A truly satisfying stay, my family all loved it! The hostess was so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The B&B's location is super convenient, right next to the pedestrian street and close to the subway. It's tucked away in a quiet alley, so it's not noisy at all, and the courtyard is beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. My family especially appreciated the great water pressure, haha! The large window and balcony are also a big plus. Highly recommended, we'll definitely try a different room type next time we're in Changsha!

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Changsha, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The location is a huge advantage, being very close to the subway station. It's within walking distance to IFS and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and getting to Orange Isle by subway is super convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping tidied it up daily during my extended stay. The bathroom had great hot water pressure and flow. The facilities are comprehensive; the lobby offers a fridge and microwave, plus laundry and drying machines. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and you could even borrow various small items. Staying here offers excellent value for money when traveling.

My recent stay at The St. Regis Changsha was, for the most part, a delightful experience. The service attitude of all the staff on duty throughout the hotel was incredibly warm and friendly. From the bellhops greeting guests at the entrance to my dedicated butler who followed up on everything, and even the housekeeping staff I encountered in the hallways, everyone proactively greeted guests with gentle courtesy. It’s clear that the hotel has a thorough and standardized training program for service etiquette. I also want to specifically mention Hedy at the front desk; she was consistently kind and gentle, and took care of every detail, making me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my interactions with her. However, during my stay, I did encounter a few minor issues that somewhat affected my mood. I decided to proactively share my situation and genuine thoughts with the hotel. I want to give my biggest thanks to Willete, the Guest Services Manager. As soon as she heard my feedback, she didn't hesitate and immediately came to speak with me in person. The entire communication experience far exceeded my expectations. Manager Willete’s tone was incredibly gentle, and her voice was calm and soothing. My initial annoyance caused by the incidents slowly dissipated during our conversation. When addressing the problems, she didn't shirk responsibility or try to downplay the issues by finding various objective reasons to defend the hotel. Instead, she quietly and attentively listened to every suggestion for improvement I offered, without interrupting me. She fully embraced all my ideas. Throughout our discussion, she consistently viewed the situation from my perspective, showing great empathy for my negative feelings at the time and understanding the difficulties guests might face. She also proactively asked for my thoughts and expectations, meticulously noting down every suggestion I made. What’s even more commendable is that after our conversation, she didn't just let the matter drop. Instead, she actively followed up on the situation, diligently implemented solutions, and effectively resolved the issues I encountered through concrete actions. This wasn't just superficial reassurance; she genuinely prioritized the guest's feelings. Honestly, I've always known that no hotel can be 100% perfect. During operations, there will inevitably be some details that need refinement. I completely understand small issues arising and wouldn't dismiss an entire hotel over a minor incident. However, the key differentiator in the service quality of high-end hotels is never just about the hardware facilities or consistently smooth, incident-free service. It's truly about the hotel's attitude when problems arise. Manager Willete's gentle patience, her willingness to confront problems without shirking responsibility, her empathy, and her proactive and positive approach to resolving issues fully demonstrate her exceptionally high professional standards. It also genuinely reflects that the hotel sincerely values every guest's stay experience and is willing to accept genuine guest feedback to optimize its services. Considering this complete stay experience, even though there was a slight hiccup, Manager Willete's sincere, responsible, and thoughtful approach, coupled with the warm and attentive basic service from Hedy and all the hotel staff, still makes me willing to give The St. Regis Changsha a high rating and positive review. Overall, it's a case of the good outweighing the minor flaws. If I visit Changsha again in the future, this St. Regis will still be my first choice for accommodation. I also sincerely hope that the hotel will seriously consider guests' suggestions and continue to refine its service details to provide an even smoother and impeccable stay experience for every future guest.

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Changsha was perfect! It's within walking distance of Wuyi Square, Huangxing Walking Street, and Pozi Street from the Jinan Nanmenkou subway station, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, featuring smart home controls and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful. The lobby even has self-service laundry machines, a gym, and a robot delivery service for food, which was super convenient. It's definitely the best choice for exploring Changsha!

My stay at Niccolo Changsha was incredibly pleasant. The room was elegantly minimalist, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city views of Changsha. A special thanks to Camille from Guest Experience for proactively coordinating my itinerary, being attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, and promptly responding to all my needs with just the right touch of professionalism. The hotel has direct access to IFS, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient – it's definitely my top choice for a trip to Changsha. The N3 room type offers unbeatable views, and the breakfast on the 93rd floor is extensive with an à la carte menu. There were complimentary welcome fruits and soft drinks daily, and IFS mall is right downstairs. I also managed to get a late check-out, service was absolutely top-notch!

The location is fantastic, right above the IFC Mall with direct access to it. It's also within walking distance to Wuyi Square and Taiping Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. At night, the city views are absolutely stunning, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were Le Labo, showing great attention to detail. You absolutely must try the freshly made rice noodles at breakfast – they're authentic and delicious. Nilo, a staff member, provided polite, thoughtful, and prompt service. I booked too late this time and all the room types I wanted were fully booked, but Nilo went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, which really enhanced my trip to Changsha! This will be my top choice for my next vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again.

Our family had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy parking (inquire if needed), and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for the kids, and all facilities worked perfectly without any issues. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The cleanliness was excellent, especially the dry and tidy bathroom. Although breakfast isn't provided, there are many breakfast options in the surrounding area, which didn't affect our experience. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food. The freshly made fried eggs and hot porridge warm the stomach and heart. The location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation around, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. A small gift was also given at check-out, and the service details are full! Highly recommended, I will choose here next time!

I have booked a windowless room. Maybe I arrived late and am luck that I was upgraded to a window”s room. The hotel is just located the MRT intrance - away 40 meter only that is very convenient and easy for me arrived late night. The reception staff is very kind and patiently introduced to me suroundings, transportation info as well as atractives of ChangSha city. My room is at level 23 and good view from windows - actually all rooms are high level at 22th to 26th. Room size about 22 m square with proper furniture and arrangenent. Items are clean, good quality bed that I feel comfortable and could rest well. It is really value for money. Will come again or recomand to friend. I have not take breakfast in hotel bcz I get up late.
