CitiGO Hotels in Beijing

This hotel was recommended by Trip.com, and it was my first stay here. I was extremely satisfied and had a warm experience during my three-day visit. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Metro Line 10 and Airport Line 12. It's a great and convenient hotel, and they even offer supper at 10 PM!

The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the late-night snack was fantastic. The staff, both men and women, were incredibly enthusiastic and provided great service. I highly recommend everyone to stay here, seriously, I can't recommend it enough! The rooms have a modern, youthful design, and the facilities are top-notch. Having two buildings is really convenient, and the laundry room facilities are also excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to come and stay here, really, recommend, recommend, recommend!

The ”Mercure Hotel and Citigo Hotel” in the headquarters base of Fengtai District, Beijing, are operated by Shanghai Chengjia Hotel Management Co., Ltd. The company neither paid rent nor returned the room, occupied the house and continued to operate, and treated the lessor who came to collect the room rudely, with an extremely rude and unreasonable attitude. Chengjia Company has no integrity and behaves in a domineering manner, proving that the consequences of choosing the wrong partner are too serious. The accommodation experience in the hotel room is good.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you can easily walk to Houhai and Nanluoguxiang, which makes getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Despite being in a lively area, the room's soundproofing was decent, allowing for a good night's rest. Housekeeping was meticulous, and all the amenities were complete. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, handling check-in and check-out efficiently. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations, and for this price point in a prime Beijing location, it's a great value. Highly recommended for travelers.

This hotel is small but excellent. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, and every single employee greets you warmly. It's quite close to Sanlitun, and there's a delicious Chongqing noodle place right next door, along with all sorts of other great food options.
