價格和服務不對等，一言難盡的體驗。❶辦理入住的時候，前台的態度很差，提出需要取電卡，前台很不情願的説房間會有，等我到房間以後沒有找到，致電前台打了兩次才有人接，隨後問我，是要他們送上來麼，我説是，然後前台又説阿姨吃飯去了，稍後送，就再也沒有消息了。❷房間衞生不乾淨，洗手枱全是水漬，衞生間有異味❸房間空調時好時壞，經常不工作❹房間經常沒有熱水，給前台打電話，前台笑着説和他們沒關係，是其他住客在用水，詢問什麼時候有熱水，告訴我他們怎麼知道❺房間第二天打掃很敷衍，礦泉水也沒補，後續送上來一句話不説轉身就走❻很高的樓層衹有兩部電梯，一次就五六個人，當天大廳一百多人，等了十分鐘才回房間❼入住兩天，被服務員莫名其妙敲門吵醒兩次，聲稱敲錯了，難道這麼大的酒店連住客房間號也搞不明白麼？一點歉意都沒有，甩下一句敲錯了就走

已經入住兩三次了，説實話設施確實老久畢竟開業年限在那，總體來説前台服務有所提升，落地窗也非常不錯的，還是會再次預訂的

房間衞生非常非常非常的差 可以説 沒見過這麼臟的酒店 灰很厚很厚的 而且房間的窗户關不嚴 一晚上噪音非常大 服務算是説得過去吧 也是房價便宜 別挑太多了 哈哈
