Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore

Having only attended events here prior to the rebranding, this was my first time staying overnight, and the experience surpassed my expectations. The room is remarkably spacious, impeccably clean, and refined. Though I was not assigned my preferred room location, the quality was exceptional that it made no difference. My daughter was so impressed that she requested we stay here again on our next trip. One thing to work on was the availability of the staff during check out timings. There was only 1 staff available which is rare for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was awesome too!!

Shangri-La Singapore

Shangri-La, my absolute favorite! Even with all the talk on Xiaohongshu about various inconveniences, I still chose this hotel in the end. Having stayed at Shangri-La hotels in three or four different cities, from north to south, and from China to Singapore, a sense of familiarity and trust has quietly built up. First off, the garden is absolutely beautiful. After breakfast, or in the evening, wandering through the corners of this hotel, you feel completely relaxed. People say the location isn't ideal for getting around, but compared to hotels with 'good' locations where you step out right onto a busy road and the rooms are cramped, the true meaning of a vacation is perfectly embodied here. So what if there's a small slope? With all the flowers and plants by the roadside, playful dogs and children, and leisurely people, all the travel anxieties and rushing simply disappear. With such a beautiful courtyard, there's no need to even leave; you're already amidst nature. My ten-year-old sister was busy all day, swimming, at the playground, and running around in the garden... It's truly beautiful, and I'm not just talking about the lobby that's only good for photo ops! Secondly, breakfast is excellent! Singapore, a culinary desert, is like a puzzle missing its ornate edges. Choosing to have breakfast included this time was a smart move; I practically relied on this one meal for the day. It was very rich and satisfying, and after eating, I was full of energy to head out to explore every corner of the city. Excellent! I'll definitely be back next time!

Oakwood Premier Raffles Place Singapore

We stayed at this hotel in July 2026. From Changi Airport, we took the MRT. After clearing customs, you need to follow the signs for 'Train to city' or 'MRT'. On the way, buy an Ez-link card at one of the tourist kiosks. We were offered an unlimited pass for $40, but we declined and bought top-up cards for $10 each, valid for our transit period in Singapore. From Singapore Airport to the city center, you first need to travel two stops to Tanah Merah station, alight at platform B, and then board a train marked 'to city' from the same platform. This is on the Green Line. Get off at Raffles Place station. Then, go up the stairs or take the elevator, and once upstairs, look for Exit D or E. Exit D is closer and more convenient for the hotel, but it goes through a shopping mall which might be closed in the evenings or on weekends. From either exit, turn right and walk along the main road without turning off. The main entrance of the building where the hotel is located leads to the CapitaSpring business center. You don't need to enter there; instead, walk a few meters past the main entrance on the right side, towards the taxi stand, where you'll find the hotel entrance. From there, you need to go up to the 9th floor, where the reception is. The hotel has three elevators: one for the reception from the 1st to the 9th floor, which is accessible to everyone. The second elevator goes from the 9th to the 17th floor and can only be used with a room key card. This elevator leads to the guest rooms. The third elevator is on the 17th floor in the garden and leads to the 51st floor observation deck, which is only open on weekdays until 6 PM. Water dispensers are located opposite the elevators on each floor. To use the elevator to the rooms, you need to tap your key card and select your floor on the panel; the panel will then indicate which of the three elevators (by a letter designation) will arrive. The staff were polite. There was no deposit required upon check-in, but they asked for a credit card number for registration. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a good view. The renovation is fresh. The curtains are practically blackout, providing excellent darkening. However, there's a green sensor light on the ceiling in the room's hallway that seems quite bright at night, like a nightlight. This didn't bother us, but if you want to sleep in complete darkness, you won't be able to without a sleep mask. The soundproofing in the rooms is good; we couldn't hear our neighbors. The room has everything necessary, including a refrigerator, an ironing board, and an iron. There's also a safe, a capsule coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and even soft hangers in the wardrobe. The pillows felt uncomfortable to me, but that's probably the only drawback. The room was cleaned daily; trash was emptied, and towels were changed. The Wi-Fi was good. Overall, we liked the hotel, including its central location.

Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

Staying within Mandai Wildlife Reserve makes it incredibly convenient to walk to the zoo. The hotel is beautifully integrated with nature, lush and green, exactly how we like it. If you're spending at least two days in Mandai, it's definitely worth considering this place for the sheer convenience. The breakfast, as many have noted, has a seemingly long buffet line but isn't particularly diverse. However, you can always find something good to eat if you pick and choose. I especially liked the DIY fresh fruit and vegetable juices. Service varies from person to person. All the ladies I encountered were very friendly, especially when I arrived early to drop off my luggage; their warm and thoughtful service truly made me feel at home. The Chinese-speaking gentlemen at the front desk were also very attentive, patiently and meticulously answering questions, and specifically informed me that the shuttle bus to the Bird Paradise was free. The bellhops were also super nice. On our first day, we stayed at another hotel, and our Grab driver mistakenly dropped us off here. They clearly directed us where we should go and even explained how to walk over the next day. When we checked out, one of them quickly ran to help carry our luggage downstairs, and at the car, someone else immediately took over to load it. These were all different individuals, showing that this level of service is their standard. However, there were also very frustrating aspects. Apart from the ladies at the front desk, several dark-skinned male staff members were unhelpful and wore cold expressions. In the room, I could hear a sharp 'green beep' noise every few seconds, constantly. After opening the door, I confirmed it was coming from outside the room. At 9 PM, I played a video recording of the noise for a dark-skinned staff member at the front desk (who wasn't short), and he said someone would be sent to fix it immediately. When I returned from a walk after 10 PM, the noise was still there. The in-room phone to the front desk was always unreachable. Eventually, I had to call the front desk from my mobile phone for someone to answer, and they said they'd send an engineer. It took about ten to twenty minutes for someone to arrive and resolve it. When they opened the door, I saw the hotel's utility room across the hall was open, and the noise was indeed coming from there. This was truly exasperating; there was no follow-up communication or apology afterwards. Is it because I had a recording that they finally dealt with the issue after I reported it at the front desk and called repeatedly? It was really annoying and spoiled the mood.

It was a very pleasant trip. I've always had a good impression of Conrad, and my stays at several of their hotels in China have been excellent, so I chose Conrad again for my trip to Singapore. It didn't disappoint. Although the facilities aren't as new as those in China, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the service was absolutely satisfying. It was my child's birthday this month, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared a little card and a small cake, which was a really warm gesture. I will definitely choose to stay at Conrad again on my next visit to Singapore!

This hotel is quite unique, situated above a large shopping mall. We were a bit disoriented at first, as it took us a while to find it, but once we understood the layout, everything was easy and convenient. The rooms are small but clean, and well-equipped so you can easily organize all your belongings. They are brightly lit, and everything worked perfectly. There's an iron, ironing board, and a water cooler in the common hallway. The hallway's decor is interesting, with boards next to each room where you can write messages. The food courts in the mall are a convenient bonus for delicious meals. The location is excellent; you can walk to all the iconic landmarks: Merlion Park, Marina Bay, and the Singapore Flyer. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a good location, everything is within walking distance. There's a currency exchange, shops, cafes, and a shopping mall near the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful; they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, but they changed it for us and everything was fine. The room has a glass bathtub and transparent walls, but there's a curtain, so nothing is see-through, which is very convenient. We liked everything.

We celebrate our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and near the areas of Sentosa. It’s like a home away from home. We appreciated the warm welcome, especially as my husband had just celebrated his birthday before our stay Keep it up and definitely will choose this hotel again💛🏝️

Gd experience, my grandniece who come don't wanna go home, straight two night come after school. She cry when it's time to go home with her mum. Clean, but for first night the horror come ,there a lizard inside our room. Been chasing him,my sister had a phobia and could not sleep. Thinking of checkout earlier. Been telling one of the staff by the name of abiqail with no eye contact said that we are outside cannot do anything. There no open space, we lock the foor and there no open window, where did the lizard come from? So we ask for a spray, she said the housekeeping will been done at 2pm. The cleaner did come, but need to ask for the spray again. He did go an check but no sign of the lizard. After we come back from dinner there once again the lizard was on the floor infrom the dtiver sit. Once again my sister could not sleep. So we straight away call from watapps no,the staff told me to go to the counter the staff still there( counter close at 9pm but the lobby was open to quest to top cool n hot water from water dispencer . So the make staff by the nane of EDDIE did listen our problem, cause we said we want to check out so we can get a refund. Eddie told me it will take time until next morning. The other option is he can change a new bus(room) for us. He did let us check the room first and he did check all inside the bus if there is a lizard ..thanks eddie. Abigail should learn from eddie. After we check out, we ask eddie to take a picture of us. Did ask about the other room. Eddie show us the bigger room if we want a gathering with family. The hawker centre CHANGI VILLAGE FOOD CENTRE. Only 2/3 min walk. From hawker centre also took a 3/4 not even 5min walk to changi beach. And just infront of the lobby fatimah mohsin thai restaurat..555 BUSKING. Nice food and the price affordable. Will come again but make sure no lizard come to our room ...hehehe ..
