Romantic Hotels in Changsha

The front desk staff member was excellent! I mentioned I wanted a room with an unobstructed view of the panda art installation, and she immediately helped me check room availability. I paid a little extra on the spot to upgrade to my desired room type. The room location was truly fantastic, directly facing the IFS panda, and diagonally opposite the pedestrian street. The large screen at the entrance was great for photos. There were so many food options downstairs. The location is super convenient! After a day of shopping and eating, coming back to the hotel to rest saved a lot of hassle for both adults and kids. We decided to extend our stay and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

We stopped in Changsha for a night with our child on the way to Zhangjiajie, and chose the Wanda Vista. It was a very satisfying stay! Stellar, our butler at Wanda Vista Changsha, was incredibly attentive and responsive, proactively reaching out to us early to inquire about our check-in preferences. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the concierge and room service staff were warm and helpful, responding promptly to any requests. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's overall ambiance was elegant and grand, making for a comfortable stay. Located near the Xiang River, we took an evening stroll to see Orange Isle, then walked back to the lobby where we were offered delicious snacks and a small bowl of sweet soup before heading back to our room to relax. It made our trip and sightseeing so convenient and easy.

The room was great and super convenient. I stayed for two nights, and each evening after visiting other attractions, I'd take the subway to Wuyi Square or Huangxing Square. From there, I'd just eat and stroll my way back to the hotel. I spent 3 days here, and there are still so many places I want to see. I'll definitely come back again!

Enjoying a glass of red wine or sparkling water while watching the bustling city below felt incredibly peaceful. Second, the room layout was excellent, with a separate bathroom and toilet, both with their own doors, and no unpleasant odors. Third, the bed was very soft, and the duvet was plush, breathable, and not stuffy. Fourth, despite having a large carpet, it was immaculately maintained and clean. Fifth, the soundproofing was effective, and outside noise didn't disturb my sleep 💤. 2️⃣ **Service:** Every staff member I encountered was friendly,主动 greeting guests with a smile. They were also enthusiastic and soft-spoken when answering questions, which was very pleasant. What left the deepest impression were the ladies at the front desk. Whether checking in or checking out, they were patient and professional, even offering well wishes for a pleasant stay. I'd definitely choose to return, haha. The most heartwarming was the young lady from ”IFC” (International Finance Centre). Her attentiveness and kind service attitude, as well as her foresight in considering my needs, significantly enhanced my positive impression of this stay. She deserves high praise 👍. 3️⃣ **Environment:** The hotel smelled lovely from the moment you entered, and the glass was sparkling clean, showing their attention to detail. 4️⃣ **Location:** Getting to all the famous attractions was incredibly convenient. Truly convenient. 5️⃣ **Food:** The vegetables and fruits were fresh, and there was a wide variety for breakfast. The desserts, in particular, were delicious 😋. My family and I stayed in two rooms this time, and we were all very happy and satisfied. We'd also like to thank all the staff who helped and served us. This hotel is quite unique, with individual villa-style accommodations. The grounds are filled with lush greenery, well-maintained and with beautiful colorful flowers. The resort is expansive, making it convenient to park if you have your own car, or you can use their shuttle service. It's right next to Window of the World and the Undersea World, as well as where Hunan TV films its shows, which is quite popular. I didn't get to the gym, and the swimming pool isn't in the same building as the rooms; it's in another building. It's an indoor heated pool, which was quite pleasant, and thankfully, it wasn't too crowded when I went. The staff I encountered were all very friendly, and the front desk was patient and helpful in resolving any issues. My room was clean and tidy, and the service staff were very welcoming.

The good: The room is attractive, comfortable, and functional. The bathroom is private with a proper door and no glass wall. The rainhead in the shower is excellent. Plus it had a regular toilet (I hate smart toilets). I'd stay here again simply for these points. The breakfast is also completely awesome! The bad: The service was below standard overall. The cleaning service was lacking. For example, they only gave one bath towel and one hand towel each day! And, on the second day, they didn't give another washing detergent sachet for the washing machine. The front desk service is average, not entirely welcoming (but I've found this is quite normal in hotels now). However, these things can be dealt with. The aircon really only had two settings, 25 degrees was freezing, and 26 degrees was hot. We had to keep switching between the two. And then, i guess as preemptive karma for writing these negative points, i then cut my finger on a screw thread sticking out of the shelf in the bathroom cabinet just as i was leaving!

The room was very spacious. We booked a twin room, and I apologize for this, but the three of us moved the beds together. My apologies to the housekeeping staff who had to tidy up afterward. The service was excellent. They readily replenished water bottles and quickly brought up extra toiletries when requested. It was also very convenient that they could provide an extra key card for my friend who came back later at night. The view from the window was decent; you could see a partial river view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the night scenery was beautiful. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old and not very smart, but that's it. Most importantly, there was a dead praying mantis in the room that looked like it had been there for a while, as its body had already turned yellow.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The interior is quiet and comfortable, with a great ambiance. The breakfast spread is quite generous and the food tastes good. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's conveniently located right next to a subway entrance, making transportation super easy. The room facilities are quite new, and the hygiene conditions are good. Definitely worth recommending! The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. When you're traveling, all you really want is comfort and ease of communication, and this place delivers on that perfectly.

This is my second time staying here in Changsha, and I'm very grateful the hotel upgraded me to a larger room! The toilet flush didn't work every time, and the bathroom walls and window sills looked a bit old; I'd suggest they be updated. The breakfast was plentiful, but finishing by 10 AM felt a bit rushed. It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient.
