The hotel lobby has a wonderfully secluded feel, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are warm and attentive, truly embodying a spirit of responsibility. The room was spacious and bright, with a uniquely thoughtful design. The mousse mattress and latex pillow were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep and easing travel fatigue. The projector and large screen were fantastic! Definitely a huge bonus 😄. The buffet was quite ample, though the only minor drawback was the consistently broken coffee machine. I had to resort to ordering Luckin Coffee's 'little yellow butter' Americano to get my caffeine fix. I hope to see a brand new coffee machine on my next visit! 🤗

My stay at the Wyndham Changsha was very satisfying. The hotel is located in the Desiqin business district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting a taxi to Wuyi Square or other attractions was always smooth. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, proactively offering local tips. The room was spacious and bright, with a wide-angle view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. A special shout-out to the concierge's quick response time – they were always instantly available. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly made Hunan rice noodles and other local specialties, which tasted authentic. For an international brand hotel at this price point, the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

This is an older hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained, clean, and convenient. The location is great for transportation, and it's nice for a walk across the street. There are many restaurant options near the 4S shop next door. The service is warm, thoughtful, professional, and efficient. Xiao Wang and Xiao Zhi at the front desk were professional and thorough in answering questions, always considering the guest's perspective. Lobby Manager Xiong Bin was proactive in greeting and seeing guests off, very polite, and showed professional demeanor, making guests feel very welcome. Thank you all, I will definitely stay here again next time!

This hotel is a great choice for families traveling with children. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; once the windows are closed, outside noise is virtually eliminated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for the kids. The hotel is conveniently located right at a subway entrance on the basement level, making transportation and transfers incredibly easy. They also offer shuttle service to and from the station, which saved us a lot of hassle. We were traveling with friends, and the hotel thoughtfully placed our rooms on the same floor, which was very convenient for visiting each other. The guest rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff are attentive and communication was smooth. This hotel is suitable for both family trips with kids and traveling with friends. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Stunning hotel, I was pleasantly surprised as I booked it 15min before arriving for check in. I didn’t really take the time to ensure it was a decent hotel, but to my wonderful surprise, amazing entrance and stunning room, while there was a bit of a language barrier the staff was still able to assist me with ease. If I wasn’t pressed for time, I’d have extended my stay to fully enjoy the amenities available at the hotel but will make sure to have another trip to Changsha just so I can stay at the hotel again

I chose this hotel thinking it would be quieter, cleaner, and generally better being near the provincial government, and based on the reviews. Upon arrival, I received complimentary welcome fruit, DoubleTree cookies, and coffee rolls. The staff were reasonably friendly. However, the problems started at night. My booking had a note, and I communicated at check-in, requesting a quiet, non-smoking floor, as I'm a light sleeper. The front desk even claimed they'd upgraded my room and assured me it was very quiet. Yet, I was given a room facing a busy main road. There was constant street racing and motorcycle revving late into the night. Even more terrifying was the sound of mahjong being played all night, either upstairs, downstairs, or next door. The clacking of tiles was incredibly loud, and the shuffle machine sounded like a plane taking off. At 2 AM, I called the front desk, and they confidently stated no one was playing mahjong and would send someone to check, but then nothing happened. They refused to change my room. At this hour, people were constantly going in and out of the room opposite, slamming doors. I couldn't sleep a wink all night. With such an attitude, I'll never choose this hotel again. If they can't even guarantee a good night's sleep, it's worse than a budget hotel costing two or three hundred yuan. Such a rip-off!

They saw we had a child and gave us a room facing the residential area. The room design was very well-thought-out. It was a king-sized room with a high-definition projector, and I've never seen a bed as wide as 2.7 meters before, haha! It saved space by not having a TV cabinet, making the room feel very spacious and allowing for luggage. Right across from the hotel is a bustling commercial area, very popular with Changsha locals. From there, you can take a leisurely stroll to Desiqin Mall, where you can spend a long time browsing. It's suitable for self-driving or taking a taxi, as it's a bit far from the subway station.

The overall experience of the hotel exceeded expectations. Recommended recommendation. The game is not delayed or stuck. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and you can rest well when you are tired. The front desk service is intimate and the sound insulation effect is good. I am very happy to stay with my friends and play games. I will visit again.

I was staying with a friend at the time, and Ellie patiently explained the breakfast times and location. Her smile was so warm and lovely, and she answered all our questions with such patience. The room was clean and tidy, making my business trip a very comfortable stay.
