I chose this hotel for a short stay by chance, and my actual experience after checking in was quite good. As soon as I entered, the front desk lady greeted me warmly. When I asked about nearby dining and travel routes, she patiently and thoroughly explained and guided me. The smart system in the room was very responsive, and switching living scenarios by voice was super convenient and easy to use. The room space was well-organized, and all daily necessities were provided. The environment was quiet and pleasant, making for a particularly comfortable and relaxing stay.

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

The kids loved their stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, right on Huangxing Walking Street, close to Wuyi Square, and there are so many delicious restaurants nearby like Ben Luobo. The service was pretty good too, and they even brought afternoon tea and coffee every day.

The hotel was great. P1 shows the street view from our room, but it was a bit noisy at night due to being on a main road. The next day, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a suite (P2-3). The front desk attendant was also very patient and showed us the new room when we moved. Plus, you can drop off your clothes at the front desk, and they'll wash, dry, and deliver them back to your room, which is super convenient. One time when they brought our clothes back, we also had a food delivery at the door, and the attendant kindly brought that in for us as well. The location is also excellent. You can scan a QR code at the front desk to order from Tea Color (Cha Yan Yue Se), and they'll deliver it directly to your room since there's one less than 100 meters away. It's also within walking distance to places like the IFS (International Finance Square), and various food deliveries usually arrive within 30 minutes. I mainly chose this hotel because the room decor is very tasteful. Overall, it's great value for money.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They contacted me in advance, knowing I was traveling with an elderly person, and arranged a suitable room, which was a very nice touch. The room environment was good, with smart-controlled curtains, a separate wet/dry bathroom, a large bathtub, and a refrigerator – the facilities were quite complete. Any issues I raised were also promptly resolved. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The decor and views are excellent. I booked a river-view room, and the location is incredibly convenient. The subway station is just 100 meters away, and there's a convenience store and McDonald's downstairs – super handy! It's only one stop to Wuyi Square, which is a lifesaver in Changsha's hot weather, as you want to minimize walking. Taxis are also readily available. All in all, it was perfect. For every trip, comfort and convenient transportation are my top priorities.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you can see it right after exiting the station. The front desk service was also great, especially person number five. They provided breakfast and coffee vouchers. Overall, the environment is quite good. The only drawback is that the hotel's cleanliness was just average, but it might have been due to a rushed check-in. Given the good service attitude, I won't give a bad review.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The interior is quiet and comfortable, with a great ambiance. The breakfast spread is quite generous and the food tastes good. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.

The location is great! It's not far to walk to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Taiping Old Street. Getting to Orange Isle by subway is also quick and convenient. The room type was okay and it was quiet. However, the room was really chilly, and the air conditioning didn't have heat. It just got colder the longer I stayed. The facilities are old, but the main issue was the lack of warmth. I had to wear a bathrobe over my pajamas and pile on a thick duvet.
