環境：房間一點不隔音，隔壁吵架聽的清清楚楚，隔壁吵架鬧到走道也沒人管，凌晨又在鬧，一整晚幾乎沒休息。
服務：會員有一份房型升級，我特意提了一次都沒用，説話重複6、7遍，根本沒有在聽。
送拖鞋的大爺，沒敲門直接就進來！
設施：樓層共用，特別混亂，上來就是網吧

酒店位置優越交通便利，檀木地鐵站離酒店才2公里，門口公交車林立，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。價格在市區中心房價不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的舒適性品牌連鎖酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，裝修也很新，也無異味，這些都是優點，店長是黨員，沒想到。性價比很高的三星級酒店， 房間非常乾淨， 總枱熱情服務，態度好很有親切感，非常好。很值得推薦！

酒店很好，設計風格滿滿，現代簡約風格，但不失檔次。前台小姐姐服務很棒，前台還有一個服務框，裏面都是日常使用可是很容易忘帶的小玩意和好吃的，很貼心呀，超級有温度。房間簡約大方，可是配的拖鞋和洗護用品都很高檔，比一些星級酒店的還要好，早餐種類也挺多的，有炒飯炒粉類的主食，也有湯粉湯麪，有包點、粥、涼菜，也有水果，牛奶豆漿等，葷素搭配吃的很好，很滿意的一次入住體驗，下次還帶朋友過來住，強烈推薦呀！

酒店的設計，我很鐘意，一進門，就有大廳人員親切的接待，一杯温熱得紅棗茶，正是我所需要的。前台人員無微不至的關心，耐心專業的講解周邊景點和美食，酒店房間的免費用品也很多，透光性很好，整潔，簡直耳目一新，床也十分舒適，房間是中央空調，簡直就是殿堂級的享受。酒店離長沙黃花機場和長沙高鐵南站都很近，十幾分鍾車程，離五一廣場步行街和橘子洲頭出遊也很方便，外出給我幫忙預約了出租車和景點門票，太貼心了！真心不錯，讓人感受到其他酒店沒有的感覺，很踏實！以後還會經常住這樣的酒店，
