CChunlingThis homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.
BBaochaoxiedianbujialaStayed here during the May Day holiday. Aside from the price, it was a pretty good stay. I had a windowless room located between two hallways. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided detailed information. The room was clean, and the bathroom had solid walls, not those glass ones, which I really liked. My only question was about the bathroom exhaust fan; there was no sound when I turned on the switch, so I'm not sure if it wasn't working or if it's just a silent model.

AAnonymous User## Prime Location
* Extremely close to Changsha South Railway Station (high-speed rail station), typically a 5-10 minute drive.
## Modern Facilities, Strong Design Aesthetic
* The hotel's decor leans towards a modern, light luxury style. Some room types are equipped with smart home features (e.g., smart curtains, voice control), projectors, etc. Rooms are clean and tidy.
## Good Service Attitude
* The front desk is responsive. Some guests have mentioned that a high-speed rail station shuttle service can be provided (it's recommended to confirm this by phone in advance).
* **Convenient and Efficient:** For travelers with large luggage, arriving late at night, or unfamiliar with the area around the station, this service solves the ”last mile” problem, offering an excellent experience.
* **Saves Costs and Time:** It eliminates the need to queue for taxis or ride-shares and the time spent communicating destinations, which is especially advantageous in bad weather.
* **Service Attitude:** Most drivers/shuttle staff are quite enthusiastic, proactively contacting guests to confirm their location, making the hotel check-in process smooth.
## Breakfast
* The breakfast hours, from 7 AM to 10 AM, are very thoughtful, catering to both guests catching early high-speed trains (can eat by 7 AM) and those who want to sleep in (can still enjoy it before 10 AM).
* **Local Specialties:** Offers characteristic noodles, snacks, and more, allowing guests to experience local flavors.
* The dining environment is clean and tidy.
* Service staff promptly clean and replenish food.
## Gym
* Sufficient for a quick workout, clean environment, meets basic needs.

GGuest UserThis homestay is quite difficult to find, especially for international travelers who are unfamiliar with the area. It was unclear where to check in at first, and we had to ask the building’s information desk to help contact the owner before we could access the room. Fortunately, the owner was kind and helpful.
The room itself is spacious with plenty of space. There was a slight cigarette smell, which is common in some places in China, but the highlight is the beautiful river view. Although some buildings partially block the view, it is still very impressive.
This was our last night in China before returning home, and staying here became a very good memory.
Downstairs, there is a nearby park where you can take a walk and watch elderly locals doing their daily activities, which feels very authentic and enjoyable.
The location is convenient—close to a train station and easy to get to Orange Isle. Around the building, there are rice shops and cafés, so finding food is not a problem at all.
A good choice for travelers who value views and atmosphere, and don’t mind a bit of inconvenience during check-in.

WwiwiThe front desk service was excellent, and they provide a washing machine and dryer. The location is fantastic, right next to Taiping Street and Wuyi Square, where you can feast on delicious snacks until you're absolutely stuffed. Metro Line 2 is also very convenient; Juzizhou Island is just one stop away. Highly recommended!

Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants.

Very Good
MmohuaguiTraveling to Changsha with my family this time, the transportation was very convenient, and the service was warm and welcoming. We booked a twin room, but they upgraded us. The bathroom with separate wet and dry areas was very quiet, and there's free parking right outside. The Line 2 subway entrance is right at the doorstep. We could ask the front desk anything we didn't understand, and their service was enthusiastic. Overall, the facilities were excellent, and it's just a 7-minute walk to Wuyi Square.

JJuvieJEntrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful.
Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo.
Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there.
Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult.
The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay.
The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.

MMelyna HalimGenerally, alll the washrooms including in both the lounges and the guests' rooms are very dirty and smell like urine. The lounges are provided for smoking people only, and it seems like the microwave hasn't got cleaned for a long time. The stains and food particles spread up everywhere inside and outside the microwave. Also, The property is very dusty and dirty stains everywhere almost all over the surfaces in the lounges. Maintaining of the hygiene of this property is the priority thing needs to be done and paid full attention.

GGuest UserMy parents and I visited Changsha for the first time and spontaneously booked this homestay. It's right next to Huangxing Square, and just downstairs is a super bustling pedestrian street. From our room, we could even see the vibrant Jiefang West! The room was fully equipped, the decor was really cozy and exactly as pictured, and it even had a large projector. The owner gave us great food recommendations and thoughtfully prepared a guide with lots of local tips for good food and fun places to visit. So nice!
We only stayed one night because we had to hit the road early, but I'm definitely coming back to Changsha to explore more thoroughly next time. And I'll absolutely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality, boss! ❤️❤️
