Highly recommended hotel! The front desk staff, a young individual, was very welcoming and friendly during check-in. Their smile was truly comforting! The room was well-ventilated, bright, spacious, and grand. It was also very clean and tidy! There were three of us, grandfather and grandchildren, staying, and they even provided an extra quilt for us at night! That was incredibly thoughtful! We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

I drove through Changsha, Hunan, and chose this hotel because of my love for the Ramada brand. I felt very good when I entered the lobby, and the staff were very enthusiastic when I checked in. The room was standard Ramada configuration, very good, and the experience was also very good.

I saw a bathtub next to me during the exam and wanted to take a bath after the exam, so I booked a double room. Then the lady at the front desk said that the double room did not have a bathtub and I could upgrade to a bathtub room for free. I also gave a fruit bed. It was very comfortable. The room was very clean, especially the bathtub. My partner said that the bathtub is bigger than the bed in his university dormitory. The air conditioner is really good. I can turn down the cold and turn up the heat. Hahahahaha. The pillows are also very soft, but they are a bit too high for a neck like mine. It was hard to sleep, the high pillows were a bit unfriendly, the breakfast was delicious, the pork rib powder was delicious, and the milk was so delicious that I drank three glasses of it in a row, it was nice! Very satisfied, but it’s too far. If I come to work nearby in the future, I will continue to book this hotel.

The location is very good. It is a good distance from the highway intersection. The room is clean and bright. The room is large and very comfortable. The facilities are complete. The bathroom is clean. It is suitable for driving and traveling. Parking is convenient and free, and the price is high.

This hotel is truly great! The environment is great, the sanitation is excellent, and there's breakfast and a gym! The pictures and text match, no filters! The staff are friendly, and having a car is very convenient. There are restaurants within a few miles, as well as shopping malls like Cha Yan and Black Classic. There are also great discounts at gas stations, and there's a highway junction nearby! It's truly great! It only takes 40 minutes to get to May Day Square, so quick! This is the only hotel I don't want to give a bad review!

The room is very warm as a whole. The service is also intimate. The barbecue restaurant downstairs can meet the needs of extra meals. The breakfast is very rich and the children can like it. But you need to improve the cleanliness of the carpet.

I booked this Atour Hotel for my one-day trip to Changsha. The front desk lady was super, super enthusiastic and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. They even provided a special check-in guide, which was incredibly detailed – truly a hidden gem of an Atour! Plus, the hotel's breakfast was very authentic; I absolutely loved their beef noodles! There are also tons of great food options nearby, highly recommend!!

It's my first time staying here. I feel very good. The overall decoration style of the hotel is very unique and grand. The front desk lady is very warm and considerate. The breakfast restaurant on the 28th floor has a great view. You can see the Xiangjiang River and the district government. The room lady is very considerate and gave small fruits and gifts. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby, which is very suitable for sitting in your spare time. It is worth recommending
