GGuest UserMy experience at Wanda Vista Changsha was absolutely perfect! It's located right by the Xiang River, with direct access to the Wuyi commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The new Chinese-style lobby is elegant and grand. The river view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the Xiang River and Orange Isle, offering breathtaking night views. The bedding is soft and promotes a good night's sleep, and the amenities are high-quality. Breakfast includes authentic Changsha rice noodles and Tangyou Baba, with a rich variety of options. Our housekeeper, Lucy, provided attentive and detailed service. The heated pool and gym are well-equipped. It's my top choice for business trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again.

FFuxiaoyuThe hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, really close to the subway station – just a two or three-minute walk. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was cleaned promptly. Each room has a unique design, and I was happy with the hairdryer and smart toilet. The lobby on the ground floor is very spacious, and you can even relax there with a cup of tea. Plus, there are quite a few popular attractions nearby, making it easy to get out and explore.

GGuest UserCame to Changsha for the May Day holiday, and because my child loves big fountains, I chose this hotel right next to the Meixi Lake Grand Fountain. You can see it as soon as you step out, which is super convenient.
The views and design are both excellent. The hotel's design has a really distinctive style; the lobby is grand yet elegant. The toiletries are from Byredo, a fragrance brand I really like.
The butler service is very responsive. The room is spacious and clean, and the gym facilities are well-equipped. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; everything is freshly made. The rice noodles are just as good as, if not better than, those popular street food places, and they're cleaner, more hygienic, and lighter. Breakfast also included a cheese platter and freshly squeezed juices, and you can take coffee to go. Truly lives up to the Marriott brand! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

JJolinZhu0209After looking at several five-star hotels in Changsha, I booked this one because the pictures looked good and the description said the rooms were around 50 square meters, so I thought they'd be spacious. I was going with a friend, so we booked two rooms.
The front desk called beforehand and changed one of our rooms to a corner one. However, the room didn't feel that big, and it was a bit cramped for two people.
At 3 AM, someone knocked on my friend's door for room service. The front desk clearly didn't verify the information, as it woke both of them up, which was pretty annoying.
Breakfast was good with a decent variety.
Personally, I don't think the service was five-star quality, but the hygiene was good.
We had a late check-out until 2 PM.

BBanlidelixiangshenghuoLin and Lilian, the receptionists on the sixth floor of W Changsha, are an absolute credit to the hotel! As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

GGuest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic, I have to give a five-star rating to Mia for her exceptional guest service! From the moment we walked in, all the staff greeted us with smiles, showing such warmth and thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they proactively explained the facilities and patiently answered all our questions, making us feel truly valued. During our stay, Mia was always quick to respond to our needs, providing thorough and attentive service, even helping with our luggage and giving directions – truly going the extra mile with all the little details. Housekeeping was also very diligent; the room was always tidy and comfortable, and amenities were replenished promptly and thoughtfully. Check-out was smooth, and we even received a lovely little parting gift, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, the service was professional yet incredibly warm, making us feel completely at home. AAnonymous UserIf you’re going to a concert at 芒果馆, this is the hotel for you. The hotel is literally at the doorstep of the hall and they have buggies to send to the entrance where you just walk five minutes to the ticket gantry. When I walked in the concert‘s playlist was playing at the lobby which had a huge standee for photo taking. They even gave a little snack pack and photo card. Super pleased with the service and care, esp since I was injured. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok including delivering breakfast to my room. Staff also checked in on me so I didn’t feel scared as a female solo traveller. The hotel may look old but it’s spacious, clean and had plush amenities. I had a really good stay and will be back.
GGuest UserI finally stayed at Rainbow B&B, which I'd been wanting to visit for ages! Located on the 17th floor of Dadi Jinshu, the elevator is convenient and never crowded. The scenery and views are absolutely fantastic—opening the window reveals a view of the river and the bridge. The river shrouded in mist in the morning is so soothing, and sitting by the window in the evening watching the traffic and the sunset perfectly captures the travel atmosphere. Staying on a high floor is truly an amazing experience, and it's also great for taking photos and posting on social media!
As soon as I arrived at ”BRO HUB,” I was struck by its relaxed atmosphere: a green corner converted from a bathtub, a lounge area with rattan chairs and a camping table, and even a small barbecue grill (the owner mentioned they occasionally organize barbecues). Even those with social anxiety can feel comfortable here, and those with more social skills can easily gather and chat. I made some great friends here, and we immediately made plans to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain together the next day!
The indoor kitchen area was fully equipped with a microwave, air fryer, and rice cooker, and even had plenty of disposable cups and a kettle. I bought some local snacks to heat up and eat later. It felt as comfortable as staying at a friend's house—the attention to detail was truly touching!
The owner is a very easygoing person. He proactively shares local hidden gems and even chats with guests in the common area in the evenings, creating a completely relaxed atmosphere without any sense of distance between ”owner and guest.” I stayed for two days and was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave. The value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
