五一期間去常德city walk入住的喜來登，當天房間緊張沒有乾淨的房間，前台小涵很專業 幫我們做協調 帶我們去大堂吧休息喝東西 看我們帶的小朋友又幫忙聯繫客房送小朋友的洗漱用品很貼心 房間乾淨敞亮 早餐也非常不錯

想讓前台安排高一些樓層的房間，直接説沒有，哪怕查一下再説沒有也行，這點比其他萬豪系酒店差遠了。
另外，客房服務的阿姨不錯，很耐心，做事也利索。

房間沒有窗户，悶。房價600多，按金500，房間衹免費提供一元的礦泉水，其它一律收費，水30元/瓶，可樂18一罐，都是天價。價位與服務不符，住店體驗差。網絡差，看個電視轉圈圈轉到懷疑人生。
