我和我的太太第一次來東北旅遊，我們來自香港。從5月19日入住，到24日退房。入住體驗非常滿意和驚喜！感受到了長春人的熱情及酒店客房皇金管家張麗萍女士的周到貼心服務。真的讓人感到温暖，這世界原來這麼小，就是一個家，包含你我她。酒店的建築35層，交通很方便，門口有超大停車場，供客人免費停車，酒店大堂富麗典雅，具有5星級酒店的標準和風範。前台和禮賓都很有禮貌，主動問侯。客房衞生乾淨，設備設施齊全，網絡禮遇很多，冰箱酒水免費暢飲。印象深刻的是我的管家張麗萍女士，人很温柔很爰笑，服務貼心，臉上總是洋溢着微笑。每晚送銀耳羹，還是温熱的。為我們特意準備了東北時令水果和乾果。感謝！酒店的服務太棒了！值得推薦，性價比高！

入住的體驗非常的滿意。酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，環境優雅，是附近最高層的建築。入住的房間比較寬敞，乾淨衞生，不僅有歡迎水果，晚上還有皇金管家麗萍為我提供了管家服務。真的令人很感動。我一般情況下出差，住店不參與點評，這次是一個例外。性價比非常的高，設備設施齊全完善。前台的服務熱情周到，總之入住體驗非常的好，推薦大家入住！
