The hotel is worth its price tag with nice room , great views. However, the activities are very limited and are mostly for kids below 10. No activities for teens and adults like other club med locations.

Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit

The hotel is satisfactory in terms of hygiene and facilities, and the theme rooms are also very distinctive. However, the check-in and hot springs are in one place, which is a bit confusing. Although there are clear signs, it is very messy when there are many people. This environment is not compatible with the room fee of more than one thousand during peak hours. The most unsatisfactory thing is that the front desk has different standards for the difference in price for children, which makes me very angry. When checking in, I was told that the child had to make up the difference of about 108 a day. I didn't think much about it at the time and thought it was normal, but my colleague arrived only one day later than us, and didn't ask them to make up the difference at all. He just reminded the children of the breakfast buffet. What I want to say is that if you can't afford it, you can not come or play when you go out to play, but you ask for a price at will, without any rules and regulations, and without any standards, so the random price difference is really unbalanced! In addition, the front desk staff are very good, except for a thinner staff member, who is very dissatisfied with her service. When I stayed in the hotel before, the front desk generally had a good attitude, very kind and enthusiastic. It's not that I'm hypocritical. Since I choose the service industry, I have to be more dedicated.

Finally, I took my mother and brother to Arcadia for a vacation. The two-day and one-night experience was really perfect. The housekeeper thoughtfully upgraded our room. The big bed was replaced with a standard room. It was more convenient to bring children. It was surprisingly on the first floor. There was a swimming pool outside, and the lawn was on the right. It took two minutes to reach the sea. The children were so excited! The room was also very clean. It was a real experience. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews😻 The children ran wildly on the big lawn all afternoon. We adults leisurely faded away the fatigue of 6 days of adjustment, and my mother had a lot of fun. The night was also great. There were small live concerts and a bonfire party at the beach. It was super fun. I got up early in the morning and went to the beach to catch the sea. The children dug a lot of small 🦀. Cute big dogs and small dogs were everywhere on the lawn❤️ My father didn't come this time. I will definitely bring the whole family next time✌ P.s There are many delicious foods nearby. You can walk or drive, and it is economical. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, and talking in the corridor in the middle of the night is like talking to someone in front of you. The twin beds cannot be pushed together, so parents with children should be aware of this. The hot spring wave we brought was said to be from 10:30-10:50, but it was postponed and ended early. There is a separate fee for the small fish pond, and we were told when it was not time. Breakfast is very good in the off-season and is served quickly, but you need to walk a while to the hot spring hotel to eat it. The beach is nice, the sand is very fine, and the water is relatively clean. The setting is also very impressive. The front desk service is very good, and the luxury room type is well maintained. My child wanted two whale dolls of that room type and they borrowed two and put them in the room. At noon check-out time, the child was playing in the hot spring and didn't want to come out, so I negotiated with the front desk to arrive 20-30 late. Minute check-out was agreed, thank you very much. Generally speaking, there are many people eating dumplings in this place during the peak season, and transportation during the off-season is difficult. Self-driving is okay, but those who don’t want to drive should think twice.

The hotel is great. I like the public living room on the second floor. You can stare at the sea in it. The service is also great. We came here for our birthday and the hotel helped decorate the room for free. The apple pie in the bakery next door is super delicious. Every night when we go back to the hotel after shopping, the staff will carefully heat up the bread for us. The staff is super attentive. The hotel is in an excellent location. You can walk through all the shops on the seaside in the South District. It is also very close to the canteen. There is a park bus outside. Of course, you can also take the hotel shuttle bus. You can make an appointment at any time. You must eat beef noodles for breakfast at the hotel. The beef is super big! The coffee shop downstairs can also be discounted! The hotel gives a set of travel photography, which is not too good. It is really good to walk and shoot on the beach! It is really suitable to come to Aranya in the off-season!

What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

I felt that there was no service. The waiter saw that we were holding the luggage and no one greeted us. He asked how to check in. Then the boss was very good to carry the luggage upstairs. Then you went downstairs and basically no one paid for you. I don’t know if it’s because of staying for one night. Much money, Anyway, I feel bad. The overall decoration of the farmyard is very good, very clean, and the meal ordered is not bad, but obviously there is a group purchase meal that can not be used, can be a single point, okay, I am too lazy to care about it, so it is boring... In short, even if the hardware is good overall, I will not choose next time. Would not recommend friends.

Although it is a hotel in the county, there is no need to expect too much in terms of facilities. On the other hand, the simple and down-to-earth service of the people in Changli is enough to make up for the lack of hardware, and can still leave you with good memories.
