Later, I had an unexpected commitment and couldn't leave, so I asked if I could have a late check-out. Without any hesitation, they agreed to let me check out at 2 PM. So thoughtful and accommodating! The service here is incredibly flexible and customer-focused. I'll definitely be back!

RrhzyThis hotel has a really stylish vibe, especially the lobby and restaurant areas. The service was excellent; they provided breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The photography service was also great – the photographer was very helpful, and there were no hidden extra charges for photos. There's a self-service laundry room, or you can have the butler take care of it for you. It's a great choice if you want to experience Chaozong Street. The only minor drawback is that, being nestled among old houses, the views aren't very expansive, but that's not the hotel's fault; guests choose this style for themselves. In the room, the toilet didn't flush automatically, and the button was a bit confusing. The hot water kettle was also a bit tricky to use and leaked a little. I hope the hotel pays more attention to maintaining these smaller items.

The bedding was neat and odorless, and there were no water stains or smudges in the bathroom, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. All the facilities worked properly; the air conditioning and hot water were both excellent, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were super nice, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The environment was quiet and not noisy, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel because of its advertised location 50 meters from the subway station, but it turned out to be over 500 meters from the station, all along construction-affected roads, and it was incredibly hot and sunny. There was a large construction site behind the hotel, and the windows couldn't be closed. It's just too new and nothing is fully completed yet. None of my Ctrip benefits were recognized – no breakfast, room upgrade, late check-out, fruit, or snacks. It felt like I couldn't stay there unless I booked through Huazhu. The problem is, even the early booking discount for gold members wasn't as good as the Ctrip price.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful! The hotel elevator goes directly to the subway station, so you don't have to worry about getting wet if it rains. Plus, it's super convenient as it's only one subway stop to Wuyi Square. The hotel is also very close to Chaozong Street, which is great for a walk. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. If I ever come back to Changsha, I'd definitely stay here again! 😇

The natural light was great; when the sun shone in, I felt so warm and cozy. Plus, check-out was at 1 PM, and the hotel even extended it for us by an hour. They also gave us a small gift when we left, which was a lovely touch. Excellent service, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha.

Lleung_cyThe environment is great, with plenty of dining options nearby, a convenience store downstairs, and a subway station – very convenient. Wuyi Square is just one or two stops away. The hotel is right around the corner from Peiyuan Bridge Station. Service: Every staff member provides excellent service! When checking in, a staff member brings tea, and the check-in process is very quick. Laundry is delivered directly to your room door. The butler even gives a heads-up, even if it's 4 AM! No need to run around yourself. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good; no hair or anything like that found in the toilet, sink, or on the floor. Facilities: The room has a separate wet and dry area, a bathtub, and a projector, giving it a very spacious feel. At night, it's central air conditioning, but you can ask the butler or front desk for a fan, and it's delivered very quickly by the staff. Check-in is on the third floor, and there are robots. There are three elevators available. The floors are quite high, so the wait time can be a bit long, but there are sofas to sit on while you wait.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
