Considering the location of the hotel, it's not very convenient. I suggest that the hotel prepare drinks and iced water in the mini bar in the room."

"I drove to Changsha and saw this hotel had good reviews and parking options, but I was a bit disappointed. It was a bit expensive compared to other hotels, and it was a 50-minute drive from the city center! The service was so-so. While the touchscreen air conditioner was high-end, I should have considered how easy it was to use. I struggled for ages and had to ask a staff member to open it for me. They said I had locked it, but I didn't know which button was locked! It was a bit of a hassle. The most ridiculous thing was the noisy air conditioner in my room! It kept making a loud, intermittent whirring noise, and I was assigned a room near the road. All I heard all night was the road and the air conditioner. [sigh] I would have changed hotels if I wasn't so tired. The cleanliness was okay, but the breakfast was just average. Parking was convenient, but if you're specifically coming for sightseeing, consider the distance. Overall, it was just average; I don't know why it had so many good reviews."

"Facilities: Overall, no major issues, pretty standard, everything you'd expect was there. However, problems like loose power outlets in the room, no delivery robots so you have to pick up takeout downstairs, and light leakage from the blackout curtains were quite prominent. Cleanliness: The mouthwash cups, Collins glasses, and the inside of the kettle had significant fluff residue. The kettle and table also had uncleaned liquid stains. The full-length mirror had large stains. Environment: There aren't many supermarkets or restaurants nearby. It's very close to the train station and they offer shuttle service. The pool is clean but only opens at 12 PM, so if you're an early morning swimmer, you should check the times beforehand. Overall, it's suitable for a brief stopover if you're catching a high-speed train. The linens and amenities are definitely commendable, and the room layout is quite spacious. The service was also good."

"The hotel has a good location and is convenient for travel. The subway is accessible to major attractions and there are abundant restaurants in the surrounding area. The front desk staff are attentive and greet you warmly and politely. The French-style room I stayed in was exquisitely decorated, with high-end facilities, clean and comfortable, and was very cost-effective among similar hotels. The hotel has good value for money and convenient transportation. It is very close to Songya Lake. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi. I like the style of the room very much. The large floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view. I will try other special styles next time. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. ."

"Environment: The room was completely uninsulated; I could hear the neighbors arguing clearly. Their argument was so loud it was spilling into the hallway, and nobody seemed to care. The noise continued into the early hours of the morning, and I barely got any sleep all night. Service: I was offered a room upgrade as a member, but even after specifically requesting it once, it was ignored. They repeated themselves six or seven times, completely ignoring me. The old man delivering slippers just walked in without knocking! Facilities: The shared floors were extremely chaotic; there was an internet cafe right at the top. Not recommended for stay."
