"This hotel is conveniently located, with spacious, well-appointed rooms and excellent facilities. The layout is practical, and the front desk concierge service is very attentive. The airport transfer service is also punctual, reliable, and convenient. It truly rivals some 4 or 5-star hotels in major cities. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little tips and notes found in the hallways and rooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of planes taking off and landing, both morning and night, and yet, once closed, there's no noise. It was an excellent experience, though unfortunately, my trip was so rushed that I only stayed for a very short night before catching an early morning flight. I would definitely choose this hotel again if needed; it's truly great value for money."

The cleanliness standards were outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 6, making getting around very easy. Stepping into the lobby, the spacious and bright area immediately caught my eye, with soft lighting casting golden reflections on the marble floor. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, their smiles as comforting as spring sunshine, instantly putting me at ease. Check-in was handled swiftly and efficiently, and they thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room layout was well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft, like sleeping on clouds, and the sheets and pillowcases were spotless, emitting a faint, pleasant fragrance – ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom was tastefully decorated, with clear, warm water flowing from the tap, and high-quality toiletries that left me feeling completely refreshed after a shower. The hotel's dining also left me raving. The restaurant had an elegant ambiance and offered a rich variety of dishes. Each dish was like a work of art, perfect in color, aroma, and taste. I particularly loved their [special dish name], which had a rich, mellow flavor and complex textures that lingered delightfully. The hotel's location is also fantastic. Transportation nearby is very convenient, and it's not far from various attractions, making getting around a breeze. "I came to Changsha to play and compared several hotels. I chose Moke. The room is spacious and bright. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are fully equipped and clean. Because it is an apartment hotel, it is not a whole floor. The hotel room is very good. The staff is very good. 👍 The corridor environment is not good and it is clean. Waiting for the elevator is okay. The breakfast shop on the first floor, the fruit shop, the supermarket are convenient, you can come and see the ink on business trips."
