So delighted with my stay at the Chaocong Ancient Street branch in Changsha! Tucked away on an old flagstone street, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Step outside and you're surrounded by street food, and it's a short walk to Wuyi Square. The wabi-sabi style decor is chic and perfect for photos. The room comes with a Dyson hairdryer and Le Labo toiletries, and the bedding is so comfortable I slept soundly. The concierge service was attentive and thoughtful, breakfast was plentiful, and they even had a unique 'magic cube' event where you could swap for milk tea. So many thoughtful details! This is definitely my top choice for travel, I'll be staying here again next time.

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, including luggage pickup from the station and 24-hour butler service, making our stay cozy and comfortable. The hotel's environment is elegant and unique, perfect for family and friends traveling together. The complimentary atmospheric photos were amazing; the photographer was superb, with every shot looking like a movie scene – absolutely stunning! 👍👍👍 The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were beautifully presented and tasted really good, making for visually appealing photos. I will definitely come back to stay again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

The bellhop was also very observant and helped carry my luggage up to the front desk on the sixth floor. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, no unnecessary chatter. They efficiently explained the hotel's facilities, which made me feel very comfortable – perfect for an introvert like me. Once I got into the room, the mattress was what I was most delighted about. For someone with back pain like me, it was incredibly comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. They even thoughtfully provided four pillows, which was great for me as someone who loves having multiple pillows to sleep with. There was also a turndown service in the evening, where they not only thoughtfully prepared slippers but also gave me a complimentary glass of warm milk. So incredibly thoughtful!

My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Stellar, whose service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout. They proactively checked our needs and were always available when we needed anything. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped us with our luggage. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local Changsha specialties. The location is excellent, close to the Xiang River, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. Overall, the ambiance is grand and elegant.

After staying three nights at Niccolo, I decided to try this hotel for a night, thinking it had good reviews online. I ended up being sorely disappointed. First off, the lobby was incredibly noisy, stuffy, and had an unpleasant smell, which immediately gave me a terrible first impression of the hotel. Upstairs on the sixth floor, there were only three staff members, and a large crowd of people trying to check in. It was very congested with no clear queuing system, leading to some impolite guests cutting in line. Then there's the room itself – the hardware facilities were extremely poor. It claimed to be over 40 square meters, but it felt much smaller. The shower and bathtub were tucked away at the very back, making it easy to slip and fall if you weren't careful, and the lighting was incredibly dim. The bathroom mirror even had water stains, and you had to get very close to see yourself in it. The only redeeming features were the gym and the dry and wet saunas; it was my first time experiencing a wet sauna. Overall, it was quite a bad experience. I've stayed at many W hotels in different locations, and this was by far the worst.

Came for a short weekend trip to Orange Isle and stayed at the Poly Orange Isle Noya Hotel for two nights straight – and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The most pleasant surprise was the dedicated butler service; it was superb. They called ahead to confirm our needs and thought of every little detail. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a family to relax. The location is excellent, making it super easy to visit the scenic spots. The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the overall quality was top-notch. It's our first choice for family travel, and we'll definitely book again next time we're in Changsha.

Atmosphere: For the price, this is the best hotel room I've stayed in Changsha. Having stayed in so many hotels, I still felt it was excellent value for money the moment I walked in. This alone is a huge recommendation. Cleanliness: Very good, very clean. Facilities: Excellent. The swimming pool, gym, and other amenities are all great, including various executive benefits. Truly worth it. Service: There were a couple of minor issues. The good points are: 1) There's always someone to help with luggage during check-in and check-out, unlike some other hotels where they don't bother once you're checking out. 2) The front desk staff are very patient. The downsides are: 1) My girlfriend encountered some staff with a bad attitude during afternoon tea. 2) In the buffet restaurant, there were constant sales pitches for group buying deals right next to us, with quite a few people, which wasn't a great experience. However, I still highly recommend it. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, and for the same price point, I personally think it's genuinely the best.

The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, and the resting environment is incredibly soothing. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the bedding was fluffy and skin-friendly, with no odors whatsoever throughout the entire room. The appliances and bathroom facilities were brand new and in perfect condition, with a thoughtful design. The front desk, concierge, lounge, and room service were all exceptionally attentive, proactively replenishing amenities and patiently answering questions. From the environment to the service, I couldn't find a single fault. It offers great value for money, and I've already recommended it to my friends!
