The combination of natural wood and stone, along with soft lighting, gives the rooms a clean and comfortable feel. The bedding is incredibly soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 24-hour butler service is very responsive, and they even deliver breakfast and late-night snacks to your room. With a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' (popular bubble tea shop) right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring the local food scene. A truly therapeutic stay!

The decor is incredibly tasteful, understated yet luxurious, and every corner is picture-perfect. The quality of the materials used in the details far exceeds that of typical 'Instagrammable' spots. But what truly earned my five-star rating is the service. From the lovely ladies at the front desk, to the photographer, and even the housekeeping aunties, everyone was proactive, enthusiastic, and offered the most thoughtful service with the kindest tone. From the moment we were picked up for check-in, to the endless supply of drinks and fruits in the lobby, and delicious supper and breakfast that even the kids couldn't resist 😋. Especially when we returned to our room one evening and they proactively upgraded us from a lower floor to a higher one, we experienced the most romantic and cozy accommodation. There were thoughtful little reminder notes placed throughout the room, adding to that warm and comfortable feeling. This kind of perfectly executed attention to detail makes you feel incredibly cared for. Good hardware is a bonus, but truly attentive service is at the heart of it all. The amazing service from the staff left absolutely no room for complaint! They truly made it feel like home!

After just one night, I felt great everywhere, and the service was exceptionally meticulous. I absolutely had to leave a good review to remember it. First off, my initial impression of the hotel was its very modern and minimalist decor, with really soft lighting. The bellhop was also very observant and helped carry my luggage up to the front desk on the sixth floor.
Check-in at the front desk was super fast, no unnecessary chatter. They efficiently explained the hotel's facilities, which made me feel very comfortable – perfect for an introvert like me. Once I got into the room, the mattress was what I was most delighted about. For someone with back pain like me, it was incredibly comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. They even thoughtfully provided four pillows, which was great for me as someone who loves having multiple pillows to sleep with.
There was also a turndown service in the evening, where they not only thoughtfully prepared slippers but also gave me a complimentary glass of warm milk. So incredibly thoughtful!

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

MMarcHoMy recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home.
A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive.
The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days.
Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

They proactively checked our needs and were always available when we needed anything. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped us with our luggage. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local Changsha specialties. The location is excellent, close to the Xiang River, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. Overall, the ambiance is grand and elegant.

GGuest UserOn my trip to Changsha ZETA PLANET, Lin, the welcome ambassador on the sixth-floor lobby, was the absolute highlight of my entire 'interstellar' experience. The moment I stepped out of the cosmic elevator, I was greeted with such warmth. It wasn't just a routine, robotic welcome; she immediately noticed my heavy luggage and proactively offered to help. She meticulously explained the Galaxy T-stage, the Runway Bar, and breakfast timings, even discreetly sharing some niche photo spots within the hotel and a local guide to authentic Changsha snacks. Her whole demeanor was relaxed and comfortable, professional yet down-to-earth. She perfectly balanced W's trendy, flamboyant vibe with truly thoughtful and heartwarming service. What could have been a cold, futuristic lobby felt incredibly welcoming and homey thanks to Lin's attentiveness. If you're staying at W Changsha, you absolutely have to commend this welcome ambassador on the sixth floor!

GGuest UserWe just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation.
The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design.
What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed.
Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable.
Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve.
We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

GGuest UserMy overall stay at the hotel was excellent! The room area was quiet and comfortable, and the overall environment was very relaxing. The hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless, and the bedding was soft and breathable. The in-room facilities were brand new and comprehensive, with ample storage and complete toiletries. There are also large shopping malls nearby, and the subway station is just a 900m walk away, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel staff were warm and attentive; after check-out, they even asked about my experience and invited me to stay again. All in all, I felt secure and at ease, and I genuinely recommend it.
