It should be said that this is the worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in... I booked a Sheraton twin room for one night and a deluxe twin room for three nights. The deluxe room was more than 200 yuan more expensive per night. Ctrip wrote that the Sheraton twin room is two 1.3-meter single beds, and the deluxe room is two 1.35-meter double beds. I felt something was wrong when I went there. I asked the hotel and they said that all the twin rooms have the same bed type, and the only difference is the view.
Hygiene: relatively poor, all kinds of dust and stains that can't be wiped clean.
Facilities: The hotel is not old, and the hardware facilities are pretty good, but the maintenance is average. The quilt is very thin, the air conditioner is a bit broken, and I was woken up by the cold on the first night.
Service: It's also average. If the shampoo is gone, they won't check and refill it by themselves. If the guest doesn't remember to ask them to add it, they won't refill it. So there was no shampoo to use in the last two nights.

The decoration style of the room tends to be simple and youthful, mainly in light colors, light and bright.

The hotel is very newly decorated. I like the sofa in the family room. It is very comfortable to sit down and browse my phone when I come back tired every day. Secondly, the breakfast is good. As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around.
A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work!

AAoliweiyayayaThanks to Jinsuo for upgrading our room. The room was very clean and hygienic. The only regret was that there was no humidifier in the room and it was a bit dry when we slept. Luggage storage when leaving: Mavericks' service was very good and patient, and they even gave us water.
The overall experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station, and there is a small forest across the road from the door🍺 where you can play in the snow.

1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

KKong KhenHotel is far from city centre & the closest metro station 汽车公园站 which is the end station of metro line #2, is 5mins by cab.
This hotel caters mainly for guests to the auto & technological park as the name of the area suggests.
Public bus route #30 stops by the main road next to the hotel, a five mins walk. The bus starts from the depot Changchun West a High Speed Rail or Gao-tie station. It is linked to line metro #2 .
Mini-bar is not cold & temp cannot be lowered.
The promotional Italian buffet dinner was a bad choice. Beef and prawns are tough. The spaghetti unappetising.
Hotel does not provide razor blade though there is tooth brush.

She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
