I was very satisfied with the facilities and services. The room was clean and well-equipped. It's close to 51 Plaza, which makes getting around very convenient, with direct subway access. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very attentive in handling issues. It's easy to get to 51 Plaza for shopping and Orange Isle. The hotel has strong overall performance, and I'll definitely stay here again. The cleanliness standards are top-notch, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips. Very satisfied.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy, and the overall environment was great. It was also very quiet at night. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the service was attentive and thorough – housekeeping did an excellent job. It's just one metro stop to Orange Isle, and the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain is only a two or three-minute walk away. I'll definitely be back!

The room generally looked okay, and the price was reasonable, but the details were really disappointing. First, the toilet seat was loose, then there was dust on the nightstand, and the toilet had a faint odor. Additionally, the quality of the toothbrush was really poor; it felt like I hadn't brushed my teeth at all. The faucet in the sink seems to have been replaced later and doesn't quite fit the basin, so when you turn on the water, it sprays quite far, easily getting your clothes wet. The room type I booked was on the side facing the road, so it was a bit noisy. The most unacceptable issues, though, were the loose toilet seat and the odor. It was a very poor experience, and I won't be booking with this hotel brand again.

The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic lake views truly exceeded expectations; both day and night scenes are stunning and perfect for photos. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making travel convenient. The room is spacious and gets plenty of natural light, ensuring a comfortable stay. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast selection was adequate, and the local rice noodles were authentic. The facilities are comprehensive, including free parking, self-service laundry with a washer-dryer, and a lake-view gym. For the same price point, the lake view and overall experience are far superior. It's definitely worth staying here. I've saved it and will consider it for longer stays in the future!

Rooms are equipped with gigabit fiber optic internet, smart voice control, electric curtains, and LCD TVs. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and it is very convenient to the subway station. The rooms are comfortable and warm, the service attitude is considerate, and any problems are solved in a timely manner until you are satisfied. The cleaning aunt is attentive. If I come again, I will stay here.

Choosing this hotel for our family trip was an excellent decision! It offers great value for money, especially for families. The room was spacious enough, and the sofa easily converted into a bed. The staff even thoughtfully made up the sofa bed for us. The attention to detail was superb: they provided small slippers and toothbrushes specifically for children, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, readily answering all our questions about directions and offering many sightseeing tips. There's also a separate gym that's open all day. This will definitely be our first choice next time we bring our family!

Details, details, details! I haven't stayed at Atour much before, but I've heard their pillows and mattresses are super comfy. This particular Atour had a 1.5-meter bed, which was perfect for us – two adults and two kids, with plenty of space. And it really lived up to its reputation! I actually got the breakfast time wrong and went to the restaurant when the kitchen staff and aunties were already packing up. When they heard why I was there, they offered to have the chef fire up the stove again just to make me noodles. I felt really bad asking them to do that, so I just grabbed some bread and fruit. The auntie even insisted I take more, worrying I wouldn't have enough to eat. I've stayed in so many hotels, and Atour truly excels in the details, even compared to much pricier places. For instance, there's a small sign under the room door handle pointing to the elevator – a godsend for someone like me who's directionally challenged and often struggles to find their way out! Plus, when the linen carts were in the hallway, they were always covered with special cloths to prevent contamination. When we checked out, they proactively offered us bottled water for the road. The hotel is also very close to Orange Isle, so we just left our car at the hotel and walked over. This will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Changsha.

The room was clean, bright, and well-equipped, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. It truly felt like I had both the bustling city and the scenic landscapes of Changsha right at my fingertips. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.
