The hotel is conveniently located a 5-6 minute walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station, away from the noise of main roads. The signage, dining, and decor meet international guest standards. The rooms are compact but fully functional. Alcohol wipes are provided to sanitize the toilet seat. The shower stall is space-efficient, with a dry-wet curtain that separates the areas while also ensuring privacy. Lighting controls are user-friendly, though the actual room temperature was slightly higher than what the AC display showed. The minibar offered a good selection of soft drinks, but I couldn't find the usual instant coffee and tea bags, perhaps encouraging guests to visit the unique lobby bar on the first floor. The scent in both the room and public areas was pleasant, and soft background music played during breakfast. This hotel offers excellent value for money and was perfect for my solo business trip. While there are billiards and game machines in the lobby, I didn't have time to enjoy them. If the price remains affordable, this will be my top choice for business trips to Beijing. It's incredibly convenient for both the Airport Express and subway, and the surrounding area is upscale and peaceful.

The staff, both male and female, are particularly warm and friendly, the facilities are great, and the rooms are also very good.

Facilities: Everything was great, except for the small room. Cleanliness: Very clean, and they have a laundry room where you can wash your clothes, complete with detergent. Location: It's in the Taikoo Li Sanlitun shopping district. Service: Breakfast runs from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, which practically covers lunch! They also offer small wontons in the evening. They used to have a variety of noodle dishes, but those are gone now. The staff are incredibly friendly; if you ask for one bottle of water, they'll give you several.

The ”Mercure Hotel and Citigo Hotel” in the headquarters base of Fengtai District, Beijing, are operated by Shanghai Chengjia Hotel Management Co., Ltd. The company neither paid rent nor returned the room, occupied the house and continued to operate, and treated the lessor who came to collect the room rudely, with an extremely rude and unreasonable attitude. Chengjia Company has no integrity and behaves in a domineering manner, proving that the consequences of choosing the wrong partner are too serious. The accommodation experience in the hotel room is good.
