My absolute favorite thing about the hotel is the delivery robot. If I want to buy some water or a small snack, I can just place an order and have the robot bring it right up, saving me a trip downstairs. It's super convenient. All the electronics in the room worked properly, the bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure was great, making for a very pleasant shower experience. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with—whenever we needed help, they took care of it promptly without any dragging. Their attitude was natural and friendly, not that forced, fake hospitality. The facilities are practical, and the service makes you feel really comfortable.

Highly recommend this place, especially at around 6,500—it lacks the rigid, corporate vibe of a five-star hotel. Staying here feels just like home, with warm service that attends to every little detail. We were well taken care of from breakfast and afternoon tea to late-night snacks, all delivered right to our room. The room's amenities and ambient fragrance are very tasteful, and they even prepared makeup remover wipes, facial cleansing towels, and an eye mask. Even the disposable toothbrushes are of great quality! When we ordered takeout at night, the staff made multiple trips to deliver it straight to our room—thank you so much! I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is nestled within Sunshine City Tanyue, a tranquil retreat tucked away down winding paths. From its architecture to its interior design, it evokes a sense of a bygone era. The hotel facilities are incredibly thoughtful, addressing almost every small need. The butler service was also very attentive; they added me on WeChat beforehand to provide check-in reminders, weather updates, transportation information, and to coordinate afternoon tea, housekeeping, and check-out arrangements. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor and offers outdoor seating, which is lovely on a cool day. Overall, it was a very interesting hotel experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The standard room I booked was the largest I've ever stayed in at a Ji Hotel. It had a separate dressing area, a work area large enough for three people to sit in, a large TV, and was quiet, clean, and new – a very comfortable stay. It's only a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain, perfect for those taking the route of entering from the South Gate and exiting from the East Gate. Exiting from the East Gate allows you to easily return to the hotel.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

This time I came to Changsha for Zhou Shen's concert, and my top priority was convenient transportation close to the Helong Sports Center. The hotel is just a short walk from Exit 4 of Peiyuanqiao Station on Metro Line 1. The interior environment is lovely, and the service is first-class. Upon arrival, I was treated to delicious coffee and fruit, and even got a complimentary room upgrade. A very pleasant trip!

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's a one-minute walk to IFS, one minute to Pozi Street, and five minutes to Taiping Old Street. The subway is just two minutes away. The hotel environment is pretty great; it should satisfy even those with high standards. Regarding facility issues: 1. There's nowhere to hang clothes to dry. 2. The shower drain has poor drainage. Regarding service issues: I'd say there's basically zero service. There was no phone call to confirm my booking beforehand. They didn't notify me in advance about road closures near the hotel. The cleaning staff knocked on my door to clean at 8 or 9 AM. Do I really need housekeeping when I'm only staying one night? Can't they confirm with the front desk if the guest has checked out instead of knocking to check?

The room was spotless. The hairdryer, air conditioning, and water pressure were all excellent, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Although the soundproofing wasn't perfect, we still felt very comfortable and secure throughout our stay. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, and never felt intrusive. For this price, it offers truly unbeatable value.

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and after some coordination, they upgraded our twin room to a family room, which was great. The staff's attitude was excellent. There was a crack in the bathroom sink, and while the staff assured us it was clean, I was still a bit hesitant. They did offer to change our room, which showed good service. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the subway station. It's quite convenient to get there by electric scooter, taking about 8 minutes.
