"This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)"

"## Environment: The surroundings are quite good, located by the river and not far from the subway. The nearby roads have light traffic, so it's not noisy. Pictures two and three show the actual view. ## Service: 1. I specifically requested a high floor, a good view, and a room away from the elevator in my booking notes. When checking in, I asked if they could see my notes from the platform, and they confirmed they could. They then assigned me a room on the 16th floor. At the time, I thought this was considered a higher-floor room within the available range. I was in a hurry to go out, so I just dropped off my luggage, rested for a few minutes, and left. When I returned in the evening, I realized the view wasn't what I had in mind. I checked Trip.com and saw that this room type is listed as floors 12-22. So, I'd expect at least the 18th floor to be considered a 'high floor,' right? I checked in around 3 PM, which is generally the standard check-in time, while the standard check-out time is 12 PM. It's unlikely that all the high-floor rooms were already taken, unless everyone checked in early? The deluxe and premier rooms on Trip.com use the same view pictures, which is misleading. 2. Right after I entered the room and sat down, someone knocked on the door to deliver a welcome fruit plate. A minute or two later, another person came to deliver a box of candies. Couldn't they have delivered them together? The soundproofing is poor; sometimes I couldn't tell if someone was knocking on my door or the neighboring room's door. Plus, the person delivering the fruit knocked and then just opened the door and walked in! It startled me, and I had to say, ”Someone's here!” 3. After breakfast, I asked what time check-out was, and they said 12 PM. I asked if I could get a late check-out, and they told me the hotel was fully booked, so it wasn't possible. While this is within their rules, it didn't feel like good service. The gap between a 3 PM check-in and a 12 PM check-out is quite long. The experience isn't even as good as a slightly lower-tier hotel like a Hanting or All Seasons. 4. Around midnight, I was half-asleep when I was suddenly woken up by the sound of a staff member knocking on the neighboring room's door. Given how poor the soundproofing is, shouldn't they optimize this by calling instead of knocking late at night? ## Facilities: 1. The soundproofing is terrible. I could clearly hear knocking on the next-door room, and sometimes I couldn't even tell if it was my door or theirs. 2. There's an occasional 'bang' sound from above the window. I'm not sure what causes it."

"This hotel was a last-minute booking for my trip to Changsha, and I specifically chose a room with a terrace – it exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The hotel's central location made getting around super convenient. I booked three rooms for three nights for my family and friends, and overall, our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The terrace was a real lifesaver; with someone smoking and kids around, it was so practical. The room had great blackout curtains, a clear projector, and plenty of space. Definitely great value for money. On our departure day, we were out buying souvenirs and couldn't check out on time, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. We didn't get back until after 3 PM, and they were attentive throughout. I'm very satisfied. Next time I visit, I'll definitely try the 80+ square meter room; I bet that experience will be even better!"

"It was my first time to visit Changsha, so I decided to book this hotel with the intention of giving it a try. After checking in, I found it to be quite good. The hotel is near the subway entrance. The rooms are clean and sanitary. The lobby is very poetic as soon as you enter. There are many restaurants near the hotel. There are all kinds of delicious food. What is worthy of praise for the hotel is the service. It is very professional, especially the manager Youyou. When I first came to Changsha, I didn’t know where to go. The lady gave me a detailed introduction to the surrounding tourist classics. I had a great time. The room was also made for free. Upgraded and will stay here again next time I come to Changsha. "The hotel is newly renovated. It is very good overall. It is also very clean and the transportation is very convenient. However, the pillows are too high. My neck hurts after sleeping for one night. I suggest that the hotel can provide two types of pillows, high and low, for people to choose from. The second thing is that I stayed here. "The house we booked is at the foot of Yuelu Mountain, very close to the university town and Yuelu Mountain. It is quiet in the midst of hustle and bustle. It is convenient to travel and go to scenic spots. "I booked a twin room, and as soon as I entered, I was captivated by the cozy decor. The warm yellow lighting was simple yet inviting, making it perfect for photos! The bed was incredibly soft, and the bedding felt great on my skin. After a long day of sightseeing, I'd just collapse into bed and get amazing sleep. The room also has a smart control system; just say ”Xiao Du Xiao Du,” and you can easily control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning – a total godsend for lazy people like me. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the vanity mirror even has a fill light, making makeup application super clear. They even provide facial cleanser and lotion! The attention to detail is truly top-notch."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed. Clean. Big room. They even provide free laundry service onsite. They will put your cloth in the washer and dryer, even fold it for you. There is a convenient store on the first floor and many other stores and restaurants around it. It takes about 30 minutes walk to Central South University. I would take a cab in the hot and humid weather of ChangSha."

Living in the art block, the corridor is like a mysterious mountain secret, and the mango variety show is the same blockbuster film 📸 Some also have a terrace.
