The hotel is in a good location, right at the entrance of Imbio MRT station. You can see it as soon as you come out, and it is also convenient to walk to Universal Studios. The hotel environment is good. Its own swimming pool is quite satisfactory. It is also OK to walk a distance to the popular swimming pool of the hotel next door.
The room is spacious and comfortable. However, there is a dead bug in the lamp and no one cleans it. When we just checked in, we saw a clothes hanger on the bathroom decoration. It was obviously the last guest hanging clothes here. It was not put away when cleaning. These two points are a bit unprofessional.
The service is good. I called for children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were delivered quickly. But to be honest, the toothbrushes in Singapore hotels are really difficult to use. It is recommended to bring your own.
