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bus Collective, especially the unique bus-themed rooms. This was actually our second time staying here, and this time we decided to try a different type of room. The kids particularly loved the driver’s seat, which was definitely one of the highlights for them! The facilities are relatively simple, with not much around the immediate area apart from the restaurant within the compound. However, once you exit through the side gate, Changi Village is just nearby, with plenty of food options to explore. For those looking for a little more adventure, you can also take a boat ride to Pulau Ubin. Alternatively, Changi Beach is nearby for a relaxing stroll, enjoying the sea view and taking in the surroundings. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and directed us to our booking unit, and they were always willing to assist with any queries we had. A nice bonus was the coffee machine at the reception, where guests could enjoy free-flow coffee and mineral water during their stay. Overall, it was another enjoyable stay, and the unique concept, friendly service and convenient location made it a memorable experience for the family.
