"Overall, it was good for me. The room type that we chose is just standard for us. The lady from the front office actually recommended that we can upgrade the room as we brought 4 big pieces of luggage, but we were okay with the one we booked. If you arrived earlier, you can actually store your luggage in the hotel earlier.
I don’t have the picture of the place and my room, but I guess this is a refurbished apartment that has been turned into a hotel/inn. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes right below the apartment.
The food and drinks here are delicious and nice. The lady from the front office was friendly too!"

"I'd say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've experienced at this price point. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning river view. The place was spotless, and it even came with a spacious balcony. In the evenings, the balcony caught a wonderful breeze, making it incredibly refreshing to sit out and enjoy the night view with a drink in hand – truly relaxing. We brought our little one along, and they absolutely loved it too! I'll definitely be choosing this place again for my next visit."

"We, two adults and two children, opted for a standard room. The two beds were combined into a large one, which was perfect for sleeping. Downstairs, there's a noodle soup place and also small eateries. The Wuyi Square Metro Station is right outside, making the location incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were very attentive and meticulous, offering recommendations for attractions and travel tips. You could genuinely feel their dedicated service. The only area for improvement would be to kindly remind other guests not to smoke in public areas 🚬, helping to maintain a shared pleasant environment. I wish the hotel thriving business!"

"My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The room was exceptionally comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the furnishings were neatly arranged. This time, even the shampoo was really good; my hair felt smooth after washing without even needing conditioner. The hairdryer was an ionic one, so my hair didn't feel dry or frizzy afterwards, which was great. There's a parking lot downstairs 🅿️, free for 24 hours 🆓. And it's just a 300-meter walk to Wuyi Square, with a subway station right downstairs. The location is absolutely unbeatable.
But what I loved most was the decor – dark, new Chinese style! Who gets it? [Adorable R][Adorable R]
The hotel also has a free gym, a conference room, a laundry room, and more. All the essential facilities are there! And most importantly, the price was incredibly reasonable! I booked it on the last day of the holiday, and it was only 60+ RMB per person [Shy R][Shy R].

YYuzhaojunOverall, everything was great, and the service was excellent. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I'd particularly like to share three things: First, on the second day after checking in, we were studying and forgot to turn on the 'make up room' light when we left. To my surprise, a staff member came to our room in the afternoon specifically to ask if we needed cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, and honestly, this level of proactive service is something I've never encountered before. Thumbs up to you all! 👍 Second, while cleaning, they even took the initiative to clean my phone charger, which was totally unexpected. Third, after staying for four days, just as I was about to check out, I realized my back brace was missing. I then remembered I'd left it in the restaurant on the second day. After calling to inquire, the restaurant immediately brought it to my room. While the back brace wasn't expensive, the fact that they took such good care of a customer's forgotten item and returned it so promptly is incredibly reassuring. Thumbs up! 👍

Tucked away on Sujia Alley's ancient stone-paved streets, dating back to the Ming and Qing dynasties, it's just steps from the bustling Wuyi Square and IFS. Yet, once you step inside, the tranquility of its Zen-inspired courtyard with black brick and grey tiles instantly creates a peaceful escape from the city's noise – truly a gem of quiet luxury.
The room's dark aesthetic perfectly matched my taste, and the goose down bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. They've got all the premium amenities: Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, LELABO toiletries, and even fresh Baisha Ancient Well water delivered daily for drinking. Enjoying tea with the kung fu tea set really brought out the charm of Changsha.
The 24-hour butler service was incredibly thoughtful, handling everything from luggage to ordering Tea'sa Tea for me and even planning my itinerary. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all delivered directly to my room; the abalone breakfast and custom sparkling water were a delightful treat.
What surprised me most was the complimentary travel photoshoot. The photographer guided me through poses, and I received 9 retouched photos plus all the original shots, making for some truly high-end pictures! It's also within walking distance of popular spots like Tianbao Brothers and Tea'sa Tea. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel to relax on the terrace, watching the old city's grey tiles reflect the modern high-rises, made the experience absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Changsha!

The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful, preparing mosquito repellent and makeup remover pads in advance. She also shared some off-the-beaten-path routes to avoid crowds. The complimentary goodnight dessert in the evening was fantastic, and they even offered room delivery. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to the subway, making it easy to get anywhere, and there are many authentic local eateries nearby. The value for money is absolutely amazing! I've already recommended it to my best friend, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

When we arrived at 2 PM, the room was already decorated, and we checked in smoothly. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic, and the restaurant's presentation was very unique. A hot bowl of soy milk and rice noodles in the morning was just perfect. I would definitely come back if I have the chance!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Xiangjiang Middle Road subway station. Turn left from the exit and go through the tunnel under the bridge. It is only 200 to 300 meters away. It is easy to find. It is a 24-hour chain hotel. The room is very quiet, the facilities are very complete, the price is very suitable, and it is convenient for shopping. It is next to Taiping Old Street and behind it is Pozi Street. I will choose to stay here next time I come to visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near Wuyi Square, with Xiangjiang Middle Road Station on Metro Line 2 right outside, just across the street, making transportation very easy. The butler M provided attentive service, which was a nice experience. The butler even upgraded my room, and I had a view of Orange Isle from the window. Overall, it was good, but it would have been much better if the elderly folks in the park downstairs hadn't been yelling all afternoon. The noise was really awful. Truly unpleasant. Unpleasant. Unpleasant. Ugh, just thinking about it makes me want to go downstairs and tell them off. Horrible.

AalexJ2019The service was truly excellent, especially a big thank you to the lady who helped decorate my room with a Christmas tree 🎄. She was very thoughtful. The housekeeping auntie was also very kind.
However, the hotel facilities are really poor, especially the soundproofing. On the first night, I barely slept because of the drunk guest next door. On the second night, the air conditioning suddenly started acting up in the middle of the night, making a super loud noise that startled me awake from my sleep.
Also, even though the hotel has dedicated elevators, they share the building with an office complex. The efficiency is incredibly low!
Overall, my 5 stars are genuinely for the service staff. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel a second time.

On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
