No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Express Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were accommodating and the overall experience was smooth and convenient. The location was also a plus, making it easy to get around and access nearby establishments. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

All staffs are accomodating and punctual,hotel is clean good for its price the pool it has a lot of chorine that why it smells and stay on our skin for long even if you took a shower already. Hotel is near to the place where we want to go church mall etc.near also to some restaurants and transport services.

Overall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Quality Service Comfortable accommodation and good location! Price: I booked this with Trip.com with affordable price. Place: This hotel is closed to different malls and transportation terminals. It is really accessible. For the room : studio room for solo traveller like me is already good and it is comfortable the soft bed and nice table for working space .... food is great - rice meals and pasta salads and bread , hello to the lady who prepare the omelette... People:Staff are friendly and they assist you what ever you need something. They follow up also guest who still not eat their breakfast . From the security who always smile and greet the guest , their bell boy who assisted me from lobby to the room and to HKP and give some towels , thanks . Overall :10 /10 satisfied guest for quality service

It was a nice and clean hotel. It’s just across Market market and SM aura. Also perfect if you want to roaming around bonifacio high street. Their breakfast is ok, typical filipino breakfast. They also have indoor swimming pool, not big but it’s fine we manage to enjoyed it. We stayed in 18th floor and facing SM aura. View was beautiful. The aircondition working so well, it was so cold, maybe because there was a typhoon when we stayed there. All in all, it was comfortable and accesible to stay here. We’ll definitely coming back.🫰

When I made my online booking, I included a special request asking if there was any complimentary surprise for my child's graduation since it was a very special occasion for our family. I honestly didn't expect anything, so I was truly touched when the manager personally approached me to ask if it would be okay to prepare a chocolate cake as our welcome gift. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and a handwritten Congratulations card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you so much to the manager and the entire staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our stay extra special. To be honest we change room 2x! The TV was broken at first.. and then next the aircon ! I cant imagine we transfer room at 3:30am what a hassle.. no signal in our room and very slow connection of wifi! The place is infront of the mall thats the good thing. You can rome arounf the mall when u have free time.. The place is also near the quiapo church and chinatown

We decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
