We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were supposed to check in in the afternoon. The service staff were very considerate and allowed us to check in early. Although hot water was not provided, bottled water was available from the cleaning staff. They could speak Chinese and recommend nearby restaurants to tourists.

It was an average hotel but expensive. The room itself is alright, but they have some sort of flies infestation from the bathroom's drain. The front desk guy said it is something difficult to get rid of since it comes from the pipes, but having something to cover while not in use at least will prevent the flies to do not go out and be all over the bathroom.

I have stayed here twice. The front desk customer service and manager are very enthusiastic, giving directions and answering all kinds of questions. The aunt who cleans the floor is very good and the room is also clean. Will stay again next time.
