This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredible – just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and shopping district, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk service was warm and attentive, always ready to help. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

Overall, my trip was quite good! The hotel facilities are complete, with a gym and laundry room, and the staff even offer free laundry service. Although a small incident occurred during my stay, the duty manager promptly came to resolve it. The service attitude was excellent, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it to friends planning a trip here, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

Came to Changsha with a friend and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Malanshan – it exceeded my expectations! First, the location: it's very close to Hunan Broadcasting System and the Exhibition Center, just a few minutes' drive. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent natural light. The bedding was comfortable as always, and you could even choose between soft and firm pillows, which made for a very restful sleep. The breakfast selection was quite varied, with freshly ground coffee and freshly cooked rice noodles – a hot bowl of noodles in the morning was incredibly comforting. I especially want to commend the front desk service; when we checked in, they saw we had luggage and proactively upgraded us to a quieter room on a higher floor. They also gave us tips on nearby attractions, which was very thoughtful. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I come to Changsha. The room is very clean and has no odor. It is very smart and the service is very good. There is a subway station downstairs. The transportation is convenient. There is a lot of food. The stay is very comfortable.

The room was generously sized and felt quite luxurious, with brand-new facilities. It offers a direct view of the Liuyang River, showcasing the illuminated high-rise buildings at night. The option to grab breakfast to-go was incredibly convenient. The front desk agent was very friendly; despite my late check-in, he still made a note to arrange for a fruit delivery the following day. For a Holiday Inn, it's virtually faultless, making it an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Changsha.

The room was generally clean, though a bit of dust on the bedside table could be cleaned. The facilities were complete, and although it faced the street, it was quiet with few cars passing by at night. The staff was friendly, and the 3:00 PM check-out option for members was a nice touch.

A great value for money and cheap at the perfect location. I needed it to be at this specific place and give specific price and it was perfect. The room was as small as it needed to give me the price i wanted and was clean and new renovated. It was difficult to find the Reception because the entrance is a coffee shop. food shops under it to eat your meals!

Come to work and live in this international hotel chain, the room is large, but the shading is not good, the shower sunlight will be revealed in the bedroom, the logic of lighting control is a bit poor (either fully open or fully closed), breakfast is a bit greasy, I hope to have more healthy food, the service staff is still very responsible.
