The hotel's Chinese garden landscape design is absolutely stunning, and being right next to Meixi Lake Park, the environment is just incredible. It's a bit far from the city center, but I actually prefer the quietness. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Overall, this resort offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

My stay in Changsha was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! Poly Orange Isle Nuoya is a designer hotel with a distinctive style. Located high up, it offers prime views of Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can admire the beautiful Xiangjiang River, creating a fantastic ambiance. The room was very comfortable, with soft bedding and a quiet environment. The location is excellent, with convenient subway access making it easy to get to all the major attractions. The staff were warm, polite, and attentive, always doing their best to assist with any requests. Overall, the check-in experience was perfect.

The location is truly unbeatable. The hotel is only about a hundred meters from Exit 4 of Yingbinlukou Station on Lines 2 and 6, so you can reach the station in just a few minutes on foot, making getting around super convenient. A quick tip for those traveling with kids: children under 14 ride the Changsha subway for free, which is a great saving! Taking the subway to Wuyi Square, Snack Kingdom, Orange Isle, Yuelu Mountain, and Hunan Provincial Museum was incredibly smooth. Even taking a taxi back from Du Fu Jiang Ge at night only cost around ten yuan, making our trip easy and stress-free. This time, we stayed in an executive twin room, which was spacious and tidy, with a great sense of space. It was equipped with two two-seater sofas, a single sofa, and a large round table, perfect for ordering takeout and spreading out, ideal for family meals. The hotel's minibar was replenished daily, and the room service was thoughtful and attentive, proactively providing extra drinking water and biscuits. They even prepared a heartwarming note for the child, who was so happy and kept talking about wanting to write a reply – these little details were incredibly charming. The exclusive Orange Crystal toiletries had a pleasant fragrance, making the stay experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel breakfast was small but refined, featuring local specialties like beef noodles and Daituan noodles. There were also ice cubes and a coffee machine, so you could make your own iced Americano, perfect for coffee lovers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changsha!

What impressed us most was that the buffet was extended until 2 PM, allowing late risers like us to enjoy a leisurely and delightful meal. The environment was pretty good, and the concierge service was excellent – they opened car doors for us and handled our luggage upon arrival and departure. Ctrip upgraded our room. It wasn't huge, but it had everything we needed. Ventilation wasn't great, though, and there was a slight smell. Breakfast was very rich and offered a wide variety of choices. I saw in other reviews that guests received a souvenir and a doll when checking out, but we didn't get anything when we left.

Its location is truly unbeatable, offering excellent connectivity. Stepping out, you're immediately in a premier shopping district, very close to the pedestrian street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The room views were a delightful surprise; I could see Orange Isle in the distance and even catch a glimpse of Chairman Mao's statue. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The high-quality complimentary bottled water provided by the hotel was also a nice touch. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a small gift, which was a heartwarming gesture. The hotel's breakfast area isn't huge, but the quality is top-notch. Many items are made-to-order, and they replenish food very quickly. There are many options where you can sit and order, which makes for a great experience. The juice and beverage selection is extensive, and with the excellent service, breakfast was very pleasant. The only minor regret: the hotel's Chinese restaurant is not very large, and I wasn't able to secure a reservation on two consecutive days, so I missed out on trying it. I hope to have the chance to experience it on my next visit to Changsha!

This hotel is super close to the train station, with subway lines 2 and 3 right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it really convenient for getting around. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Changsha!
