CChunlingThis homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

GGuest UserOur whole family came to Changsha for a trip, and after much deliberation, we chose to stay here. The room type was my top priority, and the large bathtub was fantastic for soaking. The bedding was very comfortable, and the river view from the window was beautiful. The front desk staff were warm and responsible, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast buffet was excellent; the rice noodles and fried eggs are a must-try. The 'Qia Tong Xue Shao Nian' Square next to the hotel is the best spot for photos!

小小段First time staying at this hotel, and I was really impressed. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, and the decor feels very upscale. The cleaning staff (Ayi) did a thorough job, and the laundry room offers wash and dry services. The location is fantastic – it's a pleasant walk to Xianjia Lake and Yuelu Mountain, and it's close to both the city center and Meixi Lake New Area, right next to a subway station. They even gave us some snacks when we checked out!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the bath towels were individually sealed in plastic, which was a nice touch. They even thoughtfully called to arrange a pick-up and drop-off. The lady at the front desk was so warm and generous, providing lots of helpful information. The environment is comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Lliuwenyu1968Pretty good! The lobby is impressive, and the room is spacious and bright. The bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and heats up quickly. They provide plenty of bottled water, and the tea set is nice. You can also get eye masks at the front desk. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

ZZhouzhou330The Langham Changsha is perfect for family trips! The hotel facilities are brand new and comprehensive, with high-quality amenities and a clean, elegant environment. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and kindly. They were also very patient with children. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bedding ensures a peaceful sleep, and the family-friendly amenities are complete. It's also super convenient for visiting attractions like the Ocean Park and the Grand Circus. Our stay was comfortable, and we had a great time. It's a perfect experience for families with kids, highly recommended!

YYilingThe 260-acre old palace, with green trees covering the sky and the sun. It was late to the hotel (about six o'clock), saying that the room in the main building No. 8 originally booked was gone, and I could go to Building No. 5 without an elevator. The room manager saw that we had objections, accompanied the explanation and took the room, and took care of the waiter to help us carry the luggage upstairs. It was really a long-distance trip and she was tired because of her sincerity, but she also gave up staying for the third night.
The room has a good base, the facilities are well maintained, the linen hot water air conditioning is OK, and the sanitation is quiet and safe. Green trees are blocked, the room is not bright, and there is no safe or refrigerator.
It is not recommended to drive by yourself. Building 5 is also more than one kilometer away from the nearest subway line 6 (Building 8 is farther), take a taxi.

AAnonymous UserIf you’re going to a concert at 芒果馆， this is the hotel for you. The hotel is literally at the doorstep of the hall and they have buggies to send to the entrance where you just walk five minutes to the ticket gantry. When I walked in the concert‘s playlist was playing at the lobby which had a huge standee for photo taking. They even gave a little snack pack and photo card. Super pleased with the service and care, esp since I was injured. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok including delivering breakfast to my room. Staff also checked in on me so I didn’t feel scared as a female solo traveller. The hotel may look old but it’s spacious, clean and had plush amenities. I had a really good stay and will be back. 闪闪小姐姐真的让我感觉到人间温暖。他一看到我的脚踝受伤就立马请我坐下帮我办理入住。酒店员工也一直扶着我提行李。保洁大姐也很照顾我。外卖和滴滴都能到你房外。特别方便。闪闪小姐姐也天天专程打包早餐送到我房。真的让我哭死了。 本来因为受伤而沮丧的可是陌生人的关怀让我振作起来。 我的长沙不二首选。谢！

AAbhijit_DattaThe rooms are clean and staff are very polite and hardworking. The location is near the Hanghua Airport and an hr’s ride from Changsha city. Besides the Dalucun metro is like a 15 min walk from the hotel. So he can reach the railway station very easily as well. The morning breakfast has many options for both western and Chinese meals in the buffet. There is a small convenience store as well where one can find most of the useful items. All in all it was a good experience staying here. One thing that can improve is the exhausting in the bathroom/toilet
