I had been stuck in traffic all day. I entered the hotel at 22:30 in the evening with my children. Unexpectedly, I entered the room as soon as I entered the hotel. When I turned on the faucet, a big sewer smell came up. Then I moved to a non-smoking room. There were a few burnt cigarette butts on the bedside. I contacted the front desk to deal with the problem, but the eldest sister came wearing a mask and said she couldn't smell it. They also asked us if we had eaten something with a strong smell. We were really speechless. The eldest sister told me in dialect that she couldn’t smell it in front of me. After a long time, she asked me to change rooms and check the room. It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.
