1.進停車場裏面就是一處垃圾站，很臭😔
2.由於五一一直下雨，晚上有點冷，空調居然沒有暖氣！！！打電話服務員兩次才安排人上來，説空調是中央空調，目前五一沒有暖氣，額外叫他們送一床被子，服務員態度還不怎麼好。
3.外面吃早餐回來，我們還沒有退房，打掃衞生的阿姨就進入了房間説打掃下衞生😱😱😱，這真的體驗感超級差，我還是第一次碰到這種事，客人沒有退房，居然就先進房間打掃衞生，突然覺得太過於離譜了😓😓😓
4.早上洗澡洗頭髮，吹頭髮，梳粧台的面板也是壞的吹風機插進去沒反應，要重新換個面板吹頭髮。
5.由於五一假期，帶小孩子來旅遊，價格不能説多便宜差幾塊就600元晚上價格還是可以的，這體驗感超級不友好。
6.服務員小姐姐態度還是可以，退房送了長沙臭豆腐，很貼心。
總結就是，不知道這好評哪裡來。

很不錯的一個酒店酒店，房間面積也還可也還算過得去，然後前台退房的時候五一期間還會送長沙臭豆腐？我覺得這一點來説就很貼心，然後前台服務也挺好的，房間的設施設備也很齊全，衞生間是那種乾濕分離的床，睡的也很舒服，總的來説還是很不錯的一個酒店。

前台挺不錯的房間裏面有雨傘，可以免費借用，然後設施設備也很齊全，衞生間是那種乾濕分離的狀態房間還有小沙發，還有小娃娃之類的。每個房間都有窗户視野，很廣周圍的環境也很不錯啊，總的來説還是可以的房間還配有驅蚊液，等等那些生活用品總的來説還是一家非常不錯的酒店。

一樓大廳辦入住，房間在十幾樓，位置還可以，出行方便去景區也近，打車過去基本十分鐘。附近的商城吃東西也方便，我喜歡去地鐵口那個，夜宵店，路邊攤都很多，很熱鬧。對面是湘雅，出門就是茶顏和24小時的葯店，打車上車點也好找，就在大門上車。停車場3層位置還是比較多，免費停車。房間床墊很舒服，不錯的入住。

Good reviews. The hotel is very good. You can order Cha Yan Yue Se in the room. It is very convenient to stay here when traveling in Changsha. I will stay here again if I need it in the future. The hotel front desk service is very good. When checking out, they also gave me a Changsha stinky tofu gift box.
