XXuShaoZheThis was an excellent place to stay in Changsha, better than we could have expected.
We visited in December and the heating from the air conditioner was enough to keep the room warm. The bathroom is modern, and even has heating above the shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very clean. We were on the third floor so we did not get bothered by any sound from the street. I am a very light sleeper but I did not wake up from anything. There are a few open air lounges around the building, most with a roof to protect from the rain, which were nice to sit and eat breakfast. The best thing about the room however is the bed. It is spacious (I think a king size) and so, so comfortable. There is a laundry facility but we didn't use this on our trip. They don't have a dryer machine but they do have a clothes line to dry clothes on.
The owner spoke with us through WeChat and gave us recommendations on places to eat (a huge list, maybe 40 different places!) and checked if we needed room cleaning every day, and provided extra water bottles. The aunties at the hotel are all friendly.
The location is really good, 5-7 mins walk from Peyuanqiao subway, and just one stop from Wuyi Square on line 1. It is also about 40mins on the subway or 30mins taxi to ChangshaNan Station (high-speed rail) and about 45mins subway from the airport. The hotel is on a quiet side street, the main street is very much a local, non-touristy street, which was nice, with a friendly uncle selling breakfast in the morning and many stalls and restaurants nearby. By the station you also have bigger chain shops and restaurants if this is what you prefer.
The only thing to improve for me is that a coat hanger would be useful so we can hang up our coat somewhere.
I love Changsha, my favourite city in China, and I think this hotel will become my go-to the next time I am back to visit!

AANNARINE XIN RUThis was my first time staying at a hotel in an area I thought would be noisy, but it turned out to be very quiet! I probably read other reviews, so I specifically asked the friendly staff at the front desk in advance for a quiet room, and the soundproofing was excellent. What truly stood out was the exceptional service! They handled my laundry, returning it spotless and incredibly fast. The room was also kept impeccably clean. I would absolutely choose to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ P.S. There's an amazing stir-fried noodle place right downstairs from the hotel!

GGuest UserStaff was courteous on WeChat before arrival. Hotel is able to receive items bought online. Hotel gave us a little later check out time after we asked as our flight was at night. Luggage could be stored in hotel lobby. Hotel lobby was not really grand looking but at least it had a shop front which had its name. Saw that there were other hotels are in the same building too. Hotel seems to only cover 1 level, on the 2nd floor. Upon going out from the lift, right side is an internet cafe while the hotel rooms were on the left. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had to scan once to open the glass door which leads to the rooms (door was open at other times). Hotel has laundry facilities between 8am-8pm but we did not use it. Room service is available upon request via WeChat. Hotel provided towels and toiletries too. Cleanliness needs to be improved as my friend spotted trash on the bottom shelf of the water dispensing area when we checked in. Bedsheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Room was pretty quiet despite being near a road. Location wise, quite straightforward to walk to Wuyi square via underground or street. Hotel is next to La Nova shopping mall (but does not have many shops) and an underground commercial street that leads to Wan Da shopping centre and opposite the road. Lots of eating areas around too. Walkable to Mi Fen street too.

WWaiHotel is centrally located in Changsha. Easy to get to from the airport. Take Maglev/monorail to the metro station. Metro station get on Line 2 and Take Exit 2 of Changsha Railway Station. It is the approximately 3 mins walk from the exit.
The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and would recommend people to stay and especially if you have children. We stayed with three children, 8,9 and 12. It is very child friendly, has two resident cats.
There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel and if you would like coffee there are two coffee shops directly opposite outside. Lots of eateries within the hotel vicinity.
They were very kind to upgrade all three rooms. All rooms are very spacious and clean and very large. Very well decorated. Our room even had a swing! The front of the hotel is very subtle but very clean as you walk into reception. Has a homely intimate feel.
Complimentary water, sweets and tea in the room. There are also complimentary shampoo and shower gel including toothbrush and toothpaste.
Towels come hygienically wrapped.
Complimentary wifi in bedroom and if you wanted to sit in the lounge- they will happily connect you to the hotel wifi.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, in a busy yet quiet area, with the downtown area just outside the door, a night market and convenience store downstairs, and the room is on a high floor with a wide view. The room facilities are all there, the supplies are sufficient, and the bedding is dry and clean. The hotel's response to guests was very timely and friendly. The family bought some delicious food at the night market, sat around in the living room, and watched the big projection, feeling just like at home, comfortable.

MM40046****I said I was blindly selecting, but the kids said it was not a blind selection, it was really good, the Provincial Museum is 10 minutes away, opposite is Fuxing Times, Chef Fei and Chef Chou, you don’t have to queue up for Cha Yan Yue Se, you can eat whenever you want, but not too late.
The subway station entrance is just downstairs, you can travel however you want, it’s very convenient.
By the way, I brought two half-grown boys and a grown man, four people might be a bit crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men unanimously refused, saying it’s just a shower and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, the hygiene is also okay, because I was too tired to play, I didn’t experience the projection, the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it will light up when I move, I can’t see the light, I wake up when I see the light🤣🤣🤣🤣
I found that the floor drain was not working when I took a shower on the first day, but it was solved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

MM2bl6sm6j****This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Changsha! The king room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of three. The 72-inch ultra-large TV was the biggest surprise; my child was thrilled and enjoyed the extensive movie selection. The room's cleanliness was impeccable – not a speck of dust on the floors or surfaces, and the toiletries were complete and spotless. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, even offering helpful reminders about tourist attraction reservations. Luggage storage was convenient, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. It's not far from popular attractions, making getting around easy. We'll definitely stay here again next time we bring our family to Changsha!

MMelyna HalimGenerally, alll the washrooms including in both the lounges and the guests' rooms are very dirty and smell like urine. The lounges are provided for smoking people only, and it seems like the microwave hasn't got cleaned for a long time. The stains and food particles spread up everywhere inside and outside the microwave. Also, The property is very dusty and dirty stains everywhere almost all over the surfaces in the lounges. Maintaining of the hygiene of this property is the priority thing needs to be done and paid full attention.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
