The hotel did not inform the guest when it knew that the hotel's air conditioning and refrigeration system was faulty and could not operate normally, and let the guest check in. After waking up at 2:30 in the morning due to the heat, the hotel found the guest and told him after repeated communication that the entire hotel could not provide air conditioning (the temperature was 28-30 degrees that day). The only advice given was to use a fan; or check out or change hotels. The breakfast was also average, with almost no sense of service. I strongly do not recommend future friends to stay. There are too many choices for this hotel in Changde at this price.
