"The location is absolutely perfect, right near the pedestrian street and directly above Wuyi Square subway station. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting foreign guests with finding information. The room was spacious and very clean, and the free laundry service was a thoughtful touch. I think it deserves full marks and I highly recommend it to foreign friends. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Changsha."

It's incredibly convenient for both eating and exploring. The hotel also offers complimentary luggage storage on the first floor. After checking out, you don't have to drag your suitcases around; you can easily enjoy your day until evening and then pick them up – that's really thoughtful! Plus, the hotel has non-smoking floors, and my room was on a higher floor with a nice view, where I could overlook the river. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!"

The public areas are spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet elegant design, and no unpleasant odors – it instantly put me at ease. The room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. All facilities like the air conditioning, hot water, and internet worked perfectly. The lighting was appropriate, and the toiletries were comprehensive and of good quality. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered my questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing, so my rest was completely undisturbed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was clear that great care is taken with maintenance, showing very high standards. "This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)"

After a long day of walking, lying down felt like instant recovery! ✅ Tea Set Included: With Changsha's city view outside the window and a scholarly tea ceremony inside, this feeling of secluded tranquility amidst the bustling city was simply wonderful. 🤵 About the Service: Truly Heartwarming The front desk staff offered warm tea 🍵 upon arrival, and even a small gift at check-out. "Had a really pleasant stay at this new hotel. The big sign for 'Yiju Hotel' (referring to a comfortable/livable hotel) was very prominent, and it was only about a hundred meters walk from the East Plaza exit. I called the front desk and the staff member was very friendly, patient, and thorough in their service. They even upgraded me to a larger bed room for free! The room was tidy, clean, and everything felt new. It was also quiet at night with good soundproofing. Plus, there was a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a great wet and dry separation. The laundry room was right next to the elevator, which is incredibly important for travelers – really a nice touch. And the breakfast was delicious too!"

"This hotel seriously exceeded all my expectations, and I have to rave about it! First off, the service truly surprised me! The staff were incredibly pleasant, polite, and gentle, striking the perfect balance. Without even asking, they upgraded my room for free upon check-in, which was so genuinely thoughtful. Throughout my stay, they never over-interfered, making for a wonderfully peaceful experience. Before I left, they even proactively asked if I needed drinking water or if I was driving, showing such warm attention to small details – it really made a fantastic impression. What surprised me most was the soundproofing! My room was very close to the elevator, and I was initially worried about noise from people coming and going, but my concerns were completely unfounded. Once the door was closed, it was incredibly quiet; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or elevator. I slept so soundly, it's perfect for anyone who needs a peaceful rest. The room environment was also superb. As soon as I entered, there was no strange odor at all – just clean, fresh, and incredibly relaxing to stay in. All the daily necessities and facilities were fully equipped. I'm not sure of the hotel's star rating, but my overall stay felt completely like a 4-star comfort experience, with quality very much present. I also have to praise their booking model! I'm not a morning person, so I never need breakfast. The fact that this place allows you to book a room without breakfast is incredibly thoughtful! I didn't have to be forced into a breakfast package or spend extra unnecessarily. This really adds to the value and perfectly suits my travel needs. Overall, my experience was a perfect 10; everything was to my liking, and the value for money was exceptional. The experience was far better than I anticipated. I've already saved it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!"
