"The hotel is well located. Right next to the walking street and the old town compound. IFS mall is directly below for shopping. Excellent views from the tallest building in Changsha. The staff were very accommodating; they gave us early check in and late check out, for no extra cost, to ensure we had the best experience for our one night trip. Their recommendations were great too. They recommended food and a spa, both had excellent service and treated us well. I recommend Niccolo for your stay in Changsha!"

"My recent stay at The St. Regis Changsha was, for the most part, a delightful experience. The service attitude of all the staff on duty throughout the hotel was incredibly warm and friendly. From the bellhops greeting guests at the entrance to my dedicated butler who followed up on everything, and even the housekeeping staff I encountered in the hallways, everyone proactively greeted guests with gentle courtesy. It’s clear that the hotel has a thorough and standardized training program for service etiquette. I also want to specifically mention Hedy at the front desk; she was consistently kind and gentle, and took care of every detail, making me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my interactions with her. However, during my stay, I did encounter a few minor issues that somewhat affected my mood. I decided to proactively share my situation and genuine thoughts with the hotel. I want to give my biggest thanks to Willete, the Guest Services Manager. As soon as she heard my feedback, she didn't hesitate and immediately came to speak with me in person. The entire communication experience far exceeded my expectations. Manager Willete’s tone was incredibly gentle, and her voice was calm and soothing. My initial annoyance caused by the incidents slowly dissipated during our conversation. When addressing the problems, she didn't shirk responsibility or try to downplay the issues by finding various objective reasons to defend the hotel. Instead, she quietly and attentively listened to every suggestion for improvement I offered, without interrupting me. She fully embraced all my ideas. Throughout our discussion, she consistently viewed the situation from my perspective, showing great empathy for my negative feelings at the time and understanding the difficulties guests might face. She also proactively asked for my thoughts and expectations, meticulously noting down every suggestion I made. What’s even more commendable is that after our conversation, she didn't just let the matter drop. Instead, she actively followed up on the situation, diligently implemented solutions, and effectively resolved the issues I encountered through concrete actions. This wasn't just superficial reassurance; she genuinely prioritized the guest's feelings. Honestly, I've always known that no hotel can be 100% perfect. During operations, there will inevitably be some details that need refinement. I completely understand small issues arising and wouldn't dismiss an entire hotel over a minor incident. However, the key differentiator in the service quality of high-end hotels is never just about the hardware facilities or consistently smooth, incident-free service. It's truly about the hotel's attitude when problems arise. Manager Willete's gentle patience, her willingness to confront problems without shirking responsibility, her empathy, and her proactive and positive approach to resolving issues fully demonstrate her exceptionally high professional standards. It also genuinely reflects that the hotel sincerely values every guest's stay experience and is willing to accept genuine guest feedback to optimize its services. Considering this complete stay experience, even though there was a slight hiccup, Manager Willete's sincere, responsible, and thoughtful approach, coupled with the warm and attentive basic service from Hedy and all the hotel staff, still makes me willing to give The St. Regis Changsha a high rating and positive review. Overall, it's a case of the good outweighing the minor flaws. If I visit Changsha again in the future, this St. Regis will still be my first choice for accommodation. I also sincerely hope that the hotel will seriously consider guests' suggestions and continue to refine its service details to provide an even smoother and impeccable stay experience for every future guest."

"1️⃣ **Room:** First, the room on a high floor offered a fantastic panoramic view, especially stunning at night. Enjoying a glass of red wine or sparkling water while watching the bustling city below felt incredibly peaceful. Second, the room layout was excellent, with a separate bathroom and toilet, both with their own doors, and no unpleasant odors. Third, the bed was very soft, and the duvet was plush, breathable, and not stuffy. Fourth, despite having a large carpet, it was immaculately maintained and clean. Fifth, the soundproofing was effective, and outside noise didn't disturb my sleep 💤. 2️⃣ **Service:** Every staff member I encountered was friendly,主动 greeting guests with a smile. They were also enthusiastic and soft-spoken when answering questions, which was very pleasant. What left the deepest impression were the ladies at the front desk. Whether checking in or checking out, they were patient and professional, even offering well wishes for a pleasant stay. I'd definitely choose to return, haha. The most heartwarming was the young lady from ”IFC” (International Finance Centre). Her attentiveness and kind service attitude, as well as her foresight in considering my needs, significantly enhanced my positive impression of this stay. "The room was great, and the front desk service was excellent. We arrived in the morning and wanted to store our luggage, but the front desk staff went above and beyond and helped us check in early. However, the 'couples afternoon tea' was a bit awkward. It was advertised as afternoon tea for two, but it only included one coffee/tea and three desserts. Three desserts are fine, but it's pretty strange to only offer one drink for two people. Hard to rate that part. Other services were very good; room service was prompt, and the doorman always helped with luggage. Sometimes the door wasn't opened for us, but that's understandable. Overall, it was a smooth and friendly experience."

All staff members were very polite. There were two thoughtful details: a handwritten welcome card from the housekeeping staff, and on the second day, they replenished more drinking water after noticing our high consumption. Also, staff and concierges would avoid sharing an elevator with guests. Ambiance: The lobbies on the first and sixth floors have a nightclub-esque style, with space and astronaut elements everywhere. The outdoor balcony on the sixth floor in the evening was very comfortable; enjoying the sunset with a gentle breeze and a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' drink was incredibly pleasant. Transportation: Although the location isn't ideal for popular attractions (takes a bit longer to get there), transportation is convenient. There's a metro Line 2 station downstairs on Changsha Avenue, and taxis are readily available. It's only two metro stops from Changsha South Station. Facilities: Compared to similarly-rated hotels in Guangdong, the room size is a bit smaller, but the layout is well-designed. Upon entering, there's a wardrobe acting as a buffer, so you don't see the bed directly. The corner by the entrance is perfect for luggage, and the toilet and shower are separated on opposite sides. The soft amenities are also great: Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide variety of drinks in the fridge, including beer, carbonated drinks, and local Changsha specialties. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and there were no odors in the restroom. Breakfast Service Extended until 2 PM: This is a rare service for many hotels. No need to rush to eat breakfast early, definitely a thumbs-up! Plus, they switch to lunch at 12 PM, so even late risers don't have to worry about going to the restaurant at 11 or 12 and finding nothing to eat. Bar: There are different live singers every night, creating a nice atmosphere. Bartender Zhang Yang provided attentive service; I felt my 'Changsha County Chronicles' cocktail was too sweet, so he remixed a new one according to my taste."

It even comes with a hairdryer box and a smart toilet. Plus, it's within walking distance to Wuyi Metro Station, making transportation quite convenient. "My stay at the Wyndham Changsha was very satisfying. The hotel is located in the Desiqin business district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting a taxi to Wuyi Square or other attractions was always smooth. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, proactively offering local tips. The room was spacious and bright, with a wide-angle view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. A special shout-out to the concierge's quick response time – they were always instantly available. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly made Hunan rice noodles and other local specialties, which tasted authentic. For an international brand hotel at this price point, the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Changsha."

"First time visiting Changsha! Didn't expect all the attractions to be so crowded... so I ended up spending most of my time at the hotel. The room and room service were both absolutely fantastic! When we checked in, the front desk attendant upgraded our room, and after we checked out, Manager Kiki was very attentive to our stay experience.
