"This hotel stay completely redefined my understanding of what a truly excellent accommodation should be! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm lighting and soothing music in the lobby immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; check-in was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel also thoughtfully provided Type-C charging ports. The room itself was absolutely flawless: the bedding was incredibly soft, and with the blackout curtains drawn, it created a perfect sleeping environment. Even the bathroom was impressive, featuring a smart toilet and a large rainfall showerhead – every detail showcased thoughtful design and comfort. The hotel gym was equipped with brand-new machines. Breakfast offered such a vast selection that it was hard to choose, with everything from Chinese hot congee and fried dough sticks to Western pastries and coffee, truly catering to all tastes. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. This entire stay was absolutely perfect – a definite five-star experience! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"After a trip to Changbai Mountain, we stopped over in Changchun for two nights on our way back. After a long search on Ctrip, we finally settled on this hotel for two reasons: the TV series 'A Lifelong Journey' was filmed here, and it's a garden-style hotel. Our two-night stay certainly didn't disappoint, though our only regret was that it was too short. The hotel is located on Nanhu Street, directly opposite Nanhu Park. Bus G252 stops right outside the main entrance. The nearest subway station is a bit far, about two kilometers away, so we mainly relied on ride-hailing services for getting around. Our room in the main building wasn't large, but it was well-equipped and very clean. It seemed to have been renovated a few years ago. Staying here, you can actually sleep with the windows open at night without needing the air conditioning. Breakfast was also decent, but the dining area seating was predominantly round tables. The à la carte dinner at Bailian Hall was excellent. While a bit pricey, the taste was absolutely superb! It's best to stay for at least three nights here. That way, you can take a complimentary ride on the hotel's electric buggy to fully explore and enjoy the premises. The hotel is truly enormous, covering an area of 1290 mu (approximately 212 acres), and comprises over a dozen buildings."

"The environment and service here are absolutely fantastic! I was so pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub in a hotel at this price point, and it's super convenient for getting around. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch was a highlight, with delicious grilled squid and pan-fried noodles that tasted incredibly authentic – no need to eat out! All the fruits and ingredients were incredibly fresh too."

"I always tend to leave good reviews, and this place definitely has its pros and cons. The advantages are its convenient location, being close to the subway, and right across from Victory Park. Ms. Zhao at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded my room, which I appreciated. The room service was also quite satisfactory. The downside is that the air conditioning doesn't cool well. It was okay at night with the window open, but during the day, with the sun out, it got quite hot. Another issue with opening the window at night is that it faces the main road, so it's pretty noisy. It didn't bother me much since I can sleep through anything, but I imagine it's an older hotel, so some of the equipment might be showing its age. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied."

Cute towel little bear to welcome us inside the room. facilities very good. hope they can provide vegetarian item so that i can eat the welcome snack inside room. but its ok, my friend can eat it and she enjoyed the snack & soup. 3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them. 4. Hotel is near changchun railway station. Go inside another building Infront of Changchun railway station and seek for chungyi hotel as shown in picture. find remnin st sign direction."

The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and of high quality with excellent cleanliness. The front desk staff and housekeepers are professional, helpful, and have a wonderful attitude, leaving a lasting impression. The location is convenient, and the breakfast is quite good, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Thumbs up three times!"

"I stayed for the second time. I stayed once on May 1st last year. The experience was very good. I booked it directly with my friends during this Qingming holiday. Overall, it is clean and tidy, with sanitary facilities and warm service. During the cleaning, the aunt helped open the door, turn off the air conditioner, and take the initiative to send water. Especially the front desk Liu Yao and Guo Xinxuan little beauty take the initiative to serve, patient and meticulous. Changchun is beautiful, come back next time"

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just about 100 meters to the right of the South Exit of the high-speed rail station, and the subway is right downstairs, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. For Longjia Airport, you can take the high-speed train from Changchun Station to Longjia Station, which only takes about ten minutes. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. This will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Changchun."

"The front desk checked in very quickly and introduced the surrounding facilities. The room was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I felt relieved from the fatigue of the journey as soon as I lay down. The bathroom had sufficient water pressure, hot water came quickly, and the quality of toiletries was also good. The view outside the window was great. In the evening, watching the sunset shine in, I felt relaxed. The breakfast was very rich, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and authentic taste, especially the freshly made wontons, which were warm and healing. When checking out, the staff also took the initiative to ask about the stay experience, and Leah was very nice. The location is also very convenient, not far from the subway station and the business district, and it is convenient for travel and shopping. I will definitely choose this place next time I come here, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!"
