The room layout is very efficient, making good use of the small space to include everything you need. It's located in a residential area, so it's very quiet and the air is fresh. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

A very satisfying stay! The room was really clean, and every morning, someone would come by to ask if we needed tidying up – very warm and patient service. All the facilities were good too; even though some were a bit old, they were still perfectly functional. Toothpaste and toothbrushes were readily available from the front desk or housekeeping staff. The surrounding area was great, located in a residential neighborhood, so it was very quiet at night. There were also plenty of food options nearby, which was a big plus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, answering all our questions patiently. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. I'll definitely come back if I need a place in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

Excellent services by this hotel Hejia in Beijiing city China. I did not face any issues with the hotel. Receptionist welcome with a smile and I got the room on 5th floor. Room was clean with all facilities. Meal for all 3 times are available by paying a few amount. Bus stop is a 2 min walk to catch your bus route to explore the city. Subway (Metro) station is 1.2 km far from the hotel but accessible by foot walk or bus service.

I booked a special room, and the staff helped to upgrade the room to a better light. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and really responsive. There is no elevator in the hotel. I brought a very large suitcase, and the staff took the initiative to help move it to the room. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. I only had breakfast when I was in a hurry. This hotel is close to many must-visit attractions in Beijing. I used Alipay to get a Beijing city bus pass and a suburban bus pass, which gave me 50% off bus fares – usually 1 yuan per ride. You need to scan a QR code when you get on and off the bus. Subway fares aren't discounted, but the hotel is only a few hundred meters from the subway station. They offer breakfast for 20 yuan, and lunch and dinner for 35 yuan. The only downside is there's no elevator, so I hope they add one next time. They're eco-conscious here, as the trash cans don't have liners. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. On the way to the subway, near the hotel, there's a hutong where you can get a pancake with a fried egg for 3 yuan. The mirror area in my room had no light, which made it a bit dark for putting on makeup, but the lighting in other areas was sufficient.
