Facilities: Clean and hygienic. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room also has two bathrobes, which is very convenient. The hotel has a free laundry room and gym.
Cleanliness: Very clean, even details like mirrors were well-maintained. The bathtub was also disinfected beforehand.
Service: I forgot to bring some toiletries when I checked in, and the front desk immediately sent them up via robot, which was incredibly thoughtful, and all free of charge. There's afternoon tea, and a comforting late-night congee. When checking out, they even proactively asked if we needed luggage storage or a transfer service to the airport or high-speed rail station.

Environment: The location is very convenient for tourists, with easy access to all attractions. There's a food street right downstairs, perfect for dining and exploring.
Service: The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, assisting us with many things. They even provided exclusive travel tips that were super useful.

GGuest UserWe are visitors from the UK who spent a 3 night stay at the the Fancy Hotel. We chose it due to the hotel’s proximity to Hunan Museum - less than 10 minutes walk away. The location is great - Martyr’s Park is just alongside the museum. It is a lovely place to walk and there is plenty to do once you are inside. There is also a metro station and very large shopping mall with numerous eateries - including a Burger King and KFC within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. Decor is good. Our room was a little small, but comfortable and had everything we could need for a short stay - including charging cables and electric curtains! There was an extensive range of Chinese options for breakfast. Western options were more limited and included fruit, toast, butter, jam, boiled eggs, coffee, croissants and a surprising array of small cakes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They did not speak English - but patience, a smile and Google translate helped us to communicate. The hotel has a roof garden and small gym There are food delivery options, which we didn’t have time to investigate. Sadly there did not appear to be anywhere to buy a coffee on site. We liked the hotel and thought it great value for money. We would definitely return on a future trip to Changsha.

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable.
They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

11391893****Getting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

✔️ Great location: It's right in Wuyi Square, with a subway entrance downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, there are tons of delicious food options right below.
✔️ Incredible views: Staying on the 50th floor and seeing the panoramic views of Changsha is truly something else. The sunset was breathtakingly beautiful – no filter needed for photos. 🌇
✔️ Excellent service: There's a 24-hour butler online who responds almost instantly. They're super responsive to all requests, and you don't even need to go downstairs to pick up your takeout (they have a robot!).
✔️ Attention to detail: The minibar is free (drinks and beer included), breakfast is served until 11 AM (a lazy person's dream!), and the bedding is really comfortable.
I initially thought it was just another 'influencer-hyped' spot, but the service and facilities truly exceeded my expectations!

GGuest UserThis is hands down the best B&B in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend it! The location is super convenient for getting around and shopping, and the surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable. Right across the street is the Tianmen Mountain cable car. I absolutely love the overall design style of the B&B; it's cozy yet chic, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Our family of nine booked two suites, and the layout was perfect for a family trip – spacious and open, making for a very comfortable stay. The owner is also very kind and provides excellent service. Our entire stay was a perfect experience, and everyone in the family was extremely satisfied. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit, and I'll be recommending it to friends traveling to Zhangjiajie!

MmohuaguiTraveling to Changsha with my family this time, the transportation was very convenient, and the service was warm and welcoming. We booked a twin room, but they upgraded us. The bathroom with separate wet and dry areas was very quiet, and there's free parking right outside. The Line 2 subway entrance is right at the doorstep. We could ask the front desk anything we didn't understand, and their service was enthusiastic. Overall, the facilities were excellent, and it's just a 7-minute walk to Wuyi Square.

GGuest UserI didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The facilities are complete, there is a self-service coffee machine at the front desk, and there are sofas and round tables in the lobby bar for us to meet guests and chat. The room is clean, the towels are very thick, the sound insulation is good and quiet, and the stay experience is very good.

Environment: It was also decent.
Service: The service was very prompt. My hairdryer was broken, and they quickly brought a replacement, even sending an air purifier to the room.
Facilities: The only issue was that the bathroom shower door didn't close properly, so water would easily leak out.
