A truly satisfying stay, my family all loved it! The hostess was so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The B&B's location is super convenient, right next to the pedestrian street and close to the subway. It's tucked away in a quiet alley, so it's not noisy at all, and the courtyard is beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. My family especially appreciated the great water pressure, haha! The large window and balcony are also a big plus. Highly recommended, we'll definitely try a different room type next time we're in Changsha!

Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Seeing that we had a child with us, they thoughtfully upgraded us to a more spacious room. The front desk offered luggage storage and umbrella rental services. When there was some noise outside our window for a while, the staff actively communicated and resolved the issue. Extending our stay was quick and easy. They even gave us two bottles of water when we left, which was a very considerate touch. Ambiance: The hotel is right next to a subway station. Although it's a bit far from popular attractions, getting around by subway is incredibly convenient. The lobby is spacious and grand, and taxis can pull right up to the entrance. Facilities: The room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a great view. There was a bathtub, which was perfect since it was raining and we couldn't go out. Our child had a wonderful time taking a bath and playing in the water. There were two beds, one large and one small, which could be pushed together, making for a very comfortable sleep. The only minor issue was that the TV screen brightness was a bit low; I hope they can improve that.

This hotel is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and then only a few minutes more to Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street. Pozi Street and Taiping Old Street are also within walking distance. If you want to catch the fireworks show at Orange Isle in the evening, it's only three subway stops away – couldn't be easier. The area around the hotel is quiet, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in the heart of things, so you won't be disturbed by noise at night, even though it's not a high-rise. The room was more spacious than I expected, with simple, clean decor and a nice view from the window. The bedding was soft, the shower had great water pressure, and all the essential toiletries were provided. The service was fantastic, especially the front desk staff who were very welcoming. They proactively helped me with my luggage and gave detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and transportation.

During this trip back to China, we once again stayed at a Huanyou Group hotel, specifically the Huanzhi Hotel (Changsha Pedestrian Street Nanmenkou Metro Station branch). Having stayed at several hotels of different star ratings along the way, Huanzhi's service absolutely stood out as exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and they were very efficient in assigning our room. What impressed us even more was that shortly after we checked in, the front desk called our room to ask if we were satisfied with the room assigned. This proactive care was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel provides complimentary self-service laundry facilities, which was very convenient for us. After showering, we went to wash our dirty clothes. The laundry room is visible from the front desk. When the front desk attendant saw us preparing to do laundry, they proactively came over to help and recorded the number of items. What's even more considerate is that they told us they would monitor the laundry progress, and once the clothes were washed, they would help dry them and put them into a bag. A few hours later, when we returned to pick them up, our room number and the number of items were clearly written on the bag. After checking, we could simply take them. Before washing, they also specifically confirmed with us whether all items could be high-temperature dried, showing great attention to detail. Similar to the sister hotels we've stayed at before, this Huanzhi also offers unlimited free self-serve bottled water, Coke, etc. However, it's worth mentioning that this time they replaced Sprite with rock sugar pear drink. With the high temperatures and dry weather recently in Changsha, having a refreshing rock sugar pear drink was much more comfortable than a regular carbonated beverage – this small adjustment made us feel that the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. In addition, the hotel also provides complimentary small pastries, salads, and fruits, so you can replenish your energy anytime. The breakfast was also very rich, and the rice noodles freshly prepared by the auntie were especially delicious. Every night around 10 PM, there's also a complimentary late-night congee delivered directly to our room – that night we had a bowl of red bean soup, which tasted just like my mother's homemade version, sweet without being cloying, warming both the stomach and the heart. Finally, I must praise the location – the hotel is right near Nanmenkou, just a few minutes' walk away. Changsha is a city that never sleeps, so staying here means you don't have to worry about getting back to the hotel too late after having fun; you can always return safely to rest. Overall, we were still very satisfied with this stay. Huanzhi Hotel won our hearts with its genuine attention to detail, warm atmosphere, and thoughtful service. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we come to Changsha!

The room was nice, and overall I was very satisfied. The Didi pickup location was great, and the front desk staff were very thoughtful.

The details in the washroom area were a big plus. The counter was spacious, and the drain worked quickly without any standing water. The mirror had soft, flattering lighting, which was great for makeup and skincare. The room itself was very large, the front desk service was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bathroom was also very convenient to use!

Our family had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy parking (inquire if needed), and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for the kids, and all facilities worked perfectly without any issues. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The cleanliness was excellent, especially the dry and tidy bathroom. Although breakfast isn't provided, there are many breakfast options in the surrounding area, which didn't affect our experience. Overall, it's highly recommended.

They were patient and quick to respond to any requests. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The smart home controls for everything, like lighting and curtains, were a breeze to use with just one touch. The complimentary self-service afternoon tea and the DIY painted fan experience were really unique and a nice touch. Plus, the free rental of small props was very thoughtful. The soundproofing is excellent; I had a completely undisturbed night's sleep. The facilities are well-maintained, and the toiletries are high quality. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both vacations and short stays. I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the hygiene is impeccable, and the use of smart devices also makes life more convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food. The freshly made fried eggs and hot porridge warm the stomach and heart. The location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation around, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. A small gift was also given at check-out, and the service details are full! Highly recommended, I will choose here next time!

I have booked a windowless room. Maybe I arrived late and am luck that I was upgraded to a window”s room. The hotel is just located the MRT intrance - away 40 meter only that is very convenient and easy for me arrived late night. The reception staff is very kind and patiently introduced to me suroundings, transportation info as well as atractives of ChangSha city. My room is at level 23 and good view from windows - actually all rooms are high level at 22th to 26th. Room size about 22 m square with proper furniture and arrangenent. Items are clean, good quality bed that I feel comfortable and could rest well. It is really value for money. Will come again or recomand to friend. I have not take breakfast in hotel bcz I get up late.
