"I sent my daughter to stay here once in August, and this time I wanted to book a Wyndham nearby, assuming all chain hotels would be similar. However, I went to Days Inn by Wyndham and Days Inn Express (or something similar, I can't quite recall), both located in the Wuyi Square pedestrian street. I was very disappointed! The reception lobbies were on the fifth and tenth floors respectively, so I ended up returning to the Wyndham Yue Lu where we stayed before. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff made us feel very welcome, and the lobby was grand and impressive."

The room is close to the residential building and is also very quiet, especially suitable for discussing things with friends. The butler service is also very thoughtful, Xiao Qin is very enthusiastic, sent welcome fruit, and also helped to deliver takeaway. It was a very good trip, and I have recommended it to my friends

Arrival and Room: The concierge was proactive and enthusiastic, and the front desk was efficient and professional. My room offered expansive views of the lake and the city skyline, and the turndown service was meticulous and thoughtful.
Special Activity Experience: The biggest surprise was participating in the hotel's ”Destination Discovery” activity. During the ”Limited Flavor Tasting,” I sampled three creative special cocktails infused with Changsha local snacks, and the local flavors on my tongue were astonishing. Afterwards, I strolled to the Meixi Lake International Culture and Arts Centre, where I immersed myself in the interplay of architecture and light under the streamlined dome, which was truly captivating.
Dining and Service: The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the service was prompt and responsive. The staff were consistently polite and attentive, demonstrating meticulous care in every detail, from addressing in-room requests to arranging check-out.
Overall Impression: The hotel not only offers an outstanding accommodation experience but also, through its thoughtfully designed activities, allows guests to deeply engage with the local culture during their stay. It was a complete and layered luxury journey.

The breakfast was very rich. There were many people during the festival, and the breakfast area was messy. There were also many people wasting food, and many of them were thrown on the table. I feel sorry for the chefs and service staff. It is recommended that those who waste too much simple buffet breakfast can be fined appropriately.
Because it was the last day of the trip to Changsha, I had breakfast and took a comfortable bath 🛀, and left after a good rest. It was a perfect stay experience.

AAlaosuoniFacilities: The hotel boasts five-star facilities. The room was fully equipped, with a bathtub and a separate toilet and shower. It was very spacious and bright. The elevator even had a sofa and went directly to the 93rd floor without stopping, which was a great experience.
Hygiene: Everything was excellent; I couldn't find any flaws.
Environment: Absolutely superb! The high floor offered incredible views, perfect for overlooking Orange Isle. Binoculars were provided too! You could also spot several famous food streets nearby. Downstairs, there were many popular Instagrammable spots, like the Dongmao Street tea stalls and Ben Luobo on Denglong Street, plus lots of other small shops. The environment perfectly blends sophistication with easy access to local life – very convenient!
Service: The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and very responsive.

What I was most satisfied with was the booking, which included tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Ocean World, Happy Snow World, and the Dawangshan International Circus. Since it was my first time visiting Dawangshan, upon arrival at the hotel, I immediately felt the five-star service, like help with luggage. After checking in, the front desk staff even proactively upgraded us to a suite and then gave us tickets for 2 adults and 1 child to the Dawangshan Starlight Carnival – totally unexpected! The moment I opened the hotel room door, I genuinely felt like I was coming home; it was incredibly luxurious, beyond words. I’ll just upload the photos, haha 😄
**Cleanliness**: The bathtub 🛁 even came with a disposable liner, a very thoughtful detail.
**Environment**: Extremely luxurious, hard to describe – just look at the pictures! 😄

When I arrived on May 2nd, it was noon. Because it was full, the room was still being cleaned. There was a young lady at the front desk. Seeing that I had been waiting for a long time, she gave me a welcome drink. The executive treatment with the room was useless. There were three of us, and the executive treatment for three people was also set for me. In general, I am very satisfied. The room is relatively large and clean. I think the price-performance ratio is good. There is also a Didi taxi that is very useful. So it is not expensive to take a taxi to anywhere. After leaving the central scenic area, I think it is also good to eat nearby. Xiaoxiangbo is OK, and there are Mengzhong and Chayan Good.
