GGuest UserTraveling with my parents and kids, a total of six people, we booked two rooms – one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The beds were large and the environment was clean. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one was the most surprisingly good. The front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

It's incredibly cost-effective. They proactively helped us upgrade our room type and even recommended local food. Getting around is also very convenient, and parking is super easy to find. The experience far exceeded our expectations.

HHualuoxiangmanchiOn my way back from Guiyang, I chose Taohuayuan Hotel. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant. There is a lake in front of the hotel and an ancient town block behind it. The room is clean and comfortable, and it is very cultural. The typical Suzhou Jiangnan decoration style, as well as the garden design sense, make the room warm and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant environment is also quite beautiful, and the breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the beef noodles, which are refreshing and delicious. Pet friendly with free parking. The beautiful boss is gentle and warm. We brought our dog and were afraid that the room would be small, so we were given a free room upgrade. We booked a double bed room and were given a free upgrade to the loft. He also gave us his home-brewed rice wine, which was very delicious, and I was very grateful. The inn is suitable for family, friends and family to have a leisure vacation, a couple's trip or a date with close friends. Every photo you take is beautiful. A very wonderful stay experience. The years are clear, the love is long, I am grateful to meet you, and we are destined to see you again.

The flushing volume of the toilet is too small, and there will be residue after the flushing. The faucet for washing the face is too hard to control. If the water is too large, it will accumulate water, and if it is too small, the pressure is not enough. The bathing water is very comfortable and large, and the water is fast. It is found that the wallpaper in the room is peeling off, and I hope it will be repaired in time.
Hygiene: It is basically clean, the towels and bath towels are also clean and soft, and there are many stains on the sheets after washing, which makes people feel very bad.
Environment: The environment is not bad, the hotel looks very grand, and the sound insulation of the door is a bit poor.

CChenxiaLet me talk about the results first. It is a highly recommended hotel. The room is spacious, with a wide view and a window that can see the lake. Because the space is large and the weather is cold, I was given a small oil heater, and the room is very warm. The solid wood floor looks very clean. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

YYiluonuojiejieThe hotel's location is great – it's not noisy, but still only about a 20-minute walk to attractions like Daxiaohe Street and the Poetry Wall, or a roughly 15-yuan taxi ride. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was Manager Chen's professionalism; she helped us resolve an issue very promptly. Five stars across the board!
I do have two suggestions regarding breakfast: 1. I recommend adding a lightbulb to the rice noodle station's prep area. It's too dark for the staff working there, which could be a safety hazard. 2. It would be beneficial to add another staff member to the breakfast area to work alongside the current attendant. One person could handle refilling and serving food, while the other focuses on cleaning. Otherwise, the current attendant is left juggling a cleaning cloth and serving at the same time.

GGuest UserThe hotel stay exceeded my expectations and deserves a high rating! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficient in check-in, and patient and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, excellent natural light and soundproofing, ensuring a very restful rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and attention to detail was evident. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, the public areas were clean and orderly, and the location was convenient for getting around. The housekeeping service was prompt and attentive, making the experience very pleasant. It offers excellent value for money and is suitable for both business and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even included laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful touch.
