The experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the room layout is practical. The bedding is cozy and clean, and the bathroom facilities are comprehensive. Lights, appliances, and other equipment all operate smoothly. The public areas are neat and elegant, with complete amenities. The service was particularly outstanding. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and convenient. The staff were warm and polite, proactively asking about needs and offering thoughtful assistance. The dining and housekeeping services were meticulous, and they responded promptly to any issues. Throughout my stay, I felt well-cared for and attended to. The environment is quiet and pleasant, making it suitable for both business travel and short breaks. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the high-speed rail station, and getting to attractions like Orange Isle, Wuyi Square, and Helong Stadium for shows was a breeze. With 24-hour laundry facilities, a gym, and even a children's play area, the amenities are comprehensive, making this a worry-free place to stay for travelers.

The room had a Chinese tea set, evoking a sense of wabi-sabi (a Japanese aesthetic emphasizing simplicity and transience). It was very relaxing. This hotel occupied several floors of a building that also housed other facilities (other hotels, companies, etc.). Therefore, delivery people and outsiders could freely enter the elevator. (And unfortunately, there were people smoking in the elevator, which was unpleasant.) The room was cleaned daily, and towels and amenities were replaced generously. However, there was a slight odor from the toilet or bathroom drain, which might lead some to give it a harsh review. The air conditioning worked well. The free laundry facilities were a great help for long stays. It was also nice that detergent, hangers, and an iron were available for free use. Breakfast consisted of a limited selection of local dishes, but everything was delicious. The fried rice, in particular, was exceptional. There were also local specialty dishes, and they were happy to provide hot noodles upon request, making it a relaxed buffet. If I had one suggestion, it would be nice to have hot coffee brewed in the lobby or dining area, even if it was just from a regular coffee maker. I stayed for six nights and was generally satisfied. I could feel the warmth of the people working there.

The breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride.

It's also very close to Guangda Station for lines 2 and 4, just a 3-minute walk. However, there aren't many buses or taxis around, so the metro is your main mode of transport. 😎 **Front Desk:** The service at the front desk was great. I originally booked an executive king room, but they proactively upgraded us to a suite. One minor inconvenience is that the hotel doesn't deliver takeaways to your room; you have to go down to the lobby to pick them up. I'd suggest getting a couple of robots to help deliver food to the rooms. ☕ **Room Cleanliness:** The room was pretty clean; I didn't check every corner, but everything visible seemed fine. However, if you plan to use the capsule coffee machine, make sure to run it through with water a few times first, as there were some coffee grounds left inside. The room was incredibly quiet – you couldn't hear a single sound at night. 🌼 **Bathroom:** The hot water for the shower was excellent, but the shampoo and conditioner weren't great. Also, the shower door doesn't seal well, so water leaks out onto the floor. You might slip if you're wearing the disposable slippers. Thankfully, they provide plastic slippers for showering, which is a nice touch! 🍲 **Breakfast:** Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. Plus, it starts at 6:30 AM, which is a huge bonus! This is super convenient for those who need to get an early start for competitions. 🎈 **Laundry Room:** There's a laundry room, but it's on the third floor of the neighboring Ibis hotel. They have five washing machines and five dryers, which is plenty. Both hotels share a lobby, so you just go through the main entrance, past the reception desk, and take the Ibis elevator up to the third floor. However, the dryers aren't as efficient as those at Atour or Hanting; it takes about 2 hours to dry clothes.

The room was clean and convenient. It's really close to Changsha South Railway Station, which is super handy for transfers. Plus, there are lots of restaurants and snack shops nearby with reasonable prices, making it easy for guests to grab a bite.

I was very satisfied with the first stay. I like the style of the hotel lobby very much. It is very suitable for taking pictures. When I check in, the front desk lady is very patient. The most important thing is that the room hygiene is in place and the location is very convenient. It is right next to the high-speed rail station. Don’t worry, I will come to live next time.

It's only a 3-minute walk if you're catching a train, making arrivals and departures super convenient. Secondly, the room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and clean, ensuring a very pleasant stay. Thirdly, the breakfast buffet opens at 7 AM, but if you're in a hurry to catch a train, you can ask the front desk to pack it for you in advance, or you can even pack it yourself, which is a really nice touch! Next time I visit Changsha, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hampton by Hilton consistently maintains high standards, comparable only to Huazhu Group and Atour Hotel in China's hotel chain landscape. This was my first stay at a Hampton in Changsha, and it was just as excellent as my experiences in other cities. The room was spotless, facilities were brand new, toiletries were comprehensive, and breakfast offered a wide variety. The hotel is also incredibly close to Changsha South Railway Station – about a ten-minute walk or a few minutes by taxi. Highly recommended for business travelers.
