"The hygiene is average. The kitchen and toilet are a bit dirty. There is one toilet for each person, which is a bit difficult to use. You have to go downstairs. The dog is very nice and welcoming."

GGuest UserThe environment is clean and the soundproofing in the room is good. Even a light sleeper like me can sleep comfortably. The service attitude is as good as always. If you have any questions, tell the front desk and they will handle your problem quickly. They are very efficient and very satisfied! The bed is comfortable, the facilities are great, and the environment is elegant. Living in the scenic area, you can enter and exit multiple times. It is cost-effective, the location is good, the price is affordable, and the service is enthusiastic. 💯

GGuest UserRight from the lobby, you'll find a water dispenser and a comfortable spot to eat any takeout. They often play some pleasant music, and everyone seems very courteous.
Moving on to the sleeping quarters, the beds are significantly larger than typical university dorm beds. What's more, unlike some hotels, the rooms are entirely free of smoke or other stale odors; instead, they have a pleasant, fresh scent. There are also plenty of charging outlets. A thoughtful touch in the corridors are projected lights that conveniently guide you in the right direction. My only minor gripe: if you're on the top bunk, the ladder is quite hard and can be a bit uncomfortable on the feet.
The washrooms are also impressive. They stock quality, branded toiletries, and the hairdryer station features a generously sized mirror. You'll never run out of toilet paper – the stall I used had three rolls! I appreciated that they provide both Western-style and squat toilets, which is a nice option often missing in standard hotels. Plus, the exhaust fans are constantly running, ensuring good ventilation.
Absolutely delighted! I truly believe this is the best hostel I've ever stayed at.

GGuest UserThere is a parking lot, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the facilities and equipment are gradually being upgraded. Other floors have been transformed into Lavande Hotel. I don’t know if I will get this price next time.

GGuest UserThe reception was good. The hotel was just by the road side but was not accurately routed using Tencent map. I called the hotel number after the map prompted I had arrived my destination. The receptionist showed up by the road side adjacent to where I stood, I crossed over , and she helped with my box, showing me to the hotel . It was convenient for me staying at the hotel because of it’s location and warm reception.

AAnonymous UserBecause the exam is next to HUST, I chose this youth hostel. The first impression when I entered the door was that it gave me a sense of warmth of a small family courtyard. There were no neon lights of modern civilization, only a courtyard where people could relax comfortably. The trees at the entrance were scattered and unique, and the birds in the backyard were singing and laughing. It was really a place that made people calm and comfortable. I never read what the online reviews said. Only by truly experiencing, understanding, and integrating can I judge the pros and cons of a youth hostel. The spirit of the youth hostel is to always yearn for freedom and love life. So it definitely meets the requirements. Noise brings impetuousness, and ordinary brings life. I sincerely admire the enthusiasm, wisdom, and diligence of the uncles and aunts. I wish this youth hostel will get better and better, and I wish everyone a happy life.
