The family room is a suite, which is perfect for families traveling with elderly members. The room is clean and comfortable. Downstairs, there's a CHAYAN YUESE tea shop, and no need to queue! It's very close to Dongtang subway station, and you can walk or take a shared electric bike to Shazitang subway station (which has a direct line to Yuelu Academy and Qia Tongxue Shaonian Square). Riding an electric bike to Wuyi Square is also convenient and avoids traffic jams.

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. At night, there are tons of food options outside, and it gets really lively. Despite the outside hustle and bustle, the soundproofing in the hotel is excellent! There are also plenty of places to explore nearby. The room has a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet seat is heated. The hotel shampoo isn't cheap stuff; it has a lovely, natural, subtle scent. Breakfast is incredibly rich with a wide selection: fruit salad, steamed buns, shumai, noodles, cold noodles, various drinks, sweet potatoes, mochi – everything you could ask for, and it's unlimited as long as you don't waste food. They even offer complimentary congee in the evenings. The lobby is filled with greenery, and their drinks are great; I especially recommend the honey pomelo tea made by the two ladies there – it's delicious. The hotel staff are also incredibly friendly. They even have a DJI drone available for some amazing photos, though you'll need to scan a QR code from the front desk to use it. The room also features a rotating circular mirror and a full-length mirror, perfect for styling hair and putting together outfits. I stayed for several days, and overall, it was a fantastic experience – I highly recommend it!

The hotel has an unbeatable location along Taiping Old Street. It requires less than 2 minutes of walking from North gate 北门 of the street to the alley where the hotel is located. Taiping Old Street is where you can find all of Changsha souvenirs and best restaurants gathered in one location, which makes the hotel a perfect place to stay in Changsha, especially on the last night of your travel. I appreciated that the hotel helped to accept our Tabao hauls before we arrived. Further more, the hotel provides free door to door laundry service! Even though we were only staying 1 night, the hotel still offered this service to us by collecting our laundry at 11pm and returning the clean laundry back to us early next morning! We were impressed that despite being so hidden in an alley, the hotel had automatic door AND A LIFT even though there were only 3 storeys! Upon opening our hotel room door, we were welcomed by 小度. The room was large and cosy, with an automatic flush toilet. I read in a previous review that there was no place to hang clothes in the showering area, but this has already been taken care of, which shows that the owner does listen to the feedbacks given. If there is anything to improve on, perhaps change one of the pillows to a latex pillow, as the pillows were too soft for our liking. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Changsha!

Getting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet. Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

The hotel's location near Peiyuan Bridge subway station makes it convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Chaozong Street. The room cleaning was thorough and meticulous, with a dry/wet separation bathroom, minimal dust on the floors and window sills, and clean, soft bedding. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the bathroom was odor-free. The 24-hour butler service was responsive, and check-in at the front desk was efficient with friendly staff. The delivery robot that goes directly to guest rooms was very convenient. The hotel features a smart home system with voice control for curtains and lighting; the river view rooms come with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a simulated fireplace. The free mini-bar offers unlimited drinks, and the self-service gym and laundry room are well-equipped.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the train station exit, with a subway entrance practically at the doorstep. A mere 50-meter walk to the left takes you directly to the station entrance. The place is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite good. The overall design is very stylish, creating a comfortable visual experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist at desk #5, who provided very thoughtful and attentive service.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, very accommodating and responsive to all requests. The breakfast was also delicious, and the room was quiet. The staff, both the young men and women, were very kind.

The hotel is conveniently located near Wuyi Square subway station, making it super easy to access dining, entertainment, and shopping. Popular spots like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain are just a 20-30 minute subway ride away. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor, so you'll need to take an elevator up. There are three elevators in total, but one occasionally goes out of service, so you might have a bit of a wait going up or down. The room itself is spacious and quite clean, which I was pretty happy with. The 'sky garden room' is exactly as pictured in image one. Breakfast is also served on the 7th floor and offers a good variety. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place.

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
