The hotel's location is very convenient, with direct subway access to Wuyi Square, making transportation a breeze. The room facilities and amenities were comprehensive, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall hotel environment was excellent.

Overall, a perfect stay. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly professional, actively helping to resolve issues, and was very friendly and polite. The biggest surprise was the hotel's online reservation system for the laundry facilities; you can book a slot online without having to go there and wait in line. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also good.

Facilities: The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The gym on the 15th floor is tiny, and half of this building isn't even part of the hotel, it's office space. Cleanliness: It's quite clean, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Just remember to press the 'make up room' button, otherwise, they won't come to clean. Ambiance: The location is excellent, right next to a subway station. Service: The hotel robot delivering food is a nice bonus! All the hotel staff are very warm and attentive!

Details, details, details! I haven't stayed at Atour much before, but I've heard their pillows and mattresses are super comfy. This particular Atour had a 1.5-meter bed, which was perfect for us – two adults and two kids, with plenty of space. And it really lived up to its reputation! I actually got the breakfast time wrong and went to the restaurant when the kitchen staff and aunties were already packing up. When they heard why I was there, they offered to have the chef fire up the stove again just to make me noodles. I felt really bad asking them to do that, so I just grabbed some bread and fruit. The auntie even insisted I take more, worrying I wouldn't have enough to eat. I've stayed in so many hotels, and Atour truly excels in the details, even compared to much pricier places. For instance, there's a small sign under the room door handle pointing to the elevator – a godsend for someone like me who's directionally challenged and often struggles to find their way out! Plus, when the linen carts were in the hallway, they were always covered with special cloths to prevent contamination. When we checked out, they proactively offered us bottled water for the road. The hotel is also very close to Orange Isle, so we just left our car at the hotel and walked over. This will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Changsha.

The hotel is very close to Shewai College, and there's a Bubugao shopping mall about 1 km away with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel also has its own laundry room and gym, which is great for summer travel. If you're driving, you just need to give your license plate number to the front desk to get in and out, which is very convenient. The staff service is also excellent and very enthusiastic!

It truly felt like I had both the bustling city and the scenic landscapes of Changsha right at my fingertips. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

The hotel's location is excellent, nestled by Mount Yuelu and surrounded by lush greenery. It's incredibly convenient to get around because the entrance to Metro Line 2 is right downstairs, offering direct access to many attractions. What's more, the service is truly superb. The staff contacted me even before I arrived to ensure the room was perfectly arranged, which was a huge relief. Any issues during my stay could be easily handled by contacting the staff. Overall, the room was quite good. In summary, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it!
