From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway and commercial area, making dining and shopping effortless. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, polite, and processed my check-in quickly. They even thoughtfully provided information on local attractions, offering attentive yet unobtrusive service. The cleanliness of the room was a pleasant surprise; the floors, bathroom, and even the nooks and crannies were spotless and odorless. The bedding was soft and fluffy, the mattress just right, and the excellent soundproofing meant I heard no noise from the hallway or street at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The room facilities were complete, hot water was consistent, the lighting was soft, and the toiletries were of good quality. The housekeeping staff were always quiet when entering and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including hot and cold dishes, fruits, and beverages, all tasting fresh and non-greasy. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the value for money was outstanding. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to everyone!

I came to Changsha for a concert, and as a Meixi Lake girl, I specifically chose to stay at Jinmao. Even though I checked in after midnight, the hotel still honored my request for a room with a full view of the Meixi Lake Grand Theatre. Both the hotel and the room were luxurious, the window view was incredible, and the service was excellent. The gym and swimming pool were free to use, and there were lounge areas with yoga and kids' play zones in the atrium every few floors. For just a few tens of yuan more, I enjoyed a minibar with snacks and drinks, welcome fruit, Häagen-Dazs, and three travel photoshohoots, which could be taken within the hotel and Grand Theatre area. This was incredibly meaningful for me, traveling alone! Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd love to stay here again.

The room was very spacious, directly facing the provincial military compound, which gave a good sense of security. The surrounding area isn't as developed commercially, but it's also relatively quiet. It's quite close to the subway station entrance, just a few minutes' walk. There are signs of it being an older hotel that has been renovated, but the overall decor is decent. I have to complain about the breakfast though. The good thing is that it's served for a long time, until 11 AM. The downside is that the variety isn't extensive, or the food just doesn't look appealing. They often run out of things, and many items that should be warm are cold with no effort to keep them heated. Most of the food looked a bit low-quality and didn't really match the hotel's positioning. My suggestion for breakfast would be to reduce the variety but improve the quality.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each experience continues to be excellent. They arranged my preferred room in advance after I communicated my request, making check-in very smooth. The room offers a 270-degree view, providing an expansive and fantastic sightseeing experience. Linda's service was meticulous and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. It's perfect for both relaxation and short trips, offering a fully satisfying experience. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent service! This has to be the best family-friendly hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! And I'm not a shill! We booked a deluxe twin room and it was upgraded, and they took great care of both the elderly and children. The included Ocean Kingdom, Water World, and Snow World were all super fun and offered a great experience, comparable to Chimelong. Front desk staff member Wendy Huang also provided excellent service. The only minor downsides were that while the breakfast buffet was plentiful, if you went for dinner late, the food selection might be a bit limited. Also, it would be even better if the hotel shuttle bus had more frequent runs!

I booked this hotel to take my child to a concert, and it's very close to the exhibition center, which was super convenient. The environment is also great, and the staff were all very nice. Rooms were tight during the summer holiday. When I checked in, the room was ready, but the cleaning wasn't finished yet. Since Changsha was incredibly hot, I decided to wait in the room for the cleaning to be done. While unpacking, I realized I forgot my phone charger. The staff overheard me and proactively offered to bring one over. So thoughtful! 👍

Ascott's quality remains consistently excellent, and choosing to stay here truly elevated our Changsha trip. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment, and the amenities, facilities, and hardware were all top-notch. The room came with a full set of kitchenware and a washing machine, which was a godsend after coming back from the rain and being able to wash our clothes immediately. While the room felt a bit dated, it was very well-maintained, and the service level certainly lived up to a five-star standard. Despite a few minor hiccups, which the hotel actively worked to resolve, we were very satisfied. Thumbs up for their service attitude! The hotel is conveniently located just 10 meters from a shopping mall, making it super accessible. It's also only about a 10-minute ride to Wuyi Square, offering a perfect blend of convenience and a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle – a much better experience than staying right in the city center. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changsha, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

My first stay at the Wanjiali Hotel truly impressed me. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the high-ceiling design paired with crystal chandeliers exuded grandeur and style – perfect for photos. The room was spacious and bright, and the new facilities were a pleasant surprise – smart toilets and electric curtains added thoughtful touches. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a genuinely good night's rest. What surprised me most were the amenities and location. Downstairs is the Wanjiali International Mall, offering a one-stop shop for shopping and dining, with everything from authentic Hunan cuisine to popular bubble tea spots. The hotel has seamless access to Metro Lines 2 and 5, making it incredibly convenient to get to Orange Isle and Wuyi Square. The Cultural Grand View Garden on the 11th floor and the helipad on the 28th floor offer amazing views. Going up in the evening to see the city lights was stunning, and every photo turned out great. Staff member 266 was warm and professional; the front desk processed check-in quickly, patiently guided me when I asked for directions, and even proactively recommended local snack shops. For this price, getting such amenities is incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha – highly recommended!
