房間沒有Wi-Fi，一次性拖鞋還要管服務員要才給，電視機遙控器沒電，電池都漏液了也不換！第二天早上十點多就打電話催退房，難道你們家是十一點必須退房嘛？

體驗感各個方面都不好。首先房間內沒有水、拖鞋、牙刷牙膏極其簡陋。其次被褥不乾淨，感覺裏面有土、浴室地板有污漬；最後我們預訂的是有三人早餐的房間，因為疫情早餐取消可以理解，正常差價補給我們就好，但經理説不可以，説給我們補餛飩、麪條，這也可以，但轉過頭服務員又説可以吃早餐了，結果第二天早餐就是饅頭雞蛋鹹菜，我想問一下有任何一家酒店的早餐會是這樣嗎，吃的太不好了。言而無信。體驗感極差。對長春第一印象感覺不好了
