A truly satisfying stay, my family all loved it! The hostess was so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The B&B's location is super convenient, right next to the pedestrian street and close to the subway. It's tucked away in a quiet alley, so it's not noisy at all, and the courtyard is beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. My family especially appreciated the great water pressure, haha! The large window and balcony are also a big plus. Highly recommended, we'll definitely try a different room type next time we're in Changsha!

My friend and I specifically came to climb Mount Yuelu, and stumbling upon this hotel was a real find! The location is genuinely excellent; a short taxi ride gets you to the scenic area, so no need to rush in the morning. The room facilities are also quite new, and it even has a huge projector with a built-in membership. Coming back to the room at night, we could just lie down and binge-watch shows – it was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were very easygoing, checking us in quickly without making us wait, and their service was warm. There was even enough space in the room to open up two large suitcases without feeling cramped. You can tell the owner put thought into the details. It's a perfect place to stay when traveling.

The room was also bigger than it looked in the photos. I highly recommend staying here!

The front desk staff were warm and polite, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. They also thoughtfully introduced the hotel's services and local travel tips. My high-floor room offered panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the entire Star City. The interior layout was spacious and elegant, with a new Chinese-style light luxury decor that felt very high-quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the large soaking tub with a view, along with a complete set of high-end amenities, showed meticulous attention to detail everywhere. The welcome fruit platter provided upon check-in was exquisite and plentiful, a delightful surprise. What truly impressed me was the St. Regis's signature butler service. Available 24/7, they were prompt and thoughtful in their responses. Whether it was delivering drinks, ironing clothes, or inquiring about sightseeing routes, they were patient and meticulous. The service felt genuine and not overly formal, making me feel incredibly well taken care of, and adding a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay.

This hotel is located at the South Gate Metro Station on Wuyi Square in Changsha. The service was pretty good overall, though there was a strange noise in the room at night that I couldn't identify. Other than that, everything else was quite good. They offer a 24-hour complimentary afternoon tea with fruits, biscuits, and drinks, as well as free laundry service. The overall service was really good, and they even have a 'goodnight porridge' service.

Secondly, all the facilities are incredibly well-maintained and look brand new; you'd never guess it's been open for several years. The front desk staff are really welcoming and enthusiastic – you're greeted with cheers as soon as you walk in. The cleanliness is spotless; you could literally walk barefoot in the room. Plus, there's a Zhijian bookstore downstairs where you can grab a bite and take some great photos. It's truly a one-stop shop for relaxation and entertainment!

Our family had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy parking (inquire if needed), and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for the kids, and all facilities worked perfectly without any issues. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The cleanliness was excellent, especially the dry and tidy bathroom. Although breakfast isn't provided, there are many breakfast options in the surrounding area, which didn't affect our experience. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Nice location right on the line 2 of Changsha metro (Yuanjialing station ) close to all Changsha main attractions , if you arrive on the high speed train to the south railway station is extremely easy to find the way to the hotel , two of us are able to speak Chinese but I also notice they are able understand some English with my parents for basic needs . Across the street there is a plaza where you can find everything you need on your trip and also access the subway station

The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food. The freshly made fried eggs and hot porridge warm the stomach and heart. The location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation around, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. A small gift was also given at check-out, and the service details are full! Highly recommended, I will choose here next time!
