"When you first checked in during the day, you thought the room was quite big and quite quiet. When someone checked in at around 12 o'clock in the evening, you would find that there was no soundproofing at all. In the middle of the night, the sound of the door closing and the stools moving were heard. The voices and speaking voices were all very clear. After looking at the layout of the room on the left, it should be that a loft has been converted into two rooms. The one we live in downstairs is directly a room when the door is opened, and the one on the left is upstairs. There is a staircase leading up to the door and you will find a room. It is obvious that there is no sound insulation between the two rooms. Of course, if you are lucky and there is no one staying next to you, it is still a good choice."

"It was my first time staying in this hotel. The environment was very good, the facilities and equipment were very new, and the MSS at the front desk checked me in very quickly. The hotel's buffet breakfast was on the 4th floor, and there was also a self-service laundry room and gym on the 4th floor. There was also a separate underground parking lot inside the hotel, and no license plate entry was required, which was rare in other hotels. Parking and exit were super convenient. There was also a delicious late-night snack shop opposite at night, which was open until very late, and was very friendly to people who stayed up late."

"I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. The air conditioning is good, quiet and comfortable, and the hot water pressure is high! The staff is very polite. I will definitely book this hotel when I go to Changde. It is really worth it!"

"1️⃣ The service from waitresses Xiao Yang and Shan Shan was excellent. 2️⃣ This is the first Orange Crystal hotel in Changde, currently in its trial operation phase, so it doesn't participate in Huazhu's benefits program. However, the service level is truly impeccable; as a Changde local, I felt very welcome staying here. 3️⃣ There are three washer-dryer combos, and the washing and drying performance is excellent. They also offer laundry service. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical trainer, and one rowing machine. I hope they can add some simple dumbbells. 4️⃣ The breakfast was very good. Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! I'll definitely stay here again next time. (ง•̀_•́）ง"

"Five-star rating | Sheraton Changde Stay Experience Beyond satisfied! The front desk service was warm and efficient, making for a seamless check-in. The room was spacious and tidy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering lake views, and the Sweet Sleeper bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was extensive, and the Changde rice noodles were absolutely amazing. The 24-hour gym and pool facilities were complete, offering a fantastic experience. The location is close to Wanda Plaza, making travel and dining super convenient. I'll definitely come again!"

"It's quite clean. Every corner of the bathroom is clean. The design is very special, with black and orange colors, and the mineral water is customized. I gave the little yellow duck slippers to the children and the child was very happy. I left something at the hotel. I contacted the front desk but was told I had to wait for a reply. Then I contacted the person in charge and they found it very quickly. It was sent by express the next day. This was on the sixth day of the Chinese New Year. A suggestion is to make a night light. When you turn off the central air conditioner in the dark at night, you walk to the coffee table and get tripped by a chair, which pushes it over. Your leg gets a little scratched on the leg of the chair. It's not a big deal, but it is definitely something that can be improved."
