GGuest UserThe hotel's location is convenient. The lobby has a lot of greenery, and they even offer complimentary late-night congee. The room is great, and it's easy to get to places from here. The bathroom has a good wet/dry separation, and the facilities are well-equipped. Plus, they have a robot delivery service!

MmissslowpokeThe hotel has an unbeatable location along Taiping Old Street. It requires less than 2 minutes of walking from North gate 北门 of the street to the alley where the hotel is located. Taiping Old Street is where you can find all of Changsha souvenirs and best restaurants gathered in one location, which makes the hotel a perfect place to stay in Changsha, especially on the last night of your travel.
I appreciated that the hotel helped to accept our Tabao hauls before we arrived. Further more, the hotel provides free door to door laundry service! Even though we were only staying 1 night, the hotel still offered this service to us by collecting our laundry at 11pm and returning the clean laundry back to us early next morning!
We were impressed that despite being so hidden in an alley, the hotel had automatic door AND A LIFT even though there were only 3 storeys! Upon opening our hotel room door, we were welcomed by 小度. The room was large and cosy, with an automatic flush toilet. I read in a previous review that there was no place to hang clothes in the showering area, but this has already been taken care of, which shows that the owner does listen to the feedbacks given. If there is anything to improve on, perhaps change one of the pillows to a latex pillow, as the pillows were too soft for our liking.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Changsha!

GGuest UserGetting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

GGuest UserThe Tatami River View room has a sofa that folds out into a 1.2-meter bed. The auntie thoughtfully made up the bed with sheets and even put a little yellow duck pillow for the child.
The room has a bathtub, and the hotel provides bath bags, steam eye masks, laundry detergent, and more, which shows great attention to detail.
The biggest surprise was the laundry room on the 5th floor. We got back to the hotel at 11 PM, and to our surprise, an auntie was still there. She told us to leave our clothes with her, and she would wash, dry, and fold them for us. The next morning, they were left at our room door, all completely free! This was such an amazing value and a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changsha!

A mere 50-meter walk to the left takes you directly to the station entrance. The place is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite good. The overall design is very stylish, creating a comfortable visual experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist at desk #5, who provided very thoughtful and attentive service.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, and the staff were all smiles, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. It offers excellent value for money, and overall, we were very satisfied. The gym is also a nice bonus.
The front desk was quick to respond via WeChat and phone, and they provided small items like a desk lamp and makeup mirror, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.
The hotel is also a partner for luggage delivery services, which is convenient for guests using public transport.
However, the laundry room maintenance could be improved. Given the hotel's good location and high foot traffic, the washing machines and dryers need regular cleaning. Our clothes had an odd smell after drying, and we hope the hotel addresses this in the future.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Changsha's central business district, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. When we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They not only patiently answered all our questions but also proactively suggested nearby attractions and local specialty foods, which we really appreciated.
A special thank you to the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade! Our room was spacious and bright with expansive views, offering a wonderful panorama of Changsha's bustling city. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and both the toiletries and other amenities were of high quality.
Throughout our entire stay, the staff consistently maintained a warm and friendly service attitude. Any requests were handled promptly, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changsha and will recommend it to all my friends!

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations.
