We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

There is no harm without comparison. I just came from Atour and it was my first time to stay at Ibis. I was very disappointed. The room is very small, with one less booth and sofa than in Ctrip's picture, and there is no room to put the suitcase. The breakfast is very simple, and I don’t know where the richness is. The curtains are too small and cannot be pulled to the end, allowing light to pass through. It was bright outside at five o'clock in the morning. The towels were quite old. I used a bath towel on the first day and took it away immediately after cleaning on the second day without replenishing it. Floor towels were not provided the next day. After taking a shower, the floor was covered with water and I was worried about slipping. The slippers are also very thin. I feel like this is my first time staying at Ibis and my last time.

Very nice hotel situated right next to a subway station. The room was spacious. Check-in was fast. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say if It's good.

And the location is also very good, just outside the cultural square, it is also very convenient to go to Xinmin Street to check out the old Babu. There are also restaurants nearby. What I am satisfied with is that the awareness of the service staff is very high, and I especially commend Zhang Xiaoxiaochao. I left my cell phone in the lobby and called back. It turned out that the cleaner Cui Fenglong picked it up and handed it to the front desk. It was a good return and the guests were reassured. It was great! If you come to Changchun again, you will stay in this hotel.

After the room was changed, the front desk quickly agreed. But the quality of the disposable toilet pad that cost 3 yuan was very bad, a thin piece of paper.

This time I went out to study. This hotel is very close to the airport. It is in the courtyard of the airport. It can be reached on foot, but after I contact the front desk, there is also a free pick-up and drop-off service! It's beyond imagination, the service is warm and thoughtful, the equipment and facilities in the room are complete, the hot water temperature is suitable for bathing, and it's comfortable to take a shower. The TV programs are high-definition, and the breakfast is also delicious. I highly recommend it! I will tell my friends to live in the past! The young lady drove me off when I was dropping off the plane. She was beautiful and very enthusiastic. She was in a good mood all day long!

The lady who checked us in on the first night was very helpful and friendly. The room is old but is well maintained and very clean. The cleaning staff are great, very professional and serious about their work. However, the parking is poor. It is a very small car park which is difficult to get in and out of and is often very busy. At around 2pm on Thursday we arrived back at the hotel after exploring the city. We could not get into the car park, we waited on the street trying to get underground for 10 minutes. We finally called the hotel reception. The staff at the reception desk said ”yes, we are too busy, please wait on the street for a space or park somewhere else”. We asked, ”are only your guests allowed to use the car park”, she said ”I don't know, just wait, there is no solution”. This is not helpful at all, you expect to be able to leave your room, drive out and return without needing to wait 20 minutes to park your car again. Finally, the reception desk staff transferred the call to the staff in the car park who quickly fixed the problem, found another space and helped us to park. Thank you to the helpful and professional car parking staff. It is frustrating that the reception desk staff were so unhelpful and impolite about the situation.
