I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. I really like the room I stayed in this time. It is very quiet. Outside the window is the community behind with a lot of green plants. The location is excellent, and the high-speed rail station is right outside. The room attendant is also very good and thoughtfully prepared welcome snacks. The room does not require an electricity card. The curtains open automatically when you enter the room. The soft big bed is very comfortable. The stay experience is very good. GGuest UserCheck-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!

AAdam RyallNot in the centre of town, but conveniently near a Wanda Plaza shopping centre and covid test site. The hotel looks and smells nice, and the executive room that we stayed in was really impressive. It was more a suite, with a full sofa/sitting area between the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom section had a really classy high ceiling look. Liked the room a lot.
The executive lounge was not open separately, but we were able instead to enjoy the full dinner and breakfast buffets in the 1st floor restaurants. The selection and quality of the foods for both was very impressive and delicious, and we highly recommend them.
This was a nice experience overall, and definitely worth the reasonable price.

AAnonymous UserI deliberately chose the Huandao Hotel to get up early in the morning. The children were going to ride bicycles around the lake. The waiter told them that there were no bicycles to rent. Several bicycle locks at the door had lost their keys and could not be opened. Several bicycle chains were broken and had not been repaired. It seemed to us that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but the waiter said that the repair report had been submitted for several months and no one had responded, which showed that the management's ability and service awareness were weak. Another note: The indoor swimming pool is not free for hotel guests. Other nearby hotels are free.
