It took more than ten minutes to check in. I was the only guest there, and the staff were not very experienced. The room was quite big, with a double bed and a couch. The overall decoration was OK, but the light was too dim and it was very depressing. It was clearly noted that I wanted a quiet room, but it faced the road and was very noisy. The room was very hot and could not be adjusted automatically. I made several phone calls, but the problem was not solved. It was not until after ten o'clock in the evening that a man answered the phone and immediately offered to send a fan or a humidifier. I saw a little bit of service awareness here. It was only after ten o'clock in the morning, and the front desk called to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. However, I checked out at four o'clock at the latest, and I went out with a lot of luggage, and the door was very heavy, and there was no waiter to help. In short, the service awareness was not enough.

However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Since we visit Changchun annually to see relatives, we usually stay at a nearby hotel. However, this time, due to renovations at our usual hotel, we decided to try the Friendship Hotel. Upon checking in and arriving at our room, we were greeted with a platter of fruit, water, and drinks—a thoughtful touch! The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided at the entrance, and the attention to detail and genuine care from the hotel staff were evident everywhere. The hotel's design was innovative, stylish, and elegant, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was also particularly rich and of high quality. We noticed that many of the guests were international professors and students from Northeast Normal University nearby. During check-out, the hotel staff even prepared some snacks for us, showcasing their attentive and meticulous service, which left a deep impression on us. This hotel offers excellent value for money and rivals some international five-star hotels. We highly recommend it and it will definitely be our top choice for future visits to Changchun! Being a foreigner , check in was very smooth . The hotel is conveniently located . The room was clean and spacious , bed was soft and comfortable , water pressure in shower was good . There are lots of eateries , shops and malls in the area as well as nightlife . Would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Changchun.

The transportation is convenient. It only takes ten minutes to walk from the airport by bus line 3. The room is spacious and warm. The room is very quiet. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. The hotel also provides afternoon tea in the afternoon. There are coffee, fruit and desserts. The hotel is very good and the experience is also very good. I will choose to stay next time

the location of the hotel is very good. the front desk staff , Pang Ying was very friendly, kind and helpful. she helped us many times during our stay. there is a nearby food street, shopping malls and lots of convenient stores.

The location is great. The hotel is close to the station, one subway stop from Changchun Station. Please note that the last subway train leaves early (I was planning to take the subway from Changchun Station, but it ended before 10pm), but you can take a taxi from Changchun Station in just one meter, so there is no problem. The room was well cleaned. The water pressure in the shower is also perfect. However, there was no conditioner, just a rinse-in shampoo, so if you're concerned about that, I think it's a good idea to prepare your own. The air volume of the dryer was perfect. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. It's also nice to be able to eat freshly made ramen. There aren't many restaurants in the area that open from 7am, so it was a good idea to include breakfast.

Convenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji. Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

The hotel is right next to Jangchun Station, so it is easily accessible and the facilities are very good. I arrived late, but the staff responded actively, so I was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend it.
