AAnonymous UserTucked away in a lively area, I absolutely loved it. The photo ops were amazing, and the service attitude was excellent. We arrived in Changsha on a red-eye flight, and when we reached the hotel, the lady at the front desk responded quickly to our WeChat message and even ran out to greet us. The staff at the entrance and in the restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel manager was especially attentive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home during our trip. Since we were traveling with two children, the dining hours here were very flexible, and no matter when we went, we could always find fruit in the restaurant, plus there was afternoon tea – it was fantastic! We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Changsha.

SSportChronoNiki arranged every detail perfectly. Not only did they upgrade my room, but they also prepared a thoughtful surprise. The room's electricity was turned on in advance, and the air conditioning temperature, showerhead position, and overall air quality were all perfect. The noodle station at breakfast was absolutely amazing.

GGuest UserThe room layout is quite spacious, with two separate areas: a private bedroom and a bathroom/toilet located outside. It feels very large.
The hotel has a Republic of China era theme, with beautiful scenery everywhere. It features smart home technology, offering an experience that is both understated and luxurious.
Their service is truly exceptional: complimentary coffee at the front desk, breakfast, afternoon tea, and a goodnight dessert make you feel right at home. The breakfast service is particularly thoughtful; they offer an extra main course for guests with children.
They also offer the convenient service of sending luggage directly to the high-speed train station in advance, which is a huge help for travelers like us. Absolutely fantastic!

MMarcHoMy recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home.
A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive.
The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days.
Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!
TTonya65Finally found a super pet-friendly hotel! We stayed in the pet-friendly room at the Wellesley Hotel in Changsha with our two Maltese dogs. The room was clean and tidy, with thoughtful amenities. Our furry friends had a blast, and we humans were very comfortable too.

GGuest UserMy experience at Wanda Vista Changsha was absolutely perfect! It's located right by the Xiang River, with direct access to the Wuyi commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The new Chinese-style lobby is elegant and grand. The river view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the Xiang River and Orange Isle, offering breathtaking night views. The bedding is soft and promotes a good night's sleep, and the amenities are high-quality. Breakfast includes authentic Changsha rice noodles and Tangyou Baba, with a rich variety of options. Our housekeeper, Lucy, provided attentive and detailed service. The heated pool and gym are well-equipped. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again.

BBanlidelixiangshenghuoLin and Lilian, the receptionists on the sixth floor of W Changsha, are an absolute credit to the hotel! As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

WWojianqingshanduowumeiThe room decor was tasteful, with a grand and modern style that was also very practical. It had a desk, a comfortable large sofa, a spacious wardrobe, and a bathtub. The staff provided service with a smile. I must give a huge shout-out to the omelette at breakfast – as a seasoned omelette connoisseur who's tasted countless ones, this one gets a solid thumbs-up! It was soft, tender, not greasy, and the cheese was wonderfully fragrant and stringy. The yogurt bar was excellent, with my favorite Greek yogurt and chia seed yogurt available. Honestly, it offers much better value for money than the Park Hyatt I stayed at last time.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Changsha Juzhou Nuoya Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Perched on the 38th to 50th floors, the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the striking giant 'orange tree' and the incredibly high ceilings. The fusion of Eastern aesthetics and modern luxury was absolutely exquisite.
The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the room's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which practically covered an entire wall. Opening them revealed a breathtaking vista of the Xiang River, Orange Isle, and the distant Yuelu Mountain, truly offering a 'mountains, water, island, city' visual feast all in one frame. Especially at night, gazing at the glittering cityscape and the shimmering river outside the window was incredibly relaxing.
Every detail showcased thoughtful care. Not only did the room feature comfortable beds that could be combined and high-quality toiletries, but it also had a pleasant surprise: snacks from Cha Yan Yue Se, making you feel a strong sense of local culture and hospitality. The hotel is conveniently located right above Bisha Lake Subway Station, making it incredibly easy to get to Wuyi Square, Orange Isle, and other central commercial areas and attractions. Whether it was the resort-like high-altitude infinity pool or the authentic Hunan rice noodles at the all-day dining restaurant, everything added to the enjoyment of my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha who is looking for a high-quality vacation experience. I will definitely be back!
