住了這麼多温德姆酒店，這家温德姆是真的很不錯，房間很安靜，很乾凈整潔，空調效果非常棒，服務非常棒，這裏感謝前台的BILL，感謝他給我免費升級安排了一間非常不錯的房間。

長沙温德姆酒店非常nice,下次來長沙就住她們家，不僅服務好，出行也方便，一下車就有服務員幫我拿行李，遞茶水，前台小湛辦理入住貼心的詢問是否要吸煙房，還介紹了旁邊的景點和美食[強]

酒店環境不用説，一看就知道，一進門就有門衞接送，服務態度還是很好的，接待我們的小莎小姐姐熱情專業，非常喜歡，還很容易相處，特意提前配了小童牙具，從門廳到客房都沒有感覺不舒服，有淡淡的清香味，讓人心曠神怡，舒服，高級。二十六樓游泳池的水也乾淨，恆温，下次再來玩。

酒店在德思勤商圈，周邊很多好吃的，大堂副理小文主推酒店的中餐廳，菜品精美，味道很好，後面還有美食街，沒有市中心的擁擠，位置優越，交通便利。房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，設施設備齊全，特別安排帶浴缸的房間，還配備了浴缸套，入住時準備了春季歡迎茶，行李很多，禮賓員也幫忙提上了房間，整體服務讓感到特別舒服。

酒店整體環境和服務都挺好的，房間也挺大，設施完善，乾淨整潔，服務相當不錯，前台Jenny專業的業務能力值得點贊，有求必應，每個問題都能耐心的回答，大晚上點外賣還有機器人幫忙送，很高科技的設備，幫忙延遲退房也是很人性化的，退房喝了一杯星巴克咖啡，推薦這家酒店，在長沙南邊德思勤商圈

酒店坐落在長沙南邊德思勤這裏，周邊很熱鬧出行也很方便，各個方面都很滿意，尤其是服務，小管家小羅親切又熱情特別到位，給我介紹了很多長沙旅遊景點的預約方式，不然我可能就是白來一趟想去的景點都去不了，房間也被安排的很好，入住期間很滿意。

入住體驗很不錯，進門就有禮賓小夥子主動幫忙提行李，工作人員辦理入住很迅速。酒店大堂很大氣，裝修風格很好，因為想去韶山，前廳部的工作人員Selina很熱情的幫我聯繫了車輛，服務細緻周到。房間住的很不錯，會推薦給朋友的！
