My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home.
A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive.
The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days.
Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!
Environment: The environment is great, and the check-in experience was very good. When I checked in, the front desk even offered a refreshing drink. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere; you just cross a traffic light to reach IFC. Hygiene: The room cleaning was exceptionally thorough, spotless. Facilities: The room facilities are excellent. Although the hotel opened in 2019, their hairdryer and air conditioning fan speed are very stable and convenient. Service: The service was also great, with smiling service during check-in. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha, mainly because the location is fantastic and so convenient for getting around.
