"I specifically chose this hotel for my layover, and its location truly exceeded my expectations. It's just a five-minute walk from the high-speed train station, so you can literally roll your luggage a few steps and be right there. No need to worry about wind, sun, or waiting for a taxi. Catching early morning or late-night high-speed trains will no longer be a rush. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and there was plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the station. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they even kindly offered luggage storage. There are convenience stores and snack shops nearby, making it easy to get around and grab a bite to eat. For business travelers and those on layovers, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to catch a high-speed train!"

"This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and dry, and the bathroom was spotless with no unpleasant odors. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were consistently warm and polite, responding promptly to all requests. "This stay at Tingbo Hotel experience far exceeded expectations, and must give a big praise! First of all, we must praise the service, from the front desk to the room aunt are particularly enthusiastic. Not only did I send welcome tea when I checked in, but also took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type. During the stay, I borrowed nail clippers and added quilts, and the response was very fast. The room is even more pleasant! The whole house is intelligently controlled, and you can turn off the lights and pull the curtains by shouting ”smallness”. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, and there are two options for pillows. I slept very heavily this night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is also equipped with a smart toilet, with full details."

"Miss An An at the front desk has a good and enthusiastic service attitude. She took the initiative to upgrade our room type and gave us free breakfast coupons. Check-in was quick. As soon as we entered the lobby, I really liked the decoration of this hotel, it was simple and elegant. It's unique, the room is very clean and tidy, the bed is big, and there's a laundry room for drying which is very convenient, great! recommend"

"For accommodation in Changsha, the Grand Hyatt is my go-to! The location is superb, with many attractions nearby like Pozi Street and Wenheyou right next to the hotel. Du Fu Jiang Ge is just a 5-minute walk away! Wuyi Square and Tianxin Pavilion are only one metro stop away, making it incredibly convenient. The first-line river view is absolutely stunning and perfect for photos! The floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the Xiang River and Orange Isle. During the day, the river and sky blend together, and at night, the city lights sparkle. The front desk staff were also excellent, making me feel right at home! 🌹🌹👍👍"

"The hotel is close to the Changsha Railway Station (***NOT*** Changsha South Railway Station), about 2 - 3 underground metro stations away. The closest metro line is Line 6. It's located in what looks like an office building from the ground floor. You'd have to take an elevator up to the 5th floor to reach the lobby. I think it's a mixed use property, with some floors are offices, some are residential apartments and, of course, the hotel on the 5th floor. The hotel lobby has a garden terrace with seating and a small exercise area with a few gym equipment. The room is nice with a comfortable bed and a huge flat screen tv. It even has a mini fridge. I love a big rain shower in the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature are great. There are two small washing machines and two dryers, where you can have your clothes washed and dried for free (detergent provided), although there could be quite a queue in the evening as the washers/dryers are occupied. You would have to get them done by midnight, however. A bus stop is also nearby where you could take a public bus to downtown for shopping or attractions. Tips: If you love taking good photography or selfies, do not miss out on the Chinese Knot or Lucky Knot Footbridge, not too far from the MICA Art Museum. You could do both together in one day."

"Staying here for a girls' getaway with my besties was absolutely blissful! The biggest surprise was the cat cafe, where you can pet cats for free 🐱~ There are over ten cats 🐈, and they're all super friendly – I practically petted them bald! I was genuinely blown away by this Wabi-sabi style hotel! The creamy white rock walls create a natural soft glow. The large bathtub in the room, combined with Hainanese greenery 🍃 and arched windows, creates such an artistic and luxurious visual. The whole place is clean and stylish. After a bath 🛁, lying on the soft bed and watching a movie on the giant projector screen, all the day's fatigue just melted away. It's truly the perfect place for couples or friends looking to relax on holiday~"

"Amenities: The whole room is smart, with fresh air conditioning and smart toilets. Cleanliness: It was very clean, but the hallway was too fragrant for my nose. Environment: Located on the 21st and 22nd floors of a building. The building is very old, and you have to wait a long time for the elevator. There's no air conditioning in the elevator, so in the summer, a wave of sweat smell hits you. Service: The cleaning auntie was very enthusiastic, and the front desk staff (a young man) was very thoughtful."
